February 15, 2024There is no presonal profile and no record that you've already paid the levy. You should have a profile and it show you when you paid, and the QR code again, incase you can't get to your email or something.

February 13, 2024No feature to apply for exemption. It makes no sense to have to apply for exemption. Authorities can just check the visa and tell who needs to pay and who not. Applying for exemption is unne essarily complicated.
