LOOKFANTASTIC -Beauty Shopping

I love using the Look fantastic app.... too much!!! The app notifies me of sales, current & upcoming, and allows me to see coupons & specials that you don't normally see on the website unless you specifically hunt for them. It's easy to use, shows prices in dollars- not UK or EU denominations-and the app automatically adds gifts with purchase to your cart without me having to remember or copy/paste discount codes. The only drawback is my checking account balance after shopping, lol!

Nothing works. Trying to pay with my banking app, gets only redirected to play store to download an app I already have. Filled out address book only to get asked again for delivery address during checkout. Says that I got a free gift, then says that same gift can't be delivered to my home. Free gift is listed as an item in the basket, but removing it needs to be from a special section of gifts at the bottom. Overall a really frustrating experience.

The app is an absolute pain. use the website instead. Far easier. Great range of products once you are in there

Not really worth it. I decided to give it a try because of the promotions on the website's front page, but the transition between pages is quite slow. I'm unable to add any discount. A few app notifications appeared with discount codes, but whenever I try to use them an error appears about them being expired since May 19. There was one that instructed to use a different code, then proceeded to give me the same error with the same code. The items I'd picked were part of the promotion.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The app doesn't work!!! As I add items to my basket, I can see the total totting up in the pop up box but then when I go to My Basket, it's empty... No matter how many times I refresh, it remains empty. I've tried logging out / back in, uninstalling / reinstalling but nada, nothing works. It's infuriating, especially when there's an 'app only' offer you want to try and make use of.

It's been almost 2 hours. Will I ever be able to get through checkout? Who really knows. I've closed and reopened the app several times now, just to get it to work. It also keeps adding products to my basket, which, in order to remove, I have to go through the off and on again process yet again. The discount code for using the app isn't even worth it, as it only applies to products with an RRP, which, considering how awful the app is, you can't really find/shop for. Who okayed this app?!

Bad customer service, you can only reach them through Instagram messages, very slow to answer,no contact number. Send them an email through their application and ask me the same question as the Instagram team .. no cooperation between them, at the end send me one product without my approval as compensation. Also, I need to pay for delivery as an international shipment. The courier company they chose is also very bad, products reach me in a bad condition, and even when I talk to them no response.

Worst app ever! Very slow, takes a long time to do anything meaningful. I downloaded it because of the discount but I can't even use it. Keeps telling me payment wasn't processed even after trying several visa cards. I have always used the website and it works very fine, but now the the prices of products on the website are higher than on the app. It is very frustrating

When you click on anything in favourites, you can't go back to all your favourites. The screen stays on that one item. When I log in, my basket is empty. Even though I have items in it, I then log in online, and the items are in my basket. I know use the website as this app is poor. I love look fantastic, get the subscription boxes and have the advent calendar (thanks to my lovely husband!) And I shop regularly from the site, Look Fantastic.. DO BETTER! We deserve better!!!

Says you'll get a 20% discount on first purchase if you download the app, but it doesn't! Apparently it's not "all items" you'll get the discount on, but this isn't informed in the ad on the website.. Waste of your time, and money.., you'll find same items for lower prices elsewhere spending just a few minutes checking other webpages!

Stay away. They seem to delay orders during Covid-19. Ive been waiting the entire week and just got an email that they need another 48 hours to dispatch any of my *9* products. Got no stock at all??? I rather go to a more resilient cosmetics store, where they don't take their customers for granted during times like this. The app has a terrible UX, and I have never seen the LiveChat to be actually online. Customer support didn't want to offer help or compensation.

Buggy - I couldn't get to my basket. It would appear top right, but only for a second and disappear. Ended up using the web version. Search function wasn't great. I searched for a specific shampoo, and even after using filters, I got several pages of other varianta, with the one I wanted on the last page. There was supposed to be a 10% off code for using the app and notifications enabled. Did that. Code didn't work. Also an expired code shown on the app. Poor, won't be using again.

I really, really don't like that the supposed discount codes given for "all items" really don't work on "all items" - very misleading. Even for the first time purchase code you get upon signing up, or the first app purchase. As long as your item is discounted, the codes don't work.

Started crashing and would just go blank. Very annoying experience

It used to work ok. Very slow to process any amendments to the basket, but still eventually working. Now it logged me out, and I cannot log back in. It's frozen on the login screen. It also crashes. I like the experience of the app and the possibility to check the weekly offers, but the freeze and crash is super annoying. Please fix.

This app is so annoying! Looking at items in my wishlist is the worst. Once I tap on an item that I want to look at in detail on my wishlist, I can't go back and view the rest of the items. In order to see the whole wishlist, I have to come out of the app and start all over again. Ridiculous! Been like this for years - sort it out!!

App doesn't work any more. Can't log in. Can't add anything to basket. "unknown error has occurred" error keeps showing. Stick to the website *Edit I have attempted to message via my account on the website and it has been picked up offshore and they have completely misunderstood the problem, just told me to refresh the website and clear cache.

I was referred to to them by a work colleague and I must say the beauty boxes are lovely, they really are. The problem is the so called customer service, I have had so many issues with them regarding the orders as they don't read the messages fully, it then takes time for them to get back to me with numerous times not being the same person I was contacting. Their direct messaging service is non existent. I have cancelled my subscription due to this.
