Ling - Learn Georgian Language

I am using it for free at the moment but will definitely be going premium once I have mastered the basics. I find it very useful along side other apps that focus more on the letters. very good app, quite similar to a Duolingo style of app but without that annoying owl getting all up in your notifications and trying to sell you stuff 😂. It has reading, writing, listening and speaking exercises. I find the talking exercises very useful. Great app for beginners for sure and probably pros too!

The training program is ill-conceived, without word training, it goes straight to sentences. In fact, you have to blindly understand what it's about.

I really like this app and suggest to every one. There is just one matter that I don' t like about it. When we see the English translation of the sentence, the tense of the original sentences are not clear at all. For Georgian sentences, I cannot get the tense of the sentences. All of English translations are in simple presents while I'm sure that some of these sentences are present continuous in Georgian . How we can get it!

I just started learning the 6th language of my life. I chose a beginner course and it is WAY too hard, not the language, the course. not only is the way the materials presented far too hard, but the initial content is worthless. overall, lessons are very poorly thought out.

This is the best app that I have found to help learn Georgian. Ignore the comments about wrong audios. These are rare. I found one, reported it, and it was fixed within a day. The option to switch Georgian script on and off is really good. I want to learn Georgian letters and so many other apps do not give the option to turn this off and on. The app is missing instruction on (the notoriously complex) Georgian grammar. But I am also working with the book "Beginner's Georgian" by Kiziria and I am finding that this a perfect combination. Thank you. At last I am making proper progress.

just started with this app since I couldn't lean georgian on Duolingo. it gives a simular experience except I like that you are hearing conversations from day one. also helps that everything shows you the gerogian script and Latin alphabet. the only reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is I've yet to hear any speaking practice. maybe that comes later and if thats the case I'll update this. I also like that there is a monthly option for pro. I'm crash course learning georgian

No way i could learn Georgian with this. No alphabet lessons, instead Georgian transcribed into English. The phrases in the introduction are formal, you would use them in academical field, not in everyday life. Also, the app doesn't perform great on my phone, screen freezes every time.

I've completed lessons in intro unit and was going to keep learning, but there are no lessons displayed in the 2nd unit. I think it's a bug. Overall the app is glitchy and takes long time to load. Wouldn't pay for a buggy app.

Your application is great! I complated free excercises in 3 days. Everything is good, but in my opinion the application cost is too high. I don't ready to pay so much. I'm ready for ads or smaller cost.

It is ok, but very primitive. You lern through tests but they are too simple, which gives only illusion of understanding. A book is always Chinese and the food is always Japanese. But you cannot learn how to say something yourself. Though the app quality is good

I'm an Asian and this app is really cool! I've known a bit on how to read the alphabets and can even read Georgian texts for a few years now myself. But I still don't know what they mean. So this app is really cool to help me with the spellings, pronunciations and the meanings. Good job!

terrible. it's even worse than Duolingo. no theory at all, no practice mode. you can do any amount of errors, and all units are available from the beginning, no feeling of progression at all

Just started using this, but so far I really love it. It does a great job presenting the information and even includes conversations for a more practical experience than vocabulary flashcards or something would provide.

App is descent, but there are some annoying bugs. Like mismatches between sound and text of phrase, speech recognition is horrible, and after last update I've got Tai or some other language in my first lesson instead of Georgian 😂🤦🏼

The App isn't bad but in the wrong section you can't lern from it unless you purchase it! Please make at least the entire alphabet free or don't put it in the free section at all! There are people out there who give you the alphabet for free and your app is just suppressing those nobel people with your calculated greed, this has been written with all the respect you deserve, make it useful in this section and the rating will be better!

I like the way in which it teaches you basic concepts and then allows for you to develop more vocabulary, plus the fact it's available for langauges that have little other resources is great

Very poor introduction - numbers are all out of order, not good for travel at all. Free trial expired while I was hiking and did not have internet, was charged $66 AUD for an entire year.

The writing section is not the first task you do. If I don't know the language at all, it makes no sense to do these tasks with words as I only read the Latin symbols, not Georgian. I still think that you can't learn if you don't know the alphabet.

great app but after couple of days using it only shows blank screen reinstall and clearing cache/data doesn't help
