This app is so nice with a good policy. I'm an agency on the app so I know what I'm talking about. But I have a huge problem. My agency, myself and my host can not recharge anymore. We try all mastercard to buy coins on the LIGO app but it is not working for one week now. We have try so much to fix it but we still cannot recharge. Please send a technical team to reach out to use and fix this problem so we buy coins and finish out targets.

When I first came to this application it worked fine with gifting and playing the games .. here the last 1 and a half months there is no luck very difficult always goes in slow motion but certain hacker blocking apps seem to help ... Hi developer after update ligo seem enough issue on Ligo not coming back up and after update ligo,s network is very very slow when we sending of coins then hitting luck and then slow hitting with bold and bad icons of hitting Totally so much bad after update ligo. Many peoples wasteing coins due to not coming back up. Everyone crying for this. Developer be co operate to solve issue of bold icon of hitting lucky and resolve issue of back up and slow network of Ligo. I hate this update.

A challenge was made, and everyone legally participated in the challenge. But because of winning a large number of people and as they should pay a lot of money to everyone, they didn't give people's money and reduced everyone's coins and targets. They are stealing our money! I desperately request a follow-up from Google, please.

I love that app. But some users make abusing just contol that things like that. Also please add some more rewards and also add wallet option on this plate form for hosts, so they can make their own payments without any hasitation. Becuase of that payment mathod most of the agency owner making fraud with host and didn't pay the salaries or block all the hosts as well. It's good till last month but from last the manger Carmen I don't know why but make salary issues and pay the salaries late last month .this month she didn't reply to any super admin and she didn't want to pay the salary 🙄 we have worked hard to earn money but at last I disappointed ☹️ due to salary issues because I haven't received my agency salary yet.and it's 18th date today.

It's a very good and useful app .I am using this app from last 2.5 years and Alhamdulillah I enjoyed a lot on this app I make a good friend circle and I earn too much money from this app .but after the new update lucky is giving no backup sorry to say but it's a wastage of coins.kindly give backup on lucky

I have facing technically issue when any new user try to join suddenly message show registered too frequently even new user did not install this app. Technically team reslove this issue because I have facing this issue as a admin of faimly even 1 month. If you not cooperative then we leave this and this ideas will be others.

recently we r facing a problem. if sum1 doing rechrge 1 time its getting pending for the 1st time. money is getting deducted from the account but coins are not coming. then we have to do a second rechrge with an other amount. then the previous coins are coming and the 2nd recharge coins are getting stucked. then, when we r doing the next recharge the previous recharge coins are coming. 1 rechrge is getting always stucked. it's happening with almost every1 if we r doing recharge direct frm ligo

Your app is so nice and I love it, but after this last update, the lucky stop returning...no more winning no more return, why? How do we meet our target if we can't gamble and win more...this is bad for work please adjust the system so people don't leave the app.

What is going with this ligo after updating it it's very slow now entering in room stucks screen no lucky coins back i wasted so many coins in lucky did not get back up and after the update I'm not able to see the room lucky bag what is this why is this happening solve your issue as soon as possible because you will lose your Downloaders kindly solve our problems

Sir you guys pay attention to lucky gifts combo more than update because i have lost lot of good feedback on lucky gifts combo on top and our feedback is very low which is not noticed by anyone.
