Exceptionally poor localization. My app setting is English but almost everything is in Thai. If something goes wrong, good luck getting help, you're given a million options to choose from in Thai instead of an actual chat. Select the wrong one you get booted. Select the right one, someone only speaking Thai will message you and then close the chat. Also orders are frequently cancelled, 0 stars.
Pointless delivery times estimations. Ordered from a restaurant 30 seconds bike from us. "Out for delivery" for 40 minutes. Eventually turns up 20 minutes later than the 15 minute wide expected delivery time. To miss a 15 minute window by 20 minutes when just 30 seconds away suggests these guys have absolutely zero idea how to run a delivery app. Coupon system is a mess too. Can't recommend this app at all and note despite high average, almost all recent reviews 1 star.
This is a good service. The app is not as good. Specifically the notifications. Notifications are either on or off. I want to be notified that my delivery is here. I do not want to be notified that the app has a new 'locked deal' for me. These notifications can happen several times per day. For example today I got one for a burger from McDonalds. I am a vegetarian.
Terrible, use GRAB instead. Terrible customer service. reliability of the delivery service is suspect, my very first order was never delivered and getting a refund is impossible. instead of accepting your complaint they just string the issue out and then say it has taken too long.
very slow food delivery (2hours+) which is not in line with estimated delivery time before ordering When there's something wrong with the food, grab will take responsibility and reimberse, but lineman don't take much responsibility and will mostly give 20thb coupon which very not in line with the loss of customers. Also, this 20thb coupon cannot use on top of other normal coupons so it's practically useless since there're usually free coupon of more than 20thb discount
Why do I have to pay extra for what the shop doesn't have.This happened to me so many times.They rearrange the shopping list but not the price.I ordered six items but only three items arrived but I was forced to pay for all the six items price.if you adjusted the item please adjust the price too! I'm so disappointed.
Be aware, this all is not the app for tourists and foreigners. Don't expect it to work as well as GrubHub, Doordash, etc. The GPS and the delivery address are designed for Thais. You need to check the delivery address "every time" you order. Do not assume the default delivery address is the address you select for HOME. I learned my lesson a hard way.
The rider will often go the wrong way. but biggest problem is they'll often send a driver two a second restaurant not close to your's delaying the receiving time beyond the delivery time given (this was told to me by a delivery guy that ended up taking an hour to bring coffee from 3km away.

Good app but poor deals for VIP. Too many conditions to use, some deals enforce the LINE wallet payment method which some people who don't want to keep their money there would lose be benefits. VIP already a PAID membership, so you should remove these kinds of conditions. Recently, drivers often came late, too.
several times the app has changed my delivery address to some place else. app is very poor in giving notices/updates, usually repeating the same one multiple times. most menus are in Thai meaning I must rely on pictures to order.
It's impossible to actually check the box acknowledging the terms to actually use the app. Clicking on the box opens the terms. Scrolling all the way to the bottom doesn't show anything to check. Clicking back takes me back to the same screen where the only option is to check the box, which opens the terms again.
I recommend this service due to their excellent customer support and the variety of promotional programs they offer. However, if the cost were lower, it would be even better.
My several orders had canceled even priority delivery. I can't believe they can't find courier because last 2 days orders was completely delivered as well
I only use Lineman for food delivery. This works perfectly and is reliable. Note: LM is very often cheaper, sometimes much cheaper than Grab (!). Get the 99 baht per year VIP package if you use it regularly
application not gave much optional for user and when got an issue couldn't contact staff to solve problem only AI gave you solution that didn't match and still cannot solve it.
Whats the point of a filter if it doesn't work. I wanna see bakery, instead I literally see sams restuarant over and over again. Basic thing, can't even get that right.....
Very disappointed with my first experience using the application. It took over 2 hours and 30 minutes to deliver my food because the Lineman app sent my delivery person to do multiple pick-ups and deliveries after my order was picked. I feel sorry for the delivery person because if they refuse to do the deliveries in between, they are banned for making deliveries for 3 days. Sad that corporations bully their delivery people even when they try to provide good service for the customers.
Items never in stock. Wait over an hour for delivery driver to make me cancel order. Coupons never work. Terrible customer service. WASTE OF TIME.
The ride prices are reasonable, but the drivers never read their messages, even if I send Thai messages. Line should teach their drivers to read and send messages.
