Worked just fine for a few weeks until all cam notifications stopped. Had to reinstall everything. Notifications started working again, but the interface is too clunky for turning the cam on and off (sleep mode). It's not possible to wake it from sleep mode wirelessly. Clearly, the cam needs some kind of bridge that can also hold the micro memory card in a safer place—rather than inside the camera, where it could be stolen. Not a bad product, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio

Stopped using the outdoor ip cam. after the latest update I do not like the updated version with the purple photo starting screen. the app is too slow and does not open the camera view quick enough. And I don't need all the other stuff, I just use it for the outdoor cam. I want the previous version back. Tried to install the app again in the hope to have the older version but it is the latest. Cannot scan the QR code while adding new device so I have to stop using it.

ceiling light doesn't work because of broken app. i have been trying to get the ceiling light to stop flashing but nothing works. we have installed the app on 4 different devices but nothing works. I contacted customer service and the short answer is, you can not use their light without the app. so do not buy anything from this company their service is terrible and the app doesn't work

I haven't been able to login to the app for days, "network error". My lights turn on in the morning on schedule and off once the sun is up, but with no schedule for the evening, my evenings are rather dark now. If you're a light switch, multi day downtime isn't great.

absolutely heinous app, nothing works the way it's supposed to. the app can decide to log you out whenever they feel like it making you unable to access the settings for your lighting (WHY DO YOU EVEN NEED AN ACCOUNT FOR THIS?) and when you try to connect a device it gives you errors that aren't even actual errors. unbelievable lmao

New update isn't great. Mainly use for cameras. The multiple camera display used to be on the main screen which was very convenient but it's now in the smart section which I didn't think was a very obvious place either. Another thing since the new update is that you can only have the sound from one camera only at any given time. With no option to have more than one playing. Again this isn't convenient.

Having to create an account just to control my lights is insane. Every device you buy from this company is going to become unusable one day when their server/software breaks compatibility. This app NEEDS local control options. My device didn't even come with a proper user manual, just instructions to get this app or some PC bloatware. Would be great to clarify how the buttons work without having to use this app or a web search.

LSC devices get resetted by accident on a daily basis - it is way too easy to reset them. I use 5 TP-Link and 10 LSC devices. Only LSC devices seem to have that problem. Also this rapid blinking is not a good choice - may cause an epilepsy attack. Update lightbulb soft and fix these issues please! EDIT: no fix... additionally lsc christmas lights stopped pairing after app update! if they are paired they are good, if not then youre done..

Worked perfectly, but then y'all know the story : they updated it and now it's all broken. It has a shiny new UI but Google Assistant doesn't work with it anymore, the app doesn't properly fetch my light bulb's state properly anymore (need to press power button to fetch it) and it's all buggy and messy. Basically a turd covered in gold : it smells but at least it looks good, I guess...

2 lights under a month old are not working. both of them suddenly went dark. Doesn't matter if I use the app or not! the lights are not working at all. I literally flushed my money down the drain twice. Please don't buy their products!

recent update made it WAY less clear and less intuitive. And a daily annoyance is the 3! needed clicks to use your 'shortcut' tap-to-run buttons. I expect action, not a poll. Turn this of or give is the option to shut it off. My lightswitch also doesnt ask for activate/confirm?/we did it "ok" response...its senile

Annoying that app requires wifi connection to connect to the devices that are connecting via Bluetooth. Why does it require wifi? Is it using the internet? Calling home perhaps? Is the author tracking the usage? Why does it only require wifi? Very questionable.

Not sure why all these reviews are negative. The LCS products are dirtcheap and work almost as well as products 4-5 times the price. Setting up the app and connecting all devices was quick and easy. Everything easily paired with Google Home aswell. The built-in automation is a 10/10. Haven't had a single issue with pairing, connectivity or latency. The only things that may be of concern could be high energy usage and long-term reliability. Not sure about data-collection.

I dont like how much of a lain in the pass the installation reset, not to mention the MANDATORY Wi-Fi, Nearby scan, and Bluetooth being on is enforced for it to work. And that is after being forced to create an account to even access the app. what happened to jusy giving led light straps a simple, single Bluetooth pairing. This will not work if you are using mobile Wi-Fi!!

After the latest upgrade the interface has become non-intuitive uncomprehensive and it is very hard to find out how to unite devices in groups in order to control them simultaneously.

Does the job but I find the settings too basic. It's too bad because the products are really good for the price and with a better app and settings you could easily replace other brands. Only 3 mode for light intensity in ambilight mode (it's not in percentage like other modes) and the strangest choice in my opinion is that you can't tell the app that you went all around the TV with the LEDs and not just the two sides and the top, it's not harder to code I don't understand why it's not there.

smart celling light's won't connect, I've already put my wifi router into 2.4ghz and it still wouldn't connect, I'd rather give zero stars but there's no other way😡🤬

It's ludicrously complicated to set up. Plus, it often fails to connect to the devices. The latest revamp just made everything worse and more complicated.

Nice app, it does exactly what it needs to do, turn lights on and off and change the colour and brightness, I do have two issues with it, first being that it's a bit slow to open (but that could just be my phone) and that it always has a banner at the top to "set your home location" which I dont want to do, and when you start it up it will first have the button for your light at the top and when the banned loads in it will shift it downwards, so I used to accidentally press on the banner a lot.
