After completed the PayNow payment via LifeSG Credits, the poor old man/woman of the hawker stalls cannot see the amount paid which is in tiny font size. Generally, most of them will not reach out for their reading glasses. This means they are easy victims of SCAM.
the app needs to have a better overview so people can find what is needed quicker. Should have link access to various vouchers for ease of use

the mode switch is slow when we want to trigger the PayNow payment function. A lot of loading moments during the payment process.
suggestion: make the qr receipt show the amount paid in larger font, so its easier to be seen by seller that payment has been made
recently it won't allow login. says 403 error request blocked . what's going on? cpf and singpass apps working fine
very easy to use. just press choose "paynow" just scan the QR code from the handphone using "LifeSG" app. choose the money denomination. TAKE money. Thanks to the Govt and sheng siong.
I'm uninstalling this app for numerous times already. Keep crashing at "Let's Get Started" Never able to start as yet. I don't understand why this separate app is needed, just for the $100/- NS credit which I still not able to retrieve, when the Singpass app works best.If it's of so much trouble just because of the $100/-, I suggest you take mine and go use it to better this LifeSG app.
Couldn't complete the ns credits transaction. This payment system better be working. It is unreliable! When I made the transaction, the amount was deducted from my account but Nothing showed up on the merchant's side! I expect much more from a transaction app.
Everytime force me to update app when I am about to make purchase with it. Everytime a new version of the app is available, it locks me out of app until I update it, this on top of the already slow 2 min to startup just to pay for my ns credit. Everytime have to pay cash instead when it happens, so troublesome. At least give us the option to continue using app and update later lah!
The app failed to launch, despite attempts of reinstallation. It crashes everytime before I could proceed with 'Let's get started'. I have reached out to helpdesk twice (11 & 15 July) via email. No responses yet so far. Unfortunately, it can't be installed for desktop use nor do I have a spare device to try. :( Also agree with previous feedback about the lack of security check at each login, as seen on my friend's app.
Guess RAM usage is super high. Almost impossible to run on 4gb ram handset. Deleted many apps only occasionally can see the login screen. Otherwise just bounce back to nothing. 😮. Developers should not expect everyone has 6gb ram r more to run this app. Please help to reduce the ram usage in next revision. Thanks. Still the same in 2024. The app closes after few seconds. Those have 4gb ram will have problem.
I wonder how this app got near 5 stars. On the app itself, if there's bad network connection, the app will get stuck and relaunch of app is necessary. Next, not related to the app, on the reporting of issues related to housing maintenance. if things breakdown without you knowing, it simply means you are not doing your job. Worse still, when incident is reported, it may get categorized as not under "their" care and considered case close.
The app closed while trying to open. This happened all the time. The app works in the past on my phone but not any more more likely after the so-call upgrade. I am not able to update my phone to the latest Android version and therefore not able to use this app anymore. Why only upgrade the app for use with the latest Android version? Any upgrade should also consider users with phones having older Android versions. Please allow all Android versions to use this app.
Doesn't work. Can't even login. Getting error message saying "oops, we encountered an error while processing your request. We will look into it as soon as possible." Login using the singpass application so cedentials are confirmed correct to a 100%.
Don't know if the infrastructure behind this app is adequate to handle all the neighborhood cases, or if it's a sluggish app - reported a neighborhood case 3 weeks ago about the lift making grating sounds and there was a notification but it was marked resolved within a day - issue still exists today. Not happy about it. Re-submitting the same case tonight was not possible and the waiting icon was spinning for more than 30 seconds. A bit unacceptable, really.
Arising from the $100 credits to this app for NS55, wanted to pay for items but app does not allow use without updating. So you want people to stand in front of the store cashier, wait while your app is slowing updating and let a long queue form, just to pay? FFS updating can come later. Glad that the money can be withdrawn using Sheng Siong's $TM instead.
Ever since the update to LifeSG i have not been able to access. Kept on prompting the "lets get started" page, logged in via Singpass, saw the logged in main page for a second before being sent back to Singpass login.. repeatedly login but same results..it sends me on a loop around logging in sooooo many times without being able to access anything. No such issue prior to the update.
