Latest update was a huge step back. Clunky and slow. The add to cart feature is good in terms of knowing how much you need (helps keep up with constant price rises so you know how much your favourites cost). Changing the navigation after so many years was a poor move - it's like changing the side an indicator is on in a vehicle - even after months I'm still not accustomed to the change.

Quick, easy and efficient way to grab that last minute ticket or tickets when the day escapes you and you don't get to the Newsagent in time. The only con is around the superdraws when there can often be a lag or site crash if you leave it to the last hour. Be prepared you may miss out if you leave it to last minute on these occasions.

One of the worst apps for notifications. Daily msgs to buy a ticket and if notifications are turned off it then prompts you to turn them on again every time the app is opened.

convenient way to participate. no queueing, can play at your convenience. not having to rush to lottery kiosk at the last minute.

The app great, have been a member for sometime now, I only wish we could access the syndicates on here tho .... more vaue for my $$$.

The new app update makes transfer of money to the app more streamlined to the point you can make payments by mistake. The deposit page is preloaded with a monetary value and doesn't ask for confirmation of payments. With one mistake you can end up making multiple payments instantly. Needs to be fixed with a request of confirmation on payment before processing.

Sooo many bugs in this app, makes it impossible to do alot of things. Creating favourites is hard cos it glitches and won't save so you just waste heaps of time picking numbers that get erased. Also, it won't let me edit because again they won't save, it just takes me to the top of the page and doesn't tell you what you've done wrong because it just doesn't want to work. Buttons don't work. Otherwise its ok after you've spent hours trying to sort it. Annoyingly needs location to work.

love the app. saves me alot of time and if I win the money is there.

usless app, no one wins online only 0.0005% ... and also if you by a physical lotto ticket you won't be able to scan it using the app like the one used at Sydney you can scan your ticket see if you win or no

like the order version. was easier to find what you wanted. the new addion is great when it comes to buying tickets

Absolutely shocking new app. Terrible to navigate and no longer shows how to play, how to win and odds of winning.

Convenient app but when I first started using it I would regularly win amounts slightly less than what I'd spent on my ticket so I was still losing but winning felt achievable. In recent years I feel like the app has been adjusted to make the "randomly" generated numbers less successful. I rarely ever win even small amounts on the app anymore. I personally believe your chances are better buying physical tickets but obviously I have nothing to substantiate this, it's just how I feel.

Guys, you have a serious problem with your current version: The lotterywest app hijacks unrelated links when clicked on in Whatsapp. The issue occurs even with a brand new install before the app is even opened for the first time. It happens even when the "Open supporting links" setting is turned OFF from the very beginning. The issue survives a full "Reset app preferences" and phone reboots. The only possible solution is to uninstall the app.

Buggy - hijacks all URL openings. When opening URLs from Signal and other apps, the Lotterywest app takes over and opens itself. Whatever code you've written to intercept URL openings and call your app needs to be rolled back because it is not working. As soon as I uninstalled your app all the URL openings started working properly. You need to fix this urgently.

2 things: 'Document is not in PDF format,' is the result of downloading my ticket as a PDF. Clearly a problem to be addressed. As for the new layout, it seems like WA Lottery has followed BOM and disappeared down the rabbit 🐰 hole 🕳️ as I for one am not loving it, because it seems more convoluted and messy than the previous version. I don't know who comes up with these designs but this one seems more like throw it at the wall and see if it sticks...it doesn't stick, it sucks!

First time using the new format. Not bad, but I personally prefer the old layout. Found it easier for my old brain

DISGUSTED I keep giving this site money and it just keeps it. I haven't won once, im still having to go to work. it's unfair

Really good app. Especially now it saves my card details so I don't have to get my card out of my wallet each time I deposit money. Would just really like to see one change; it would be really helpful if the ticket prices were shown for all tickets (even with no money in the lotterywest wallet). It would be nice to just deposit the amount I want for a certain ticket

Don't seem to get hardly any winning tickets on the app. Rather buy my tickets through the lottery agents. I won 2/5 times with in store tickets on Powerball and 1/6 online in the app. 0/ 2 Saturday lotto in the app, using my new mobile. However, I usually win something by buying 3 tickets in store. I never used to win much with my old mobile either. Buying in store certainly seems to better players' chances of winning something.
