The grammar games were very helpful, and I could see myself using them frequently for practice. But the main issue (which other reviewers have pointed out) is that it's a separate membership purchase. I understand it's a separate app, but I'm not willing to pay for Lingodeer and this on top of it, that's asking too much. These games should've been added to the main app as premium features to draw in new subscribers, instead of trying to make even more money on current subscribers. Disappointing.

The sentence structure game is the most useful one, honestly the vocab games are kind of pointless since the formula is so predictable and you only have to get it right once. If you get something wrong it will ask it as the first question next time you start, so it's really easy to remember. If there was a separate category after the section is finished, where you could review ones you've missed once, or twice, or 3x, etc, it would be so much more useful.

As a true fan of LingoDeer, this was an instant subscribe for me. But unfortunately, the more I use the app, the more I realize that some key features are missing to make it effective. Without a proper strengthening program, it's not very useful to just go through everything once. Even the core LingoDeer app could use better strengthening exercises. On both, there should be a way to flag things you need to practice more. Otherwise I still need to make flashcards... which defeats the purpose.

Very little "free" content. I love lingo deer it's very useful and helpful but this extension I think should have other means of payment, maybe an ad supported version? Many people aren't keen on monthly payments, especially if they are already paying for the main app. Just my thoughts. I'd love it if there was a way to unlock the things by watching ads or something rather than pay every month, I'm in China, it's not easy or convenient to pay via Google play store.

Update: they allowed to buy it outright. It seems like it is much more advanced than the lingo deer version but it is worth it. Not doing the subscription model. It is getting out of hand. Let me buy something to own it. I am not renting this. Update: they made it something to buy. Bought it right away. Not opposed to spending money. Just tired of that model.

The content is great and diverse. However my major concerns are double subscriptions when I have the main app, the speed of testing doesnt allow learning, also I thought the main app vocabulary would feed into this app but it's all new words posing a HUGE unforgiving learning curve, I dont mind spending the money but theres alot to correct here before I feel confident that I'll love this app. I was looking for a fun way to quickly expand conversation "where are you from" and review.

This is for Japanese, don't know about other languages. The app feels half-done. Sometimes if you make a mistake, you get a short text explanation of why it happened, most times you do not. But there is a great listening skill trainer. It's got enough useful stuff that I still pay for it, but not good enough to give s higher rating to. Also, they've been promising to do something with in game coins for years now, and it's still not touched.

Great app so far. My only issue is the 'coins' you get. What are they for??? (see edit below) I think this app will definitely help build my vocabulary (I've struggled to memorize specific words, so the game style will be helpful.) definitely worth the subscription fee in my opinion.... edit for 5 stars. If you click to your profile there is a link to a 'store' that is coming soon. very happy with this app. :D

I didn't mind paying for the original Lingodeer app, I get that development costs quite a lot and your products are well made. But having to buy a second subscription, one which also really isn't cheap, for what is essentially a companion app for reinforcement, is kinda too much. As thankful, as I am for all of the quality material the Lingodeer team has given given us, I won't accept paying twice for the same service. At the very least include a much cheaper plan for members of the main app.

It's a very rewarding app. My only recommendation would be to add a spaced repetition system. Without spaced repetition, learning is more inefficient and you forget things a bit more easily. There is no easy way to revise words in this app. When I replay a module to try and get words that I previously got wrong, it keeps showing me words I already know as well which is frustrating. There is also no way to suspend words so it's a big waste of time. However, the games are fun and have variety.

Amazing app that really helps me expand my vocabulary with fun, repetitive games. I just wish this was part of the main app, as I am already paying a lot to access those lessons. I've had to drop my subscription to this one a few times because it's just too expensive. They work so well together though, my learning doesn't feel complete with this one too.

I already use lingo deer and like it so much. Deer plus revealed to be even better with the more advanced studying options and the game kinda thing it has going on. The deer is so cute and it's like playing a game. I just wonder if the levels will unblock after some time or if the only time to open them is paying for a subscription. I just started it and would like to continue but not sure about paying for the app, at least for now.. If I just wait will I be able to continue using the app?

I like some of the exercises, however, it's not very beginner friendly. Most of the exercises are timed at 1 minute or less, and when you're just starting to learn the kana, that's not nearly enough time to read multiple full sentences. I really wish there were less timed exercises so I could really *practice*, instead of just feeling stressed and pressed to pick a random answer.

I have got the paid version so I hope you can add more variety games and more down/wait time for the newer learners (like it skips the question after a second or in grammar part, letting me guess the stuff- I can guess them right and it wouldn't even let me see the explanations why it's supposed to be that way. Maybe an 'i don't know' option?) For the amount of money, it is not enough content for me for now.

It's a useful and fun addition. But I do have 3 issues with it: 1. It's very new so there's small mistakes in the content, which can be confusing for a new learner. 2. It doesn't let you finish your last word on timed exercises. That's frustrating, learning should come before the arbitrary time limit. 3. There is no one time payment option, meaning the longer you keep this app, the more expensive it gets. I'm currently paying €3.29 a month, which is €39.48 a year. That's too much for one app.

Very useful language learning app. I only have 2 issues with it: 1) the Stream of Phrases exercise doesn't give enough time to read the sequence, not to mention the answers; it should have the timer removed. 2) after cancelling membership it doesn't let you review the already unlocked lessons. In conclusion, it's a great app if you can afford to keep paying for it, but otherwise it's not even worth installing

Seems pretty fun for the one lesson I could do before asking for payment. Wanted to by the lifetime access but they were asking for £94! dropped to £47. That was raised from £36. If you're asking for that kind of money you might want to consider credit option so people can pay over time if possible. Edit: So I went ahead and brought it and it's really good so far. I would like to see writing practices. I hope the money I paid is worth it in the long run.

The app is quite fun, but it could be even better if it showed images for the words we practice. I've learned more words intuitively than I thought I could thanks to this app. However, it's such a shame that the entire app is under a Premium wall. You won't get passed the first level, literally. But at least there is a one-time payment. Maybe when I buy the lifetime subscription I might upgrade my review. But so far, I can't say much for one level available for free, of each section

Probably the cutest way to learn a new language. The small animations you get for completing sessions are adorable and feel very rewarding. The different trainig categories make it easy to set focus one your individual needs. Sadly there are many errors in the audio file mappings. That's made even worse by the fact that you can't deactivate certains words. So the app will play incorect audio, you will select the 'wrong' answer, and then you get the word again and again and again.

While Lingodeer was perfect for me to learn Korean. I think Deerplus can still be improved. Firstly, I don't fancy having to follow the decided learning levels. Not being able to pick which vocab to learn first. For example, I would rather learn colors first rather than exercises name. Secondly, Its a pain that I have to check the levels one by one when I want to review specific part of the lessons. Otherwise, I think it was worth it to pay for
