A very good idea app for self teaching English. Viewing pictures, reading examples that make us feel better memory the word. It has some good features like sound, graphics, examples, videos, pin the word but missing one thing that I would like to see, the kind of that word, it's a noun or an adjective, verb, adverb... Hope it could be updated in the future version. I don't rate it five stars (it should be) because it costs much money to update to no add version. But I will recommend this app.

Great App. But please allow selection of at least two languages in 'language for meaning' settings. I'm learning lots of new words in English but also want to know it's hindi word and using the extra language button everytime is very time consuming. It would be so awesome if you allow displaying of 2 languages on image card.

it is an okay app . problems with battery usage. needs to show definitions in more than one language at a time. as well as have writing practice for multiple languages haven't checked the voice part yet . some words are problematic with added dictionaries. due to haveing appended forigen text and extra symbols such as Korean and brackets and such.

The app resembles and pretends an other renowned app like Semper,,,,after the latter has been deactivated by the owner, I have no other choice but make the best of the former. This app is a better alternative for me now. However, I request the developers to include an exemplary sentence attached to each card to clear up the meaning and usage of the words at their right places.

when you try to read the long definitions of the words, many of them are cutted in half or in some point of the text, so you can't read the full explanation and have to go and search the word manually. I give 2 stars due the competency in google play offering very sophisticated apps, in case this app wasn't free probably I will give it 1 stars until the error is fixed.

I gave it a 4, it's a gd app but there needs to be more control over the functions. Such as: 1. Being able to change the time & date format and 24hr/12hr display. 2. The screen shouldn't light up all the time, it's draining my battery, it literally stays lit up all the time. 3. More controls over the settings of what to display and how much content to display. I'll check back for this app again when we can have more control over the preferences. Nice app though. I like it.

Excellent app but some words are not included in English derived from like Greek, Latin, hindi etc. Please upgrade with more words and their categories like vegetables, animals like that with etymology of words and pictures, word translation. then it will be more useful and no.1 than other apps. Thank you

its not going to be efficient for learning vocab when they ignore I deleted your app cuz everytime I opened my phone was your screen, slide to open, then my original screen saver was behind yours. annoying to me. it was not worth holding on to your app because of the extra screen saver. lose that or lose me. I cannot recommend to my esl students your app, although it is in some ways better. but the screen saver is too intrusive cuz there is no off option and it became annoying after 3 days.

It is very good app and I thank the developers. However, the meaning of the words do not help very much. For instance, for the word discrepancy is defined as the state of disrepant. It is not useful at all. When you do not know the meaning of discrepancy, you also do not know the discrepant. If you solve this problem it will be very good and useful. Thanks

It seems impossible to find a simple app for pronunciation. This thing is miles deep and trying to take it off your phone isn't easy. But I accomplished this. I haven't found one yet that works for me I just want to hear the word said as I look at them. Dyslexia raised in the '50s

I don't want to be negative as the programme is an excellent, honest effort. Major Problem: English dictionary is often wrong and does not describe the image. Example: "present" displays images of hands holding a gift (alias a present), but the ENG dictionary defines this noun: "present" NOT as an alternative noun for "gift", BUT as the adjective: "being at hand, within reach or call... not absent". The dictionary requires humans checking the pictures correctly match the definition.

I really love the app. What I like this app is that it can be translate to most languages and the picture is useful. This app can be 5 stars if I can check my pronunciation. I just find out that this app has example sentences and it even translate in my Vietnamese language too. I really love this app 😍 😍. thanks to create it help me alot.

Cool App. I'd prefer if it wasn't the first app that opened whenever I opened my phone though. Plus having words that are commonly used would be beneficial. Great for teenagers and those learning English though.

This is a great and interesting way to learn English Language. This is anything but boring. One can learn fast since those pictures can convey the meaning more clearly and leave an permanent imprint on mind which helps in a long lasting memorie.I highly recommend it to the students and adults alike.

App is good for non beginners, to increase vocab, but definitely would confuse beginning language learners. Shows pics of babies for the abstract noun "childhood" vs. just "baby". Pics of leafy greens, a sandwich, and greens with a prominent onion for "lettuce" (vs. simple pics of various KINDS of lettuce). It's a lazy attempt to replace linguistic scholarship with random Google image artificial intelligence. Plus doesn't give gram. labels (even noun or vb.).

Constantly displays over other apps and everytime I unlock my screen. I dont care about settings having a certain duration of time to display words. I didnt get this app for it to be open constantly. if I want to read a word, I'll open the app then. Yall ruin anything that can possibly have a chance at being good.

The traditional dictionary only gives us the meaning of new words without any pictures or examples, that’s why it’s quite hard to remember lots of words. But with this app, memorizing new words is easier.

It is really an awesome app. You can use it as a good reference for memorizing your new learnt vocabulary to ensure they stick in your mind. Seeing Image is most powerful way of learning.

Who rated the this app over 2 stars? they had to have been personal friends or friends of friends. Sadly this is not a very good app if you are trying to communicate with another whom speaks another language. 1. I read & reviewed similar apps 2. DL the best 8 apps, on paper that is 3. After Downloading i tried each app 4 SAdly, PICTURE ENGLISH DIC. WAS THE WORSE APP OUT OF THE 8
