Logitech G

Does not work properly on Android 14. App keeps asking me to grant permissions, and settings show that all requested permissions were granted and no permissions were denied. It's been about a month now. I LOVE not being able to properly adjust my headset settings, ESPECIALLY when a hotfix could easily be pushed to resolve the issue. Gotta love companion apps for every device you own!

This app is only limited to headsets and is likely great for this purpose (see reviews of others with headsets), but since I own a ton of Logitech camera, lighting, keyboards and mice (both business and consumer), it would be incredibly useful to have support for some of these (at least the ones compatible with the desktop client for G devices too). At minimum the Litra devices as monitor real estate is a premium when streaming/recording).

Terrible app for such an expensive piece of equipment - FIX IT Logitech! The fact that the app doesn't work with the PC app is just ridiculous to begin with. After painfully copying settings from the PC to transfer to this mobile app, it can't save because the Save button is too far right!! ASTRO was once a great company. This is SAD. I look online and it seems others have been complaining and looking for fixes for over 12 months!!!! Unacceptable Logitech!

Presets for PS5: You can download presets in PC mode only but are not transferable into Xbox or PS5 mode. You also can't download presets on both those modes. You have to physically add them as a custom line by line. A waste of time!!!!, PLEASE convert them, to be able to download presets for both consoles in the next firmware update to use other the in PC only....... so annoying

The G fits.......come on now after having to go through two "test" pairs because only one bud would charge. Now on the 3rd pair and wanting to try and get these "molded" to my ears, nope cant connect to the app and ohh surprise the Earbuds aren't even a selectable option???? Dude 150$ earbuds that cannot lightspeed connect and wont form fit ZERO STARS.

started out great use it for the a30 lightspeeds but occasionally my headset will randomly switch to 100% game or 100% chat and I cant switch it from my phone from my iPad I can but not my phone ive tried deleting the app factory resetting the headset pairing it again everything nothing works from my phone except basic volume control

for some reason it doesn't want to pair to my phone through the app at all. latest firmware installed on both my phone and the headset. Also can't access the features which is really disappointing.

Imagine designing an app for convenience, but you cannot use it while on PC. The PC app never opens after updates and you have to reinstall every time it does. Plus it fights with the app I guess and won't save certain settings which makes me have to change them back every time I use the headset. Overall a great headset, just not a very good app to control it.

the app is an app, the thing that is awesome is the G522 headset, it quickly switches from light speed for wireless gaming to connected cable for charging and updates when needed to usb for phone calls, AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

Not compatible with Pro X 2 Lightspeed, which is ridiculous, considering that's one of Logitech's newest upper range products.

Connecting to your headset in the app just results in the app crashing - completely useless

the a30 headset sounds okay but the whole reason I need the app is because the headset even tho it has a volume switch it doesn't function most the time the Bluetooth rarely wants to connect and it changes my volume to 100 Everytime I turn it on the mic isn't the worst but it's far from the best that's for sure just wished 200 dollars meant a $200 product not a 60 dollar one

Over 400$ spent on these a50x and I can't even get them connected to my ps5. Supposedly there potentially could be some sort of update but Logitech app is beyond trash and doesn't work. So how am I supposed to use these so-called best gaming headsets? These headsets seem more like a scam more than anything. hey Logitech thanks for scamming a person out of his hard working money you guys are flipping awesome 👎🏾 I wish I can subtract this 1 star because you all aren't even deserving of that.

I have had the a30 for over a year now, no issues at all.....untill now. now my phone can't even open the app, and the headset won't stay since to xbox, AND there are now firmware updates either???? how convenient

Good app for console users but PC users are forced to use ghub which makes this app useless. One little update would make many many people happy (A50 Astro)

not working with my Samsung Galaxy A51 paired with G522 Headset. I tried to reset my G522, still not working. the app cannot detect my G522

a40tr to a50x for p.c. ps5pro and video. easy to use and simple to set up, does what's needed without any b.s. and fuss. 1 touch bt connect to sony XR screen is excellent for blueray an streaming also its recognised by the screen for complete control. great distance. the built in hdmi splitter is outstanding. the sound s##ts all over the steel series i had. as a side note I've dropped fell asleep on, twisted and contorted Sat on this headset an they still rock solid as was the a40tr

Good but the interface needs improvement.

Have been using the app with the A50X for over 2 months now. Zero issues and zero complaints. It's not as in-depth as the desktop version (never expected it to be), but this is by no means a bare-bones app. The EQ customization can be done while in a game through the app so you can adjust and test immediately. The advanced mode is advanced and not a token version of the full desktop app.
