Linktree: Link in bio creator

Using my 7 day trial pro version. The app is so slow. When I click on something it hesitates for a few seconds before going. Also uploaded a digital product for a freebie to test it. Got it added, went to my IG, clicked on my linktree and requested the free download, put in my required name and email, it sent it to my email immediately but when I try to open it, it says there is no product there. Is this because I am in trial mode that the thing doesn't actually send the digital product?

A very useful App that allows you to collate all the links relating to your online presence into one link or QR code. I am only using the free version and there are still plenty of features. One issue I am having is that the Share To option is not working. When I click on one of the icons, for example, What's App, I get a brief message pop up saying that I am not connected to the internet, except I am.

PLEASE FIX!!! The *app* is AWFUL! It has so many bugs and glitches that prevent you from doing a lot of things. I can't even fill out my personal information on my profile for the brand deals page because the drop down menus for gender and date of birth are blank and it doesn't bring up the keyboard to let you type it in. PLEASE FIX!!

for everything they tried to do and was great for my multiple operations...but they really screwed it up. I've had technical issues I couldn't access the one account to change it, so I had to add a nrw one, couldnt get help, doubled paid for months til fixed...now prices have gotten ridiculous, went up like 40% so I moved over to link pod, paid once. BYE!

Was actually more complicated that I thought it was going to be. Not only was adding links and sites a weird, definitely not straight forward process, but I ultimately couldn't figure out how to link it to my Instagram. So it was a waste of time. I also signed up for premium... Maybe it was just a trial, I forget. But I just put it in my calendar tomorrow and having it reminding me 2x a day every day until I cancel it so I don't forget lol. Feels predatory

The App is very user friendly. Had a problem with one of my links, had to figure it out myself after CS kept sending the same auto script for 45 minutes. After an hour an seeing the CS "Away" on their system, I just figured it out myself. Customer Service for this App sucks. I hope I never have to depend on them if there is a problem.

Click where? When I go to add a profile picture I can't even click the check mark ✓ to agree to the picture. Or the photos sit and spin getting nowhere. The (X) to leave the page plus the (✓) are so high up the screen you can't hardly see them. Let alone click on them. Please fix this. It seems I'm not the only one having issues with editing not working.

Great app but it has a glitch. It won't let me edit my links anymore. It says 'Oops something went wrong. We're having issues loading your links.' This has been happening for months STRAIGHT. Fix the issue for 5 stars. 👏✨️ EDIT: After not being able to access my links for OVER A YEAR even after doing all of the troubleshooting I was forced to delete my account. I was looking forward to paying for a pro account too but the free won't even work.

The app itself is great. A little annoying that different platforms treat it like spam, but I know that's not LinkTree's fault. However, no matter what permissions I give this app, it refuses to allow me to update my profile photo. Kinda defeats the point of permissions if you won't accept you've been given them. But that is most likely an issue on my end. Once you get past that, the app itself is fantastic and being able to have a custom QR code is practically unmatched.

This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used, glitches to where it feels like it's being controlled by someone else changes things I wasn't changing at all like fonts and backgrounds to where I am scared to adjust even one visual. Sometimes, it won't even let me progress past the log in screen. Then just now I had to go into my settings and change my phone's layout to be able to click one button. Pretty rough and added a lot of unnecessary stress.

I really used to love this app for my small business, but since I had to start it all over because of technical difficulties I have to make all new socials for it. I used to have my Instagram, Facebook page, email, links to my seller site, etc on it and with this update they don't even give the option for at least 6 of the things I need! Some of the new options are nice, but you should have just added them in instead of taking away most of the socials we need for those clicks and views!

Pros: you can keep video links, typeform, etc on the page instead of going to the other platform. con: even if you have multiple trees with the same email, etc...you are forced to buy seperate plans for each. This alone makes me want to move to a different platform. Con#2: no way to switch trees easily in the app. con#3: no way to include html coding for mass integration of other platforms, for example ability to place own crm contact form html code to capture leads and sent to crm.

its a good app for sharing personal profiles in one profile/link. but the free customizable themes are just annoying cuz from its word "customizable" and the fact that its free, i expect that i can customize it but when i customize it and try to save it, i cannot save it and it just says to "upgrade" to keep the profile that i customized .

Looks good and is easy to use, but the app is very buggy. Whenever I try to change a video thumbnail, the app crashes instantly and closes. This happens every time, leaving me stuck with old thumbnails. For a portfolio-sharing app, this is a serious issue. Needs urgent bug fixes.

The concept is excellent but this app isn't befitting of the brand. It is very slow and glitchy. Some issues I experience are:- 1. Cannot reorder links within Collections. I can select them but cannot move them. 2. On initial load, I occasionally get "Page not found' for my site. 3. When try to edit a Collection, there is a long pause before the collection opens. I'm running this on an S25 Ultra. To add to these problems they have recently doubled the cost of the Pro package.

started using link tree very recently, updated it and it stopped working, wont let me log in or even sign up, before that it was easy to find links, easy to use, and seemed like a great tool, I even deleted and re downloaded, still won't let me log in.

all is good but technically very irritating. gets logged out automatically. when try to login it keeps showing errors. sometimes takes time to open. when opened it keeps hanging. that makes the workflow very slow. switching off to other platforms.

How many times I have to keep logging in. After every update I have to keep relogging in. I'm so canceling you guys this year. This is what I pay for. who ever is your developer should be fired. you guys don't know what your doing. I've been working in software support for over 30 years. Your developer still can't get that fixed your done this year as director I'm pulling linktree from all of our sites nationally.

I am trying to set up linktree but it keeps telling me to restart the app I have already emailed the developer so please get back to me because I am an up-and-coming Creator across social media. please help developers answer my email thank you then I will rate your app higher. ***1st* I already emailed the developers. same name and picture I use here. no response.**

Misleading subscription features, DOUBLED pricing for features nobody asked for, analytics are terrible and restricted. Looking for alternatives now.
