Only on day 3, was skeptical because it really isn't that much time (which I like) But I am definitely sore, and it does make me sweat. I'm in the easy mode too, so let's just see. Plus I really like that they switch the exercises give a timer, an explanation and an animation for each one. Plus the music is a good motivator without being distracting
Good experience but In App Language Urdu language isn't available in this app.
A few questions asked and then straight to the point, I was immediately able to start the session. One thing I'm missing is the ability to select whether or not I have equipment at home, which was present in another app. Also, suppose I took a small break by navigating to another app and then I came back, because Android killed the app to preserve resources, I had to start over the exercise from the beginning which sucked, but I was determined enough to finish it again anyway
It gives you enough rest time if you are a beginner and it's like the best guide ,it guides you through the exercise , tells the form correctly and exercises are effective. One thing I liked the most was that it tells you the target area of each exercise ❤️. It was my first day of using this app. Looking forward to loose weight with its help.
My first workout was great... Challenging but not so hard that I wasn't motivated to continue. I look forward to seeing the results as I workout every day. The instructions are clear and the workout struck a good balance between strengthening, stretching and endurance.
I like it. However some video is not matching the exercises. Also, once i key in my weight in the beginning, i can't change it anymore when i lose weight. And can you pls change the "hurray" sound at the end of each exercise... It always scare the hell out of me...
I thought this would be great. But after putting in my body info it goes to an ad I cannot close. Closed the app and waited the ad was still there although able to clear it. I redo everything and the same ad stops me in my track tried this 3 times. So I dl again to make sure all is clear.. I start over same thing. Tik tok ad. So it let me do one exercise. Went to switch Tik tok freeze. I really like the looks of this app and a lot of people who use it enjoy it. So can you give me a hand here?
Among the various apps I tried out, this one is definitely the easiest to use and the one with the most complete service in the free version. That said,I do wish it advertised all the features to help with various pains (like neck and back) more because it would have made it easier to find sooner
I love it. There are few add if you spend a moment too look up videos on how to do exercise but one you press start its uninterrupted. Many exercises seem so easy but really get muscles going. I used some other free apps and they were very repetitive but this one has a very nice range of exercises to keep you engaged and not bored
My favorite workout app. You can make your own workout list.And take out workouts that are to hard . You can choose an entire list of example..all standing...or all laying..or no jumping..not hard on hips..u can also adjust how long each move is! By far my fav! Recommend this app def!
it's my first day using this app, the exercises were very easy to follow, without losing breath i was able to follow it. I think it will work , but I am gonna come after a month and share the details and progress.
it's really better like how this app ask exact height and weight and give exercise according to it somehow 😅 less are too difficult to do but it's amazing I have hope from this app , they motivate that I will achieve in 4 weeks
I saw my daughter use this app once a day for 30 days and she lost 26.5lbs in a month. She lost more than she expected the goal was 15lbs but she's happy.The workouts are amazing you will definitely sweat up a storm. I felt very good afterwards. I thought this was a b.s app. It is not. This is an amazing app everyone should try it. I will do it for 30 days and i will do the workouts twice a day. Then follow up with how much i lost.
Absolutely love the app... it's free and usable offline, you can customize your exercises and select if you want to focus on your arms, legs and buttons or your abdominal and guess what it has music. It's literally a great app
I'm at the easiest level and it's still a little difficult for me, coming from a very sedentary lifestyle at 62 y.o., overweight , high bp anf blood sugars and back, knee and hip arthritis. I start every exercise and adjust or stop when I need to. I LOVE the animations, explanation and countdown. it's not too long and it keeps me on track. Highly recommend ❤️
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APP!!! It gives u tips on how u should workout while doing it. And has a picture of a nose inhaling and the music's amaz8ng!! Definitely take my word for it. It even gives u food advise for free. Any other one I had needs me to pay for this feature.
It is functionality what I need, enough time and cardio for me. The voice is annoying and a couple of times the instructions are not clear. I will continue to use it because it does deliver a quick and good daily training.
An amazing app. Best app to begin your fitness journey with. You won't regret it. They give out so much without you paying the premium package, imagine how much more you'd get with the premium. I'd give 10 stars if I could 😁 👏
Very nice app. Easy to navigate interface. It gets me sweating in less than 15 minutes. I reall enjoy that every day has different excercises...it really keeps me coming back to try out new exercises. thank you for the great app.
Over 50, very unfit, decided to do something about it. Was recommended this app and glad I got it. The exercises start off fairly OK for me, don't mind ad's as they are few. Will definitely carry on.
