LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum

This is a pretty fun little game. It's pretty simple, yet fun. it's great to keep your hands busy while you listen to something. it's also fun to see all the Disney characters reimagined. My wife loves the game so I've played it with her for years. A massive issue lately is that you need a LINE account and they will randomly perma-ban new accounts for no reason with no way to recover them. I've had to make multiple accounts before I finally got one that didn't get instantly banned.

Facebook was the only good way to store your save data, my account is forever gone because of it. Line is overdoing security by making sure that if your phone breaks, you have to make a new account and lose all your saves, or you can switch to an iPhone to use the only other reasonable option. So the only good way to store save data for this game on android is to program a tool that can back up your guest data to the cloud service of your choice. A game you can not commit money and effort to.

SO FRUSTRATED 😠 . I love playing this game, however, after some kind of glitch that I couldn't get into the game for 2 days, the game finally loaded today and to my surprise, my account was deleted. So now I get to start all over from the beginning, lost all the characters and levels, and lost all my coins, hearts, and powerups.. Might be a while til I spend time on this game again

I've had Tsum Tsums forever and I cannot play with friends anymore. It logged me out of my Line account on the app and will not relink but still saved my level and tsums and everything, I can even see old hearts friends requested 2000+ days ago, but cannot relink. If I could keep all my progress and play with friends, that'd be awesome. I can't. As a longtime player, this stinks. I'd like an update that allows me to save and transfer my progress to a new account, at least. :/ salvage the years.

I love the concept and always enjoy match-3 games. However, this one is the slowest to load anything. Despite having a great Wi-Fi connection, downloading just 500 MB of data took an hour, and I had to keep the app open the entire time. Once the download was complete, everything within the app still loaded slowly, including starting a new game. While the gameplay itself runs smoothly once it starts, that's the only aspect that does. Watching an ad for a free box took about two minutes to open..

Good game. Recently upeate has issue in playing videos for free life. I am quite sure my wifi is working. But it didn't show me any videos. The result, I got no free life or any gifts. Seem doesn't fair with me. Why can application keep at least one/two clips for offline, so that user can have something. It also crash a lot more often..

I've been playing this game since it's release back in 2014. I love this game and the challenge of beating my personal high score. I just wish you didn't have to have Line to add new friends. Also, I've been having to re-login to Line every time I start the game up which is becoming a hassle, it's not saving my info to automatically keep me signed in. I've never had this problem before the newest update.

Have been playing this almost a year, haven't seen a single ad. I like figuring out the best combination of characters and boosters (if any) to tackle the challenges. You can spend money if you're a completist or impatient but you can definitely have a lot of fun without spending a dime. Don't worry Disney, you still get plenty of my money elsewhere.

2025 update. I was in the mood to play the game again. Based on what I saw in the reviews having Line acct wasn't much of guarantee to preserve my progress. It's still a fun game, but you have to accept you could lose your progress at any time. fyi it does require data, and some loading time waiting. 2016----All I did was try to download the marvel tsum game, which at over an hour still hadn't finished, and all my progress was deleted from Disney tsum. I've uninstalled them both.

Been playing for 2.5 years, but am becoming disappointed with it. Game has been very laggy lately. It also has become very stingy with dispensing special tsums that are needed for events. I don't mind spending a few extra bucks, but the changes are pressuring me to spend even more money, which crosses a line for me. used to be fun, but now it feels like another pay to play game that doesn't stay updated.

I used to love this game. I've got a lot of tsum tsums & items associated with my account (linked to Facebook). I've had no problems in the past switching to a new phone, but now, all of a sudden, there's not even the option to import my save?? Even the FAQ just says, "sorry, you're SOL, no loading." Since when?? Did you really REMOVE this feature?? Unbelievable. If I can't load my save, I'm through playing. Thanks for nothing. I guess I'm just glad I didn't waste real money on this.

This was one of my favorite games. The only game I have ever spent real money on. I was connected to both Facebook, and a Line account it wanted me to sign up for. When my phone broke and I had to redownload everything onto a new phone, my Line account was gone and there was no way back into it. My Tsums account wouldn't let me back into it without logging into Line. I even tried contacting their customer support email twice, and never heard back. Very very disappointed.

I love this game and have played for like 4 years. However the latest update has killed all of our Androids. Several Android players can no longer access their game. It just closes the minute you open it. We've all deleted and reinstalled and have space. It's clearly a bug and ANNOYING. Besides, we've all missed several log in bonuses! I missed a Premium Ticket due to this! 😡

04/2016 - Very cute and fun. I wish rubies were easier to earn and it would be way, way, way cooler if character purchases were separated from skill upgrades. Update 11/9/21 - Still playing & enjoying this game. A lot of grinding for coins that often end up buying skill upgrades for characters I don't use. I can't even skill upgrade the characters I do like just because there are so few ways to gain skill tickets. Everything is waaaaaay too expensive using coins earned in game or real money.

My wife and I downloaded the app on our honeymoon to Japan to play with each other. We liked the game and were enjoying it. After three days, LINE banned both of our accounts without any explanation. We have reached out to them and there has been no response. I'm extremely disappointed by the app developers and the restrictions of requiring a LINE account in order to play the game. I would not recommend this app to anyone as it is a waste of time when your account eventually gets a random ban.

Love the game ..... when I can play it. I missed out on 4 daily login prizes in the first half of the month and 2 so far this half because the game won't load. Its not my phone, or my wifi connection. It says the line network is unstable and can't load. Fix the issue and the 5 stars will come back but right now I can't give 5 stars on a game that I can't play consistently.

EDIT: Started to crash randomly in the middle of games. It's an incredibly addictive game, with fun graphics and effects. Plus you can play it without having to pay extra, which is always nice. But I feel that the carrot is dangled a little too far at times, and obtaining coin can be a slog and less fun than it should be. It also is crying out for social media integration! I'd love to compare scores through Facebook and Twitter, but it is locked into the Line app and no one I know uses that!

Great game! Helps kill time when your waiting for class to start. Though the game itself freezes and I need to close it down and reopen it to play. Also occasionally, while its searching for line announcements, it will take forever and eventually I'll get annoyed and just close the app out altogether. If these bugs were fixed it would be great!!!!

I love the game itself. The challenges are great. Unfortunately with every update something goes wrong. This is this months issue, please fix! finish playing a round and it won't do anything more, so I lost the coins I used, plus have to try for the mission again, sometimes it doesnt like to send hearts... That can get annoying, but I still love and play this game.

I absolutely love this game. Beyond that, I love Disney. The idea of a bubble game for Disney was a bit odd to me at first, but once I gave it a try I fell in love with the game in the most obsessive way possible. This game is extremely rewarding to those patient enough to gather enough coins to take a chance at obtaining one of their favorite Disney characters. However, after a while it becomes a grind & a little repetitive. I saved 1.5 mil coins & blew it off trying to obtain a limited tsum I didn't get..
