I was finally able to use it under a different account. (I deleted my first account and was having problems getting past the login page) But the experience is very nice and simple. I love the format and layout of the app and will update when I earn. Very fast and easy too and would recommend 👌 Update: They don't give you and more surveys after signing up!!!! This app really had potential and now it's all just being wasted!!! So I'll just delete it again...don't waste you time.

Spent a lot of hours answering surveys, only to be unable to redeem points. When I questioned, I was told that my membership "did not meet quality standards and your account has been suspended. All unused LifePoints are forfeited and outstanding redemption orders have been canceled." Not once was I notified of any sort of issue with my account or participation, which was all above board - it was only when I questioned why I couldn't redeem points I'd earned. Don't waste your time like I did!

EDIT: I used to think this app was great, but then my membership was randomly terminated. I contacted customer support, and they "confirmed that my account will remain closed." I had enough points for at least a $5 giftcard. I'm frustrated. I was skeptical at first, but I have recieved $35 worth of giftcards!! It actually works! The process is time consuming, but it was definitely worth it. It glitches some, but not enough for me to stop using the app.

It's definitely not bad but could be better if the app could remember the basic info like age, sex, race, location instead of wasting time filling it in every time. Very often you alf fill the app, waste your time just to find out you don't match the criteria. Other than that it's good, pays in different ways you just select whether you want money transfer or gift cards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I started taking surveys several months ago. I even redeemed points. I think more than once. I tried to reset my password a few days ago and received an error message that my account was temporarily disabled. When I contacted customer service I was told "The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data." I've never had this issue on other survey sites. Beware!

Customer Support says they found no issue and that everything is "working" as intended. If that was the case, I would have gotten more surveys by now. Almost a week has gone by and I have NO NEW SURVEYS. Nothing, nada, zip, zilch! How is one supposed to accumulate more points if there are no more surveys coming in!? I'm forever stuck at 720 points! There's no use in spending them now because all the better rewards are 2000 points and above! Guess there's only one thing left to do. Uninstalling.

Awesome at first, lots of surveys & paided well compared to other sites. Then I started having lots of issues like points being deducted after completing a survey because I "didn't qualify"? Didn't make any sense to me. I didn't get paid for journals I kept for weeks as part of a study. As soon as I complained, I no longer got surveys & had problems logging in to my account. Really not cool especially for people that are just doing this whenever they can fit it in to help make ends meet.

Everything was working fine and then suddenly it wouldn't let me log in and said my membership had been cancelled. I contacted customer support for help and was emailed back that I had somehow(?) Violated the terms and conditions. I don't even know how I could have violated them when all I did was answer the surveys as they popped up. I didn't have any issues with the surveys stopping midway because I didn't qualify for it. I got right above the $5 redeem line and suddenly got kicked. Oh well.

I like taking surveys, and this is one of a few apps that I have signed up with. Life points makes payout quick, easy and accessible. It feels great when you score points! Claiming gift cards is easy. They do have some of the surveys stop at the very end, but that is what the surveys takers need to do to get a broad spectrum of participants. It happens periodically.

Update. Yesterday I reached 500 points, 75 away from cashing out. All of the available surveys disappeared. Never happened before on a weekday. Customer service said that it's normal, but it certainly is not in my experience. Too bad, it was very good before. Just gets worse. I am now locked out of my account for a week! Pretty pathetic!!!! According to the website my login information has been changed. I didn't do it!!! Another scam app???

So far it has been decent. I have been using the app for almost 3 weeks. I have cashed out almost $20 directly to my Pay pal account. By NO means is this a get rich or fill your gas tank up over night. A down fall i have noticed is I'll have invites and after a very few questions it wasn't continued. From what o have seen the longer/more you do the more offers or invites will come thru. So fingers crossed!

Headache inducing, I built up enough points to trade in for paypal quite quickly. Never received them, and then it showed the transaction did not go through. They then gave me the same amount of points back...I have been trying to redeem them for a week now, all I get is a loading screen for the help section, and I have not been offered any surveys since I tried to redeem my points the first time. Really disappointed in this app

I enjoy Lifepoints! Definitely one of the better survey apps out there. My only complaint is, occasionally at the end of a survey a notice will pop up about maintenance just as you submit for your points. There's been times I didn't get the points that were supposed to be awarded. Occasionally, I get emails saying there is a survey, just to log in and see there aren't. I think they have been working on this as I did email them. All in all..I really love giving input on a great platform!

I really loved this app for about a week and a half! The surveys were fun and easy, you get points, and I was able to cash out $5. Well one day when trying to do surveys, the sign-in screen said, my membership had been canceled. I had enough points to cash out $20 so I emailed them. It took them another week to tell me that my membership was canceled because of blah blah BS! I've heard many others say their membership was canceled too. Don't waste your time!

I've tried a couple of survey apps and LifePoints by far is my one of choice. The surveys I've taken thus far are clear, concise, professional without a lot of misspelled words and grammatically correct. But most importantly they don't ask 50 questions before they decide to tell you that you don't qualify. I actually look forward to seeing what opportunities will be in store for me.

It worked great for a while. Recently there have been broken surveys. I'll spend 30-40 minutes on one only to get stuck with no where to go due to a defective button or lack thereof. When customer service was told about it they just said oops sorry. I have also had points awarded for completing a survey and then later they were deducted. As it stands now I have negative points? Lol In short, there are way better survey apps/sites out there. Just do a little research. I'm uninstalling this one.

I have been using this app with no problem until a couple of days ago when they appeared to do so sort of upgrade now have points that you can't redeem or cash out to my PayPal account or put on an e-gift card. I have inquired three time with customer service for help and the only email I received are instruction on how to redeem my points which I know how to do and was having no problem doing until 2 days ago.

It's too glitchy. It takes forever to load and then you get a pre-survey to see if you qualify. I thought that was what your profile was set up for! It's also one of those that you get sometimes more than half way thru a survey and it says oh sorry [insert excuse here] I am, personally, more about the short surveys. The 30 min ones I just don't have time. I also get bored. eRewards and Quick Thoughts are more reliable, you don't get disqualified all the time, and there are more short surveys.

I've been using this app a couple years with no issues until recently. The app signed me out. I try signing in and it keeps saying "invalid email or password". I've triple checked and both are correct. I tried resetting my password. I get the email, enter a new password, and then get a message......"uh oh....something went wrong". So, I can't access my account at all!

I thought it was a good app until...they just decided to deactivate my account for no reason. No matter how slow you go and how true you answer questions they will still randomly deactivate yoyr account so they dont have to pay you. Apparently they do this a lot and even if you cashed out and are waiting for it transfer to your account, theyll take that back from you too!
