As of late, there might be something wrong with the site/app. Can't login from a browser, and I am still logged in on the app, but the dailies don't load, as well as the heroes'(?) tab. Can still read comics and get rewards though, just regular rewards, and no more bonuses when viewing ads after reading comics (on the phone app). Can't redeem packs too
The LootBoy app is not working despite a strong and stable internet connection. The main screen shows “Game Over. There was a problem loading the content.” When I try to log in with Google, it displays “Login Failed” with “Network request failed.” I am using the app from Nepal. I have already contacted the support team via email and Gmail but received no response. The app is currently unusable.
I been using this app during some years, I just wanted to suggest something, if you offer us to buy 5x packs (for example), but they have the same price as buy 5 but one each, so I mean, if you sell smthing like that you should get a lower price, not a lot ofc, but it need to be enough for people to say "This is better than... So I'll buy it" Idk if you understand what a I mean
It's great I love it, other than that in order to get most good things you either have to pay or play other games for diamonds ( which I'm not against) but when I sweat out a game and get to the required mark for the diamonds. I got nothing. I contacted customer support and they said that they will get back to me in 36 hours and it's been 4 days. Thanks!
This is a cool concept but I think some features are a bit scummy. If you want to take a quiz for *1 gem*, you have to "scroll down", but it just shows more and more ads. That is very unfortunate that they do that to users. Hopefully I'll get some actual good rewards over time from free packs and coin paid packs, because wasting my time for 1 gem is pointless
Completed 3 of the tasks to earn Diamonds, but have only been credited for 1 of the tasks. Lootboy explained that they are not responsible for the tasks. Also unless you have a PC, the rewards from the packs will be mostly useless. I have only opened PS4 packs, probably at least 30 of them, but have yet to receive anything I can use on the PS4. I am aware they state the rewards come from a random prize pool, however if you do not have a PC, then there is very little point in using this app.
Do yourself a favor and don't install this lol, it may seem like "oh maybe I'll get something good!!!" Every item you get is trash. Game keys are sometimes already redeemed. On top of that there is no chances, it is very likely under a 1/2000 you get anything good at all, don't waste your time or your money. I can vouch because I've opened like 25 premium packs cuz I accidentally had a subscription running and got nothing at all 😂 save your money!
Decent app, need to add more games to play without having to do an in app purchase but nonetheless it's a great, app, I also need my £3 refunded back to me becuase I bought 3 packs for 0.99p each and got absolutely nothing in each pack I thought it didn't process it on the first pack so I bought two more but still got nothing and the money got taken out of my account. If I can get help from this then I will bump it up to a 5 star rating.
AVOID! You do not receive diamonds for completing tasks. I have emailed and reported these issues and all you recieve back are template emails. When I have chased all you receive back is that your ticket has been updated. All automated. Do not waste your time. Be sure not to spend any real money on this app as it is clearly a scam. Also in guaranteed packs you do not receive what is advertised but you get premium wallpapers!
i love that it's actual free stuff, and premium loot packs aren't bad i guess, it just lacks variety. I have PS4 and theres not too many rewards for it- and even less for me since some of the PS4 games i dont play. Still, the comics aren't bad, and it's a great app that could be more. It's pretty good.
Poor, has the potential to be a great app, 1st of half the stiff you complete doesn't give you the diamond reward, you report and get an automated message with no response thereafter. If you buy a premium pack for example Xbox, ps etc, it does state that if you don't get one of the premium rewards you will get a code for a pc game, but the point is why? If you are looking for console stuff why would you want pc stuff, also the games are cheap, quick search you can find the games for less £1
This app is similar to others in offering rewards for boring actions in irrelevant free apps or F2P games and adding casino features. The rewards (even paid) are low, often only F2P games or coupons. This feels more like an ad platform. Furthermore, the interface is really bad. For example, there are different packs for different games, but the rewards are the same (e.g. Subway Surfers and Pokemon Go). Additionally, the overload of animations are annoying. Only the the comics are decent.
This app can be regarded as 3 options: 1. A gambling app, to spend money and see if you can get some good games. (guaranteed decent games with a much higher value than what you pay so it's always a win) 2. Just an app to get a random game to play, without caring about the gambling side of it or which game you get. 3. An easy and inexpensive way to give gifts to someone you care about, like a nephew or something idk. Overall, great app and great support 👍
Fairly dead app, and the staff are basically non-existent. There has been this lingering rumor of them shutting down, but they seem to be continuing to run on fumes. They used to hold events, about up until they learned that some guy had been cheating the system, after they'd given him expensive prizes. Many have claimed they've gotten bad Steam keys and the staff won't even acknowledge their tickets. I didn't waste my time contacting them about mine. Don't waste your time either.
To be honest, the app is really great, the comics are funny, the arts are great, and I'm sure that the painters made alot of effort doing this, and the offers are fantastic (10$ for 10 packs with 10 games is my favourite offer), but the vast majority of the tasks are difficult if not impossible to perform, in addition to the codes that don't work. Please solve these problems because it is really not suitable for a unique application like this, well done everyone and keep up the great work!
Lootboy is awful. The descriptions of their specified packs are way too vague. You'll be shocked when you find out that you probably won't get what you want. They pull their premium cards from a humongous pool of boring PC games that you won't play, even if you're trying to get something for PS4 or Xbox One. The ratio of things you want to things you're not going to use is way too high, so don't get hopeful for that gift card to the console you want. You're better off waiting for store sales.
Honestly it would be 5 stars if there wasn't this 1 very annoying thing when I spent over a year saving gems from watching ads I finally got 125 and then when I spent it on a psn pack I got a pc game which I hate because I can't afford a pc and when I sold it I got just 22 gems back. so can you make it so that on the psn premium gift pack you can get PlayStation games and not steam games because now I'm probably gonna have to save for another year to open it and get more games which I can't play
The whole idea of the app is great! you buy a loot pack get some cool in-game items and what not right? Yeah! Well lets say you purchase a loot pack like i did right? the description says that if i maybe don't get a good loot card (voucher for money or in-game item) its ok! you can get a steam code! seems great right? No. There are purposefully thousands of off-brand steam codes waiting to be pulled from the stack of cards you buy. You will not get what you wanted. i wasted $0.99 only thank god.
I've got plenty of steam games from the app. The game keys which were duplicates could easily be replaced thanks to their great customer support. Getting coins and diamonds isn't as hard as I expected either, there's many offers and surveys which do pay out in diamonds to buy premium lootpacks. I personally recommend this app over the web version because you can get 5 extra diamonds a day by watching ads from the daily boost.
Great app, nice concept and good rewards. I had one issue though: After completing a quest, I didn't receive the promised diamonds. However, after contacting support, I was given the diamonds due. Kudos to Melissa on the support team! Only 4/5 because there shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.
