Perfect app, love the option to scan products if needed. Sometimes there is no price tag on the product in the shop or more information needed.

Very disappointed. Two main issues for me. 1. It restricts access because I use a VPN. In today's world where everyone from government to banks, etc are telling us about internet safety, this app is trying to circumvent my safety. 2. As a non-Portuguese speaker (sorry) I need to be able to copy text and use Google translate. I can do this on the internet but not on the app. Very frustrating. I now find myself after a seeing company's name going to their website to purchase.

Terrible experience, and disgraceful customer attitude. You will be left in a limbo should you require post sale product assistance, left alone should you be pursuing a warranty claim. They promise you "to call back" and "contact within 24-48 hours" and "handle this with a top priority", all of which never happens. Good luck being left with thousands of dollars or Euros in paperwork, think twice before risking.

This is a rip off site...I am currently trying to resolve a serious issue with one of their " business partners" i have asked for help many times only to be told it is not their problem...I should have stayed with Amazon...as this issue was always a priority for them ..where as the responses from this company have been pathetic and unhelpful..I am currently 100s of pounds out of pocket...with no were to resolve this problem...simply if they do not want to control their own app why use them.!?

Not a reliable site. constantly canceling orders but listing is still available to buy. canceled twice on the same order a month later.

The way my tickets are shown was better in the old version. But, after the update the app is more stable than before, it used to crash all the time. One big thing I don't like as a professional, is that I don't get the invoices automatically but I have to request every single one seperately in the help section which is annoying.

Costumer services are inexistant! They'll just tell you, "we'll call you back" and then never do. I've never had so many issues with my projects before, with never ending "we'll call you back" answers. And even workers told me they don't work with leroymerlin's materials because the quality is unreliable. Wich is really disappointing because they have so many options that make you dream, but with 2 disappointing projects experience, I'm not sure I'll come back for more.

For a latge company this app is SUPER unprofessional. I'm using this in Spain. Language setting is on English. The app menus, buttons, home screen, everything is in Spanish. Really? You can't figure out how to get your language settings to work correctly for English?? Isn't this basic functionality for any app? Also it's 2024. Everything is white. Where's the dark mode setting so I can look at products in peace without burning out my eyeballs and phone battery for no good reason?

You may get someone knowledgeable in your search but having ordered & paid, it goes sideways. You are told it will be 2 deliveries on a certain date. The 1st comes 4 days early & the 2nd 4days after the date stated. The current which I have waited 9 days for shows no sign of arriving. How can you arrange workmen when the materials do not arrive & they can't tell you when it might. Horrible service & delivery isn't cheap either. Tried to save with delivery "a pie de la calle" but impossible.

lost all data, all lotalty points erased, and all purchase records... was unable to log into my account. first customer service agent retrieved all my data The second time, customer service was beyond useless. This incident happened because all I wanted to do was change my password. customer relations seem unable to be capable of doing this. why offer loyalty points if you decide to remove all data from my account. I did complain and was told my case was escalated, but I heard nothing.

Having ordered laminate flooring and insulation at same time you would expect them to be delivered together, but no, have received laminate without insulation this is the second delivery I have had in the space of a week, but apparently I have to go to Granada to pick up said insulation. Paid for delivery of flooring, which is here, 3 damaged packs, I'm not very happy about service. Tried to sort things over last week or so but no satisfaction. How can I put flooring down without insulation 🤔🤬

Absolutely useless. It seems my account was inaccesible and/or blocked. I unnistalled it and installed again and it says my account has been blocked before I can even login into it. Outrageous, but consistently with the way this company operates, from bad to worse. I had a cheque to use so I am taking they will give a shxxxx to that and I will lose it

Pretty good. Would be good if there was an option to pay in store using the card stored in the app, and also an option to turn off the in-store receipts. what a waste of paper! they're there on the app instantly anyway.
