LEGIT APP Authentication

absolutely recommend. I have an enterprise account with LegitApp and the customer service is beyond fantastic. Prices, turn around time, and reports are outstanding. I love that they triple verify with 2 humans and AI. Free NFC scanner is worth it alone. Their product and services far exceed competitors imo.

love the app, it proved a cologne i ordered from whatnot was a replica after dealing with their customer service for a week, they wouldnt give me a refund off of me showing them all kinds of proof it was a counterfeit, after using this app i am able to get a refund now, this is one thing they require if u say a seller sold u a counterfeit, totally recommended if u have any doubt about something u purchased

The experience I had with this app was great ! This app was very easy to navigate and provide the necessary tools. Tools, tags and informaton authenticate my Gucci bag Efficiently . I will recommend this app to anybody needing authenticity for their products.

App used to great, now I just get a 503 error when I try to do anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still nothing works. When it does work, They get back to you fast and so far we'll under the time deadline. I also like that they use 2 authenticators for each item.

Disappointing experience. Sneakers did not pass (I can accept) but they do not elaborate on their reasons. Just an X and vague, short reason. When I tried to get in contact I messaged them on Instagram. They ignored my request for more information and just suggested I return to the seller. This app is not educational, if you're new to trainers you won't get any help learning why items fail a check. It seems it's all merely a matter of opinion whether things pass or not, rather than fact.

Authentication is really quick & cheap, got mine checked in a few minutes even when i paid for the longer service. I also love that you can see other peoples' authentications so you can compare them. Another good feature is that the app points out what is wrong with the shoe instead of just letting you know they are fake, which I think they should do the same with the authentic sneakers (point out what features the shoe has that indicates they are legit), which makes it more convincing.

They're a bit annoying with asking for optional pictures before giving you an answer. If I upload all the required pictures, I'm packing the shoes back up and putting them in my closet. Almost every time though, the authenticator will request a picture that was listed as optional. That's my only complaint, though. Reliable legit checks in a timely manner, plus you get a certificate proving they were your shoes. Would be 5 stars, if they could decide what is optional and what is required

Fast and fair price. The token option are a bit confusing and I ended up buying tokens twice because the first purchase didn't go through with my pictures. Still not sure how that happened. But I had results in less than 20 minutes. Thank you

The checks are very indecisive. I submitted my pair twice for authentication and came out fake here but the reasons were different. I think they're just making things up cuz the 1st check said that the inside tag was off and the 2nd check didn't call out the tag so what's up? I had them authenticated on another app and they're legit and other people seem to think so too. I'd like to deliberate on the pair if there's a possibility.

Only did one shoe so far and it literally took 10mins and I did the 30min request time limit. had I done the 2-3hr request I'm sure it would been done around 30mins. I think it helps if you just do the optional pics too..to help speed up the process. overall took me like 10mins to take pics myself and 10mins for them to verify. Now I can have a lil more peace of mind.

I paid for the 3 hour authentication and took photos using the app. Within a couple minutes, the first authenticator rules it inconclusive because the "photos appeared to have been altered" even though I took the photos using their app and couldn't have altered anything. Same ruling a few minutes later from the second authenticator. Total waste of time.

Fast, professional and well worth the small fee for complete peace of mind. This service saved me from being duped by an unscrupulous seller, who knowing claimed the trainers I purchased from him were genuine when they weren't, and the certificate issued by LEGIT APP enabled me to get a full refund. I will most definitely be calling on your services again in order to confirm authenticity (or replica) of my future trainer purchases. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Wasted time taking pictures of my purse only to find out you need tokens to authenticate

Could not recommend this app more! I received my results within minutes (not to mention, it was in the middle of the night). They had two different people authenticate the shoes, so I feel even more confident in them. Will be using this service again for sure.

Not a fan to be honest, not the most efficient UI and can be a headache to use. Also getting a hold of someone to speak to is practically impossible. This was both when our company was signing up to use them and also when we became a customer.

Probably one of the worst apps I have ever used, the legit checkers are terrible. You can submit over 30 pictures and the checkers still can't give you a result. If you need that many pictures to make a determination you shouldn't be legit checking shoes. Other apps require less and can get your results back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Stay away from this app. Complete waste of time
