This was an excellent app. However, since most recent update, it now comes up with an error on loading. Also, it no longer holds my biometric log in data, so I have to manual log in every time. Annoying !! ‐------ Update - updated the app, deleted and re-installed data, and still have same problem. Another Update - problem has now been resolved with latest update. Thanks.

firstly, after 1 screen and 10 seconds on the app it asked me to review it. what a ridiculous thing to ask. secondly, in order to do certain things to register you have to leave the app. When you return to yhe app it kicks you right back to the beginning. not very helpful. when you consider that you need to leave the app, to get a code that has been emailed to you, it means that they have designed (and I use that term in the loosest possible way) and app which is impossible to access. well done

The App shows me a quick view of my balance and progress on a daily basis, which is perfect for me. there is a lot more functionality that I don't use, but you can review holdings and set beneficiaries, so all in all, a very good App based package.

This app is really helpful in allowing me to check how my pension pot is doing. A handy graph that you can scroll on backwards and forwards to see how things were on a particular date. Also handy being able to log in using biometrics.

I can't sign in anymore it just passes me to the browser sign in and back over and over saying "something went wrong". there's no way to get support for this, so I will be uninstalling the app.

awful app, constantly logs you out requiring the whole sign-in procedure to be done again. The app is full of ad trackers, which cause problems on my device as I use an ad blocker. bad bad bad.

no matter if i uninstall and reinstall this app. It is always having technical problems. Like many have reported, come on sort it out please..app is not fit for purpose.. *edit* thank you for the reply and update to the app, everything working as it should now.

Had worked fine but suddenly the app is no longer compatible with my phone- even better when it says the latest update was to solve issues for Samsung users. there was no update option. I deleted it to see if I could reinstall and now it won't even let me download it as it says my phone is not compatible Still unable to download the app now as it says it is not compatible - can't even access the apps page in the store. Was only able to get back to this review through an email link

Awful, can never login or register always tells me my details aren't recognised despite all being up to date with what's on their system, only way can log in is on web even then its not great.

Great app and easy to use. never had a problem when using it. access my information easy, and they always inform me when its going under maintenance. once again great app..

perfect App to see how my pension is performing, where you also have full control over it. Easy to use and navigate.

Great app had a few issues when it updated now seems to be fixed not so keen on the retirement plan now its takes you out of app to plan i liked been able to adjust and view different options as and when i like now its like I have to set it as if its permanent, dont know why apps keep been messed with if something works leave it alone ..

The recently updated app now includes both my pension pots in one place. much easier to use and navigate around with good help options too.

Easily the quickest and best way to get a valuation of my pension, and pleased to see that the team are rolling out a steady stream of more features, there's something new every time I log on - keep it up guys!

Upgrades to the original app have made it more stable and it has become what it should have been on initial release. Very much improved and now very useful.

Call them, speak with them what they ask, not what I need to ask! and the lady I spoke too!!! she said here is the address pruve it's you and hanged out! then a couple of days after receiving an email from that address, make me to create a new account ! What's wrong with you people??? and I didn't ask what I needed to ask because she didn't let me!

The L&G app is quick to displaya valuation and it's easy to switch funds. I transfered several other pensions to L&G for this reason. Great Company.

app is fine, just up date overall pot end of each market closing, rather than few days later. useful tools to keep eye on pension and clear information

excellent app , I can keep track of my pension at any time , just set up a pass key code on your phone , super easy

Unable to Log in. When I open the app and tap the login button a input box appears requesting my email address. As I am entering my email the chat activity launches, preventing log in. If I close the chat window a toast appears saying something has gone wrong. Just talked to support, apparently if you have an un-binned chat in progress, no matter how old, it will automatically launch within a few second of you opening the app. You need to bin the chat for the app to permit login
