The app is pretty basic and ok BUT when I met with my doctor we couldn't really hear each other. He had to call me because the app seemed like it wasn't using the speaker and more of like I was on a call. Edit 11/26/25 Now I can't log in using fingerprint and I'm pretty sure messages to Dr aren't going through. The volume has improved however.

Useless, can't get past log-in. You need the app if you don't have a specific mobile browser installed in order to utilize this service — which is utterly ridiculous. Especially since they send you the login link absolutely last minute. I have an account and I have not forgotten my password. I can log in onto LiveHealth on my desktop no problem, but god forbid I try to log into their app with those same credentials. Too much hassel to deal with as I'm trying to attend a health appointment.

Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.

This new update ruined the app. Now it's making me enter my info multiple times. I could not see or hear my provider, so he had to call me. It takes me to a browser for the call and makes me log in again instead staying in the app?? I can't see a list of providers and pick one now, it just assigns one randomly. It won't let me send a message or see the message I just got. This is extremely frustrating to use. It worked well enough before. Why can't you just leave a good thing alone???

Disappointing 😞 Don't do it I had 3 appt's scheduled. Each time I logged in, paid, it told me the provider was no longer available. The second time I called customer service. She was nice, but unable to help me get connected to my appt . I scheduled another appt for an hour later and that one did the same thing. I have been charged a no show fee of $40 once, and anticipate 2 times more now and all Customer service could say was I would get an email about the issue in 72hrs.

Do not use!!! Was sitting in the waiting room for my appt, the app then went back to the home screen. If that happens there is no way to rejoin, nor does it even list that you had an appointment. Called support, which I was on hold for an excessive amount of time, and was told " that's too bad but it's not our fault nor their problem. " Then I was hung up on. 0 out of 5

Could not use the app. Logged in just fine, selected a provider, paid, and then sat waiting until the app would stop functioning and I'd have to start over. Happened 3 times and I gave up. It's faster to drive to an actual doctor's office at this rate. I've used the website before (not the app) with no issues in the past but the app isn't working for me.

There's a lot of good information on the app that I appreciate, but it's sometimes hard to find. For example, when insurance changes, there is no obvious way to update my pharmacy in the app. I've also had some issues with appointments being cancelled because the app would not connect my provider or me into the appointment (if this happens to you, make sure they don't charge you for a missed visit!). Also, calls can be disjointed and lose connection. Overall, tho, it's a helpful resource.

The app mostly seems fine. My problem is the "providers". I put it in quotes, because in the last 24 hours they haven't provided anything for me. Made an appointment yesterday, filled out all the forms, checked in and got the message that the provider was nolonger available. Whatever that means. No email, no notification. I was even charged for missing the appointment. Today I went to see about availability. Booked, was canceled, booked, was rescheduled without my consent twice. Ridiculous.

I don't know why they had to "update" this app but it is now absolutely horrible to use. You cannot do appointments in the app. Schedule, yes. Actual appointment, no. You used to be able to stay logged in. Now you have to login multiple times. Want to schedule an appointment? Login. Want to go to your appointment? Open a separate browser, login. Want to view your notes from the appointment? Login. Audio, video, notes, list of medications and medical conditions incomplete, and more that're bad

No way select a provider and see their availability on a calander. You have to click through each day to see if they have availability. If I request an appointment, my provider can make one for me at any time, and then without having recieved any confirmation from me, bill me for missing the appointment. One provider canceled my appointment and one missed my appointment with no explanation or offer to reschedule. At the very least an automated "would you like to reschedule?" message would help.

While the therapist I see through LiveHealth is great and very helpful, I have problems with the rest of the service. It's difficult to figure out where to go on the site and the mobile app, and because of technical issues I had to disconnect from a therapy appointment and have another one started. LiveHealth charged for both calls. The cost after insurance was only $10, but it's still disappointing that it had to charge for both calls when one of the hour long sessions was ended 3 minutes in.

What a useless service. Been trying to get an appointment for an hour, got bounced between three different doctors in a waiting room, disconnected twice, no way to actually reply to the "assistant". One time I got connected it didn't go through, it said, "the doctor may contact you over the phone instead", and there was no follow up. I'm going to have to go to a physical urgent care, because I'm tired of waiting.

Back before the update when the app worked, I would have given it 5 stars, but now it is fully broken. I have had 3 appointments cancelled, and when I open the link, it says unsupported browser. Go to Chrome...open it in Chrome, and it says the exact same thing. Phone and tablet are both the same, and my PC does not have a webcam or mic. Please fix this as it use to be a great service

1. The call would not connect. The app said another program was using mic but no other apps were open. 2. The supposed technical support number gave a prerecorded ad and nothing else. The ad sounded like a real person but when I didn't say yes to the product (an emergency button device), another prerecorded voice came on saying it couldn't help me and it would transfer me. Then it hung up. This service seems shady. I'm informing my insurance about this.

🤬😮‍💨Awful app update in December has made this absolutely unusable. I can't schedule, my provider can't schedule, so Ihave to call and wait for 20+minutes to ask the for the scheduling team to call back and schedule me. I can send messages but can't open them to see my provider's responses. And worst of all, I went through all this to schedule an appointment, and then it never showed up in the app or the browser version. It would only force me to set up a new appointment with a new provider.

wow! easy to use from the comfort of my own home. So far, great experience than you. 1/20/2025 They changed everything. For the past year, you have to use a computer because it doesn't work on the phone. I have five kids and it's very difficult to get a straight diagnoses. There are some very good doctors on here, but if you miss the beat on logging on (I have counted 7 seconds) they cancel you. I'm currently waiting to be seen after a provider ditched the appointment and now we wait. again.

The reason I'm giving any stars is because of my experiences with the providers and not the system. I have two providers that I see regularly and they are exceptional. Livehealth, the system and app, is buggy. Our video calls drop constantly, freeze, service is interrupted and its just jot conducive to an appointment setting. When it wouldn't work on my desktop, I was told my customer service that they couldn't help me and to just use my phone. Their support is rude and curt.

Kicks you out of queue after waiting 3 hours so you can start over with a new doctor because the one it picked for you (first available was my selection) isn't available anymore. Oh, and now you are logged out, too. I wasted lots of time and stayed up much later than I would prefer for this. If waits are long, fix your app's behaviors with it so this kind of thing doesn't happen.

Love the service, hate the app. My biggest gripe at this point is the inability of the app to retain signed-in status. Switching tasks? Signed out. Reopening app? Signed out. Beyond that, maybe despite that, I'm going to keep using the service. It's great to have a provider that's available to talk and provide therapy on the weekends or during a lunch break.
