Don't get this service! They will randomly cancel your paid subscription saying their AI detected abnormal use. I can absolutely say that I have never done anything to flag the stuff it says. Many, many people have had the same issue. I read about it 3 weeks ago and thought, "It won't happen to me!" but it did. You can check on reddit in r/Chinalife for a post confirming this from others.

Great VPN that works in China. I do wish it had a Split tunneling feature to allow some apps to run without using the VPN. In-app pricing for subscriptions are quite cheap although Google Play slapping it with a 30% surcharge. Alipay among others are also supported so that's handy. Usability wise, it's simply one big button to connect to the VPN, very easy.

Their AI system suddenly detected my account as abnormal and it was blocked for no good reason. And there is currently no way to unlock it. Avoid this app and better buy something more reliable.

the UI can be more user-friendly, e.g. switching the region can be placed in the main page, which exhibits only "let's go/stop" now wasting many spaces. It's also good to add China in the region as many oversee people also have the need to explore Chinese local website/app

App doesn't open after recent update. You need to uninstall the app and reinstall it for it to work.

Works well but I needed to keep checking it because it disconnects regularly in my case.

Works really well in China. My only issue is that the connection sometimes breaks and the app doesn't notify about it in any way or try to connect back automatically.

Awesome app for mobile! Have been a member for a year and a bit, never failed me once. Works quite wonky for desktop though, sometimes just refuses to log in. Also I'd like to finally have access to more devices in one account, even if it'd require the subscription price to go up. Anyway, I cannot recommend this app more! Looking forward to updates!!

Works in China. However the features offered to platinum subscribers are just not worth it. I see 0 benefits. I can only have two devices connected and everytime I want to switch devices (between phone, home desktop pc and laptop) I have to manually remove devices and log back in (even when the other devices are offline).It's very tedious and frustrating. And in the last update they added a banner on startup without the close button. You have to click on unskippable adds as a platinum member.

best vpn ever... I have tried them all but this is state-of-the-art! Clean interface, ultra fast, able to use AliPay ffs!!! how awesome is that? Only thing I'm missing now is a lifetime subscription option

Absolute scam! I bought a full year premium subscription (Which I used to play videogames mostly) and after a few days I got an automatic message saying that they will no longer provide me with service. When I contacted support they said there is nothing they can do and also they don't know any details because it is an automated ban. So I lost my money and I don't get even an explanation!

Pretty good and simple VPN, works most of the time although even though connected it doesn't always seem to work (especially in China), furthermore the most annoying thing for me is that you can only activate it on 2 devices, I always have my phone, tablet and laptop with me, and thus I have to deactivate every time on 1 device to be able to use on another device, reason enough to look for something else like wireguard or surfshark

took payment and refused services do not use this app. with renewals they will take your money and then not provide a service. Try and charge you again. 2 payments made with no refund terrible app and customer services is useless
