My experience has changed over time. Before I could count on this app for my transfers but now it's just useless. It can take hours before transfers are completed when sending money. You will get the same excuse over and over about trouble on the recipients end which isn't true because I can go to another company with slightly lower rates and it goes right through. I have tested this out by using Lemfi first and when it hangs I will use another app. The second one will go through with no problem

While their rate is better than that of its competitors, its app is cumbersome and non responsive. I had used the app to transfer money from my debit card to their wallet, but could not do it with the same debit card again even when the funds were available. The app keep on rejecting my transaction. My card had already been verified. I call but no direct solution was offered, i was told to download the latest version of the app,which is what i currently have. Please correct the glitches now.

This app is useless to me. For more than a week I have been trying to verify my identity and the app is telling me to change my post code. A post code I have used close to 14 years now. Aside that, no option to input a different post code if you wanted to. Yes, I have seen that their rate is better than it competitors but their customer service is even the worst. Everyone is replying to my emails and phone calls without providing solution to the problem. This is crazy is almost 2weeks now.

My experience has been terrible. Almost 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't let me make transfers or withdrawals. I tried to send money & the "continue" button was grayed out & wouldn't let me click it. I also tried to withdraw my balance but it didn't let me. I spoke to customer service but they keep on saying they'll forward it to the tech team but nothing is getting resolved. They are holding my money hostage. I received a email saying they're reviewing my account for no reason.

VERIFICATION PROCESS IS AWFUL This app isn't worth your time. You spend 10 minutes filling out your info and then 4hrs verifying your document and face! Yet you'll still not be successful. It keeps saying, I have 15 seconds to end recording, but the system won't prompt you to stop recording until another "15 seconds" message appears. Other money apps don't give these hassles. Im uninstalling this lemon to free up space on my phone. I'll stick to other apps for now until they get it right

One of the poorest customer services rendered by reps of this app. I uploaded all the required documents, ie, Int. passport, lease agreement indicating my address for the 2nd option of verification on the app, but it still said failed verification. I have emailed the support team severally, nothing was done about. No one picks when I call their number too.

I lost the visa debit card on the app. My bank issued me another card. I tried to upload it on the app to be able to fund their wallet but the app kept declining it. I called their customer service and to my surprise she said I can no longer use the app because there's no way I can fund their wallet! The app cannot accept another debit card from the same name and same bank! I was beyond shocked. I sent them an email to fix it but they never responded. They are scam please avoid them

My experience on the Lemfi app is very poor. Recently, I transferred to the app from my personal bank account, and got a debit notification from my bank immediately. However, it took about a week for the money to reflect in my Lemfi wallet. By then the exchange rate had dipped. I complained about it and was told to suck it up and bear the loss. Note, that this has been a recurring pattern. I do not recommend the App

This App is amazing. Easy and straight forward to use. I've sent mo ey to Nigeria severally without any issues. It also logs you out automatically after a few seconds of no use, if you switch screens, for example. while this can be frustrating, having to log back in frequently, I'm actually grateful for it cos it keeps your account safe.

Being an international student living abroad it isn’t always easy, especially when you still depend on financial support from home sometimes. LemFi has truly made that process smooth and stress-free. The transfers are fast, reliable, and the app is very easy to navigate. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can receive money safely and without complications. For anyone in the diaspora, this app is honestly a blessing. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful App. Very easy to register, hassle-free money transfer and great rates. No compliance check needed and sometimes it gives you good amount of Cash back as well. you get good money for sharing with your friends. One thing though I would love it if they can make the transfer fee free or at least for mobile banking transfer .

Not very intuitive. A simple thing like searching up a name while making a transfer does not work. People you actually transfer funds to frequently do not appear on the list of frequent transactions. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement on this app.

I have a very bad experience with this app transferring money from euro to egp. they have deducted the money and actually the transfer failed from their side. it is taking more than 15 emails and very long time to discover the problem and more than 10 days and till now they didn't refund my money back. that all happened because of a fault from their side and i have to wait even more time for the refund!! what a shame.

one of the easiest app in transferring to Nigeria in my opinion. Only started recently but all the transaction sent has been flawless, Quick fast and efficient. was using a previous app which wasnt near it ( also charged ridiculous fees). Also do like that they don't charge any fees sending to Nigeria and their rates are decent compared to some. I've compared a few.

This is the most deceitful money app I have ever used. You send money to your account on the app and it vanishes into the air. You have to send messages upon messages to their reps and calls upon calls , complain on their social media before they will finally release your money after 2 or 3 days. I suspect they do some kind of trade with people's money before releasing, and most times, it's released when the rate has crashed. I am deleting this app.

The app is for scammer & a waste of time! Lacks basic features like the ability to delete my account or amend my details without contacting the rubbish & slow customer service teams. I almost got scammed but stopped it & then trying to get Lemfi to help was pointless, staff are slow and useless! My advise.....DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP, ITS AWFUL! I would give them negative stars if possible!!!! Reply to my comment & the response..contact the same useless CS team to help!

I've tried to send money just because it was really urgent I thought it would take only 10 minutes as mentioned in the app but it's only disappointing for me I'm trying to speak to support but they're not even assisting to resolve my issue. They claim your money will be transferred in 10 minutes but on the other hand it's really a headache this is not my first time facing this issue on lemfi. Do not Download it.

Funding my wallet lately is always a headache, I have to email customer service every single time about where my funds are. It can be very frustrating talking to people responding in an automated way, like they are reading off a template. Use this app if you don't need your funds any time soon. Otherwise good luck.

update : transfer was recieved later 14+ hours after the application confirmation received. this is still misleading and meaningless. confirmation can't come before reception I made a transfer and it was shown as successful but the money didn't arrive for me confirming that the transfer went through while it didn't arrive looks like a scam moreover,the welcome bounce was not transferred as well

please cancel my worng transfer ASAP it's urgent and I will change my 1 star review. it's a mistake. Edit; Now 5 stars. it took over 10days in reversal but safely. I don't know how it auto filled account number that was 4 digits less than I copied from my friend's message. Now I cannot delete the wrong account information that I accidently made with 4 digits less from the original account number. I will spend sometime to explore the app for better navigation. I withdrew back money easily.
