Terrible bugs in the checkout! I cannot buy because my credit card had expired, and now there is no way to update. Are you gonna fix it any time soon? Still too many bugs, especially, when swiping up after a search.
this app sucks!!! can't check the status of my order, can't check my card statement, can't shop online. So far good for nothing and I've been calling the customer center since December at least 10 different times and 10 different answers. At the store its the same or worst since some of them won't even care and tell you to call the 1800 number .
App does not work -- absolutely NO customer support. Was not able to receive a first-purchase bonus of 5%, nor complete the purchase of $60,000+ MXN. Was sent to two desks, both said, "Sorry, too bad. A salesman in each department can ring you up at full price." I shop elsewhere now.
The app isn't working, when I select "credit" section to review my card status, doesn't show anything, doesn't leave me to check my monthly bill, marks error. So I removed my card info to upload it again and now I can't add my card. It's been a waste of time
The app is broken, in October 3th, for Android device.
First time that I ordered was in may, and it will be my last time too! It's been three months and I have not received my order yet and when I contacted them, they told me that it got lost during transit and could only be responsible for 35% of my order! Never shopping here again!!
It didn't work on "Buen Fin", I tried to pay and it doesn't allow to pay it.
The layout of the app, the tracking and notifications are great, but the app's response is too slow and when you search for something and then try to add filters, it does not work.
Aplicación does not let me remove no longer available products from my bag. Gives me error msg. Unable to remove items. Cannot purchase either. Also gives me error msg. I have to call customer service to make purchases. It does let me make payment tho...
The app that was useful not long ago, is totally useless now, all you can do is watch their catalog, you can't buy online (which is the app's purpose) or pay your card.
It was ok but a bit slow. Unfortunately since the last update I cannot see the credit part at all. I tried to put the information of my card in again and it doesn't accept it.

Fix your freaking app/ website, why do you guys allow people to order stuffs for which you don't have inventory, I placed order twice and both were cancelled without prior notification and website still shows the product is available Put some good people to maintain your website
The app is not working anymore. You can't do anything through the app, always crashing and need to uninstall it and install it again.
Waiting time of two months? Even Bodega Aurrerá delivers in 5 days. Shame. I can't see my shops on this app even after uninstalled /installed. Plus their online customer service sucks. Do yourself a favor and just shop directly at the store.

The application crashes suddenly when searching. It os amoying as the complete searched goods list hss to be reviewed again and again.
An obnoxious and mediocre app. Unable to make payments and updates just make it clunkier. Store is unable to help and they have given hope on the app as well.
Very buggy, can't search, when I open links from Google or Facebook it just enters in a loop and the app is unusable
Not sure what's going on with my app, I un-installed it because it wouldn't even let me shop... i just re-installed and it's still bugging out
Login/Signup does not work, very slow to load, the worst page I've ever used (yes, it is just the normal website wrapped as a "mobile" app)
