Everything about App very confusing, I paid for half a year, the site does not find my email. I had to buy a subscription for 6 months again, that is, instead of $30 I paid $60. Everything was done so that it was difficult to find where the login is, where the renewal is, where the cancel is, etc. .Typical business - pay and they will charge you endlessly

I paid for the subscription. It charged me in the credit card. But it doesn't show up in the app! Very frustrating! I will change my review if they reply my email and correct their mistake. Edit - After I contacted the team, they fixed the issue. I really hope I didn't have to do it.

Wow I used this app once and was somehow signed up for a flipping year subscription????? a whole year subscription which I did not authorise. according to the reviews I am not the first person this has happened to you guys need to make some changes. you cannot just charge people's accounts without authorisation. extremely upset, disappointed and shocked. cannot believe this.

My son is just about to start using this app, but the potential for development seem to be, what I think my son need, since he had shown a very progressive, proactive and reactive mind, He is in love with anything new that feeds his Intellectual capacity.

I uninstalled the app because you need to pay for some coloring pics. but in my surprise they auto-deduct something in my gcash that I don't authories. they deduct 1,150 pesos in my gcash acct and I really needed that money . it's so frustrating I hope you gave me back my money . 1150 pesos is so much money to spend just for the app . 😭

pretty lame how they'll get you to do all the setup and then ask for 50 bucks. they should really start with that. Edit. I understand that the app is likely good. but starting with the payment before doing the initial startup would be a far more honest approach at releasing an app. the 3 day trial requires the potential for the auto renewal of 50 dollars for 6 months which is ridiculous and arguably predatory.

Scummy business model. They have you take a super long survey asking you tons of questions about your child and only after you finish they tell you you need to pay an expensive subscription to use it. Obnoxious waste of time. The app is clearly designed just to squeeze money out of you and not to help your child learn

made the payment 3 days back but still did not get access to the premium version. also no one is responding to the email. Make sure before you make any payments to them. Poor services till now. Disappointed.

I uninstall it cuz I need to pay like the only free is coloring🙄 I thought it is free so I uninstalled it, and the kids did not also like it it charge like when ur kids want to play but u forgot to pay so they were like gonna just do something like touch the buttons, so I don't like it it deserves a 0 ratings🙄😒

Don't install this app. The support is not responding and even after cancelling subscription, they charged.

it is helpful and entertaining for the kids to learn. would let the kid explore more.

Charged from day 1 even though I wanted to use free trail. I wanted to try it for my daughter with option of 3 days free trial. It seems to be fairly good app but the fact that I was charged even though I opted for free trail is really annoying

They teach the children about coronavirus and bats. The moment I heard that I deleted it. Even us adults don't know enough things about it as it's a big scandal. NOT GOOD to teach 5 year olds about things like that!

I cancelled the free trial before the date but still my card was charged with 3100rs.. @team kindly look into this

Love it my child has a disability but she improved alot but it does have in app purchases but is still amazing

Rip off! Just like the review below, they offer a '3' day trial. However you have can pay for 6 months which is £28 to continue using it! And only one profile! I have 2 kids just like the review below and would need to pay another one to get 2... It's a complete rip off. It's a shame as its better than most known apps, but not worth the price to pay for. I would be happy to pay that price for 1 year with multiple profile in one account. If that was the case, I would have rated it 5 star.

This is not an app, it's and ad. There's nothing you can do, even a single bit of content, without paying for a subscription, or a 3-day trail which of course relies on being automatically billed if you forget to cancel or don't do it correctly. Very ethical. EDIT: Notice strawman in the dev's reply - I didn't say *anything* about there being ads or being unable to unsubscribe, just that it renews automatically instead of asking if you want to continue paying. Intentionally bad UX to get more $

It's not "in-app purchases", it's paid only! The only free thing is a 3-day trial, and that, of course, only with your credit card number with a 6-month subscription after that, AFTER getting you through testing and assessing your kid's level of knowledge and types of interests. We uninstalled this scam in outrage. Shame on the creators!
