Worst company ever. Save yourself and don't use this to order any eye care products. Only 1 of my 4 orders ever arrived. Rest 3 products- I was assured by support team will arrive but after waiting for 2 weeks and after multiple calls and emails they are now processing refund (haven't received it yet). Connecting to their customer care itself is so painful - the WhatsApp support chatbot keeps going in a loop. The 1 product that did arrive very late was very poor quality. Will never use again.
It's great when it works out for you. But the moment is doesn't. Style mismatch, color incorrect, lens coating problem etc you are screwed. I've purchased 6 pairs with them and am giving this review after the experience You are better off purchasing from your local optometrist. Atleast they'll be sympathetic and logical. Lenskart customer care are policy reading robots, might as well automate them. They add no value.
There is absolutely 0 customer service available from lenskart. The only thing you can do if you want help is run around in circles with their WhatsApp bot that does nothing of use. I'm sorry but if you actually want to offer good products, it starts with good service. I wanted to return an order, and i am okay if there's a delay or if its taking time for the company to pick up my glasses. But at least be clear about the date. Every 2 days the date for pickup gets pushed back. Please do better.
They provided excellent service, no doubt about it, however I just noticed that they charge a convenience fee on orders. I went to the store, ordered, paid, and went again to pick up my order. This is regular stuff. What did you do Lenskart to justify a convenience fee on a transaction that is nothing out of the ordinary and been like that for decades. Greedy Lenskart.
Extremely poor billing and return process. Forced to download an app just to access an invoice that turns out to be incorrect anyway (missing the user's name). Scheduled a return twice—nobody showed up despite the item being ready outside, and then they had the nerve to mark it as a 'failed attempt.' If this is Lenskart's idea of 'technology,' they are failing their customers. Fix your logistics instead of forcing app downloads.
worst user experience and store while visiting they removed you at 9 as they say low staff and worst app experience it get's lagged sometimes freeze not even opens you need to reinstall and so much price difference in online and offline stores I got scammed visiting and purchasing offline also after purchasing when you track order and click on tracking details it just shows nothing which is also fake..
Very disappointing experience with Lenskart. They advertise attractive offers, but many hidden conditions apply and customers are often forced to pay extra. The service was poor and the response from customer support was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the offers feel misleading and the experience was frustrating.
Pathetic experience. Being a gold max member, and had eye test done thru lenskart, they still didn't process the prescription for my order. They sent robotic calls just for a reminder to upload prescription which was already given at the time of order. At last, I had to talk to a human to get things sorted but this all delayed the delivery date. A service you cannot really trust. lets hope that I get the specs on time.
We had a buy one get one free offer where we bought a frame and we were to redeem the free frame from the store. But when we were done selecting the frame, they denied saying that the offer doesn't exist but we actually had the notification coming on our app to redeem the free frame. Such a bad experience with lenskart. We were to report this issue in the app but we couldn't cause there's no such excelled feature in it except the whatsapp chat.
I have been ordering glasses, lenses, liquids from Lenskart for years. Never had an issue. They used to deliver to my home address as well. Since the launch of their stores their service has gone bad. No online delivery now. Everything to be collected from store. I went to their store today, and gave them order id, they were searching my order a million places!!! After long wait they found it, it seems it was thrown to some area all boxes were scratched. Looking for alternatives now!!
I have been a lenskart customer since 2016, Initially they were really good but I feel over the time they have degraded the quality of the products, lens, frames and even services. I have spent more than a 50k on lenskart so far but each year the quality of lens is going down, The only thing reaching the sky is their prices and tantrums and marketing gimmicks. It's probably time to go back to our local opticians. Absolutely disappointed and done with them.
Very poor experience with Lenskart. I requested a bill with a clear breakup of lens and frame costs, which is a basic practice followed by most opticians. The store manager stated that Lenskart does not provide this, which is absurd and lacks transparency. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from Lenskart again.
The worst Customer services.I placed an exchange order and the item was picked up, but the order got cancelled without any information. I tried placing another exchange order and that was also cancelled. I haven’t received the exchange item or a refund, and it’s impossible to reach customer support. Very disappointing experience.
Misleading Home Delivery Promise Misleading delivery experience. The app accepted my prepaid order as home delivery, but later I was told the courier partner (DTDC) does not deliver to my area. I had to travel ~10 km to collect the order myself. This was never disclosed at checkout. Any reliable app flags non-serviceable locations in advance. The product is fine, but delivery transparency and coordination are poor.
I am beyond frustrated. Is it actually possible to buy contact lenses from Lenskart, or is your app just a glorified prank? Every single time I try to place an order, the same exact thing happens: I select my lenses, go to check out, and the app redirects me to some random external portal. Once it finally loads, my cart is completely empty.
there is no way or option to connect to a human easily. stop saving money here. i dont see any option to upload power and i already ordered 2 glasses worth 7000 with power already added. still it says pending for power validation. and all the time its an AI on the other end. once you go through painful instructions at the end of the call you will get press 1 for going back or 2 to disconnect. its a dead end. Got a pair of glasses, wasn't comfortable with the power of the lens. As because it was within the 14 days exchange limit, i applied for exchange, and provided the correct power instead. And evertime the process almost completed, it always shows 'Oops! Something is wrong, try again later'. Now, if i wait for too long, the exchange period will be over. What exactly am i supposed to do?
Offline Store Are Scams,Today I'm buying buy one get one products in store, but the price of the second item was lower. When it was time to pay, the staff confused me and took my money by putting his own item on my bill.
The app isn't opening at all after the update the app shuttle load in about 2-5 second and I worked see the dashboard but after the all has been updated the struggles to open it just gives me a blue screen with lenskart symbol in the middle of it...
I purchased two glasses from your store in December 2025. I had clearly requested a specific blue lens, but the employee added a different blue lens without properly confirming with me. I only noticed this after making the payment and felt uncomfortable raising it at that moment. Later, I saw in the app that I had ₹500 cashback available, but it was neither mentioned nor applied to my purchase. This lack of communication and transparency was disappointing and felt unprofessional. I expect better
