doesn't integrate seamlessly with linked in. You can be having a message conversation with somebody in LinkedIn and it isn't available to continue in sales navigator and vice versa So sometimes you have to bounce between the two of them to try to figure out what was the last thing that was said or messaged. when you go to save something to sales navigator it doesn't pop up the list that you put in so you have to actually go into sales navigator and then move them into other lists.
There seems to be two versions of Navigator - this one that I've downloaded to my phone, and another that I can only reach via mobile web. This version is clunky and is missing features and functionality of the desktop version, notably the ability to view my Social Selling Index - there's no route in the menu to get to the SSI page. It's ok for very basic searching, but other than that I find i just wait to get to my laptop to use Navigator.
Fix your app. It prompts me to select new leads every time I open the app, won't let me progress into the app without doing so, but doesn't show me a list of leads without a few refreshes. Happens on my tablet also. Frustrating experience every time I need to jump in for a quick search, and now I have a bunch or junk leads I don't want to save.
Setting up the two-factor authentication has been a painful, time-wasting process. On Android I’ve had to keep typing my password again and again just to set it up properly. Honestly, the second I find an alternative, I’m switching in a heartbeat—it’s a no-brainer.
This app is of no use to me. i stumbled on the free trial via LinkedIn and was charged #98000 when my 3month free trial will end in January. i have to download it to drop a review. Can I get a refund, i don't mind been charged for a month and get my balance can't waste my hard earned money on a app that's of no value to me.
it's pretty bad, and im almost positive they're using AI for these reviews because they look fake. lists are awful, I connect with someone from my list, they dissappear, then reappear, then cycle that 10 times, taking people off randomly and adding them back. Dont know why they can't fix.
the 2 step verification doesn't work. highly frustrating and a waste of time
An explicit must in professional networking. Expensive but worth it.
Reach is good but out of 10 messages one read !
What?! You messed it up with your update! It was just fine before. You two factor authentication doesn't work as intended and now I can't even get in!
It is impossible to be professsional with Sales Navigator. The searches are inaccurate, which means you end up contacting irrelevant people, wasting time and credits. The mail box doesn't sync properly with regular LinkedIn messages, so you end up having two conversations with the same person and everyone gets confused. It tells you that you have notifications but none show up.
This is ridiculous!! As I install the App it automatically opens a subscription page where I have to agree to pay R1,299 monthly, which I don't want and do not require the Premium version. Please can you adjust this so we can go directly to our page - many of us are unemployed and cannot afford additional costs.
So much potential, but is low-effort considering the price. Last used filters aren't saved unless you tediously save by name on another page, no quick save button (MUST organize it), pressing back button bumps your search to the very top instead of where you left off... Whoever made this clearly never used a mobile app on their life. How is this a commercial product? Should be free until revamped with quality of life to be business-worthy.
Making user to purchase this app is a fraud, I have signed in on LinkedIn and there they offered me one month subscription free for premium account, when I accepted the offer there it was clearly written that you can cancel the subscription any time and I will be charged monthly from next month of I don't cancel the subscription. However, it forced me to install core sales navigator which is of no use for me. I have cancelled my subscription but they have still charged me Rs. 5900.
Pretty much a LinkedIn app with ability to save people into lists and add custom notes, plus an extended InMail allowance. Beware that messages sent through this app don't appear in your main LinkedIn app. And I couldn't find how to purchase extra InMails additionally to 50 available Sales Navigator premium subscription (as it's mentioned the maximum is 150).
Don't get. Sales Navigator inbox does not integrate into LinkedIn Inbox, makes the whole thing overly complex and confusing. If you message a lot then stick with regular LinkedIn. Navigator inbox does not tell you if the recipient has read the message either. It's worse than the regular inbox!
poor experience. i received a prompt via linkedin to review sales navigator. clicked on install the thinking that it would take me t the app. it didn't. asked me to log in so that it could tell me about the subscription. still havent see the functionality. very poor experience. if the intention was to let me know about the subscription options, why not just tell me that.
Bad UI, poor value for the money. Everything takes too many clicks and steps, especially making lists. When you add a contact to a filtered list and then try to go back to the list, you start all over at the top. Basic testing should have caught this. So half baked.
Its a shame when you click on an alert from a saved lead, then read it, when pressing the back arrow to return to the insights/alerts list, you are taken to the normal LinkedIn app. So i then have to come out of that and return to Sales Nav app. Didnt want to give 1 star as if it wasn't for this one very annoying time draining thing I'd give it 5
3 stars. Designed to lock you in. I had a premium account a few years ago but left because it was just irritating. I joined again because I had heard good things about it. There is now a tab that shows you your LinkedIn messages. Fantastic, I've been using LinkedIn for about 15 years and have thousands of messages. The bad news is that any new messages that you create in Sales Navigator are in a separate list and will basically disappear if you let your subscription expire.
