Live Nation At The Concert

Rejected my credit card 4 times before I was able to finally make purchase. Almost always have problems with Live Nation app, but its not as bad as TicketMaster which wont let me purchase tickets because it says their is a problem with my internet connection, location or browser. Both apps are terrible and have been for a couple years. Good luck trying to buy tickets!

As many others have experienced, I, too, am now stuck at the login page. "Link accounts to access your Ticketmaster tickets" it says, but I can't input anything. I've cleared cache, deleted data, uninstalled, reinstalled, but still nothing. Fortunately, I had previously transferred my tickets for tonight's show to my Google Wallet. Yet another app/company that doesn't appear to care at all about their Android-using clientele...

Nothing is loading, not even my tickets. I tried clearing the cache, nothing. I tried deleting all stored data, can't sign in. It can't even load the sign in page! Whatever update that was done, reverse it, please! Or at least before the Fall concert season. Twice now, I had to buy my tickets on the browser version, on my laptop at work, to even purchase my tickets. I will be pausing the app until it's fixed. Thanks.

Absolute garbage. The app is required to use your tickets that you paid for. But app won't even open up when you are waiting in line at the venue or transfer them to your wallet. Good luck using it in any manner. Constant error message if you bought any tickets, too. Basically just head to the will-call line because you're not getting in.

App hasn't worked in months. I click on my events or sign in and it kicks me out with message 'app stopped working'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and get the same results. This is NOT good considering they don't give us options to access tickets on the website or can print them. If we can't use the app, are we now unable to attend an event because of that? Not very customer service savvy!

It keeps telling me to connect my accounts which I don't have a ticketmaster account or really any other connectable account. Now I can't even get to my tickets on the app. It's beginning to be a waste of time and a waste of money. Might be switching to stubhub instead. I also can't even look at tickets half the time because it keeps saying it's suspicious? That's happening on the website too, which is an even bigger pain. Update: Now telling me to log in and won't stop. No access to tickets.

Hot garbage. First time in quite awhile purchasing tickets. Being forced to download this app so I can use my tickets instead of printing them like normal. Now I can't even sign in to see them!! Sign in page hangs or doesn't even load! The help desk is just as useless. For a company that has a monopoly over live events, earns billions of dollars every year, it's absurd how you can't even have a functioning app so I can enjoy what I purchased. Never again.

Maybe it was a technical issue, but I had a concert today and couldn't get the website to log me in. I tried the app and had the same issue. It took maybe 10 minutes of attempting to login before the site worked (the app didn't). I transferred a ticket to a friend several weeks before the show. Day of, he couldn't log in, either. After another 20 minutes, he got part of the site to load and the ticket checkers let him in since I finally got in and was showing them I had the same issue.

0/5 The app keeps logging me out time after time, even if I press "remember me" option. Each time I'm at the concert, I open the app and voilà - I need to log in again. The service is usually pretty bad at the venues, so it's a real struggle to make the app work. Would gladly use the website, since the app is no use, but sadly you need the app in order to present the ticket.

Figured it would be a good way to order tickets, it's definitely not and I would not rely on this for that if I were you, go through the phone browser if you have to. Went to order tickets for a show, presale opened at 10, got in line and everything was cool. Got to select tickets which wasn't exactly easy but got it done. Then it went to payment... it was stuck in a load cycle for about an hour, lost the tickets, tried again and same thing. Don't make my mistake, don't use this app to buy.

App keeps crashing and is completely unreliable. I've been getting the connectivity issue message, also, but even after resetting, clearing the cache, deleting and redownloading it about 8 times, it is still NOT working. We can't buy tickets if we can't get it to work. This is very disappointing. For an app that used to work so well, now it sucks!!!

I just installed app AFTER the most recent version update (5/1). It took me over 40 minutes after launching the app just to pull up my ticket to be scanned for entry at the venue! Caused me to miss a good part of the opening band. Since, I have cleared the cache and still when launching the app it just spins and spins. Totally ridiculous, as I am uninstalling after review!

This app is literally hot garbage. So glad I was trying to set it up before the concert. The sign in opens an embedded version of your mobile browser and completely soft locks unless you use Chrome (I default Firefox). Once I finally do sign in, as soon as you hit "My Tickets" the app immediately crashes. Every single time. Not only does it crash, it also signs you out of the app. I can only imagine that this app works perfectly on Apple devices, unfortunate.

The worst app ever!! For 3 days I'm trying to view my tickets to a concert in Chicago. Not only that it is impossible to see the tickets without signing for 3 different apps, but this app constantly freezes. I had to delete and download it three times! And I'm still not sure that at the time of the concert this app would work. Absolutely ruined my mood and wasted so much of my life time!! Shame!

App Keeps On Crashing!!! Try to attend an event last night and almost didn't get in because this app completely froze up on me. Refreshed it several times and got nothing out of it. Had to go to the ticket booth to retrieve the ticket that I purchased. I went even further and uninstalled this app and reinstalled it, and it still ended up freezing on me. I'm very disappointed.

Horrible experience everytime I use the app. Every single time I try to buy tickets it's filed with error messages, blank pages, and failed attempts. It couldn't be much more difficult to buy tickets using their app. Countless times I even make it as far as tickets in my cart with payment entered, then an error message saying tickets are no longer available. Sends me back to tickets where the same pair I was looking for is still available. Took an hour to buy tickets for the last show i went to.

when your tagline is "Your phone is your ticket", you really ought to make sure the app works. Time and time again, i've either had a blank barcode until minutes before doors open or the app logs me out just as i'm about to go through the doors and i've been unable to transfer tickets to my wife many many times, so we end up having go everywhere together in the venue in case they ask to see them. Honestly it is less than useless.

Signed in and all I get is a screen that states, in white letters "link accounts to access your Ticketmaster tickets" that appears to be overlaid at the bottom. At the top in grey "Sign in access and manage..." . There's nothing to click. Won't let me go back. Won't let me do anything. I've uninstalled and tried reinstalling. Beyond frustrating. Has anyone QA'd the user experience?

6/1/24 The app is horrible. I've been having trouble since the most recent update. It took forever to open, I couldn't search for shows and I couldn't access my tickets. I un-installed the append reinstalled it and now I can't even sign in. Every time I try to sign in it tells me to link my accounts then closes. I get a message on my phone that tells me the app has a bug.

Nothing in the app will load anymore. It's completely worthless. I assumed it was all the $25 ticket madness, but that's over and it still won't load. Downloaded on my iPad and it works fine. Summer concert season is about to start and I can't even access any of my events. Please fix it! Update 6/12 - Deleted & reinstalled again. App now refuses to acknowledge that I'm logged in, despite My Account taking me right to my logged in account through Chrome. Still can't access tickets or shows.
