It does ask you for a subscription but you can use it for free but with ads. But these exercises actually work and I have seen visible progress in 2 weeks. Having an app with a reminder really helps you and does not let you procrastinate and also it tells you the correct form to do the exercise so that you do not end up with injuries.

So many options to change it to your spesific needs! Time of day, how long your exercise should be, how many days you want to do it for, notifications and a reminder to get your 1 litre water bottel beforehand. Oh man I also love the all the different music tracks, it's perfectly fit for each difficulty exercise. There are small breaks between the exercises which shows and tells you in what position you should get into and what movements you should do. Absolutely Amazing app!

It makes u tired that's the thing I want because most of these apps don't train hard then it would take long to see any difference but this is just what I want you know. Proper tasks and u can even choose for abs legs and more. One thing iam only 11 and doesn't have any option for being 11 so can u make an option of above 7 then 13 please? Same as the weight I want to weight lower then 40kg. Other then that I love this app ❤

damn crazy workouts, I'm currently doing the Hard plan and I feel powerful every time I finish a day. I would recommend the developers however to please not throw ads between workouts + every time you pause a workout. At the end of each session would be better to throw in the ad, not when you you need to change apps (music, for example) other than that the exercises are great and the plans have changed my legs for sure

If you have this app you do not need any instructor, music room, a motivational climate etc. Its a combined package of all you need during workout. The music are auto played according to intensity and load of workout, guide voice will indicate what to do next even if you are not looking at it, you will understand what is being done along with timer.

I'm a footballer and my goals is to have a strong legs,and this was really helpful i have nothing much to say but thank you and i really appreciate it , and hope all the best to guys don't think it's not helpful just tap into that bottom🙏😂 don't think alot, if you are really inneed, especially to footballers don't think gym is the best solution, gym actually makes you too heavy. But remember when u are doing this exercise first go and run on the street. [do]n't quite [ it ].

Really loved it I used to do exercise everyday but then I could not. When I wanted to restart my exercise I was not able even do a little But with this app, everything became easy. Easy to use, nice music, gives time to rest and many more features. One of the best till date 👌👌

Love the app gradually progresses from easy to difficult.I have been seeing some gains in just a few weeks. But they need to give us an option to mute all sounds. I don't like to hear the ringing sound after each exercise in the middle of my songs.

im sorry for the bad review but the app has many problems after just 30 minutes of using it. First, after showing 2 animations of the workout you complete it just froze and shows the same workout although the voice talks about a different workout and position, second, the timer during rest goes double the speed and thirdly, it keeps resetting when i use the app. Today the app just deleted all progress just like that.

Some of the video exercises are not correct when compared to what the app is showing us... so please fix that and sometimes whenever I pause the exercise and go to see the video, the timer starts automatically even though I paused it. And I have a question, do these exercises make my legs bulky or slim them cuz I want them to be slim... Please respond ASAP

this app is fantastic,it helped me to build my body and it gives proper instructions when the exercise is going on,it will tell you when to inhale or exhale,all the times are properly disturbed and it has checked that the part we choose and the output what we need,by the help of that only it gives us a routine of exercise.I loved this app,if you are thinking to download it so download it now....
