I like the variety of workouts & duration that the app offers. The layout is pretty easy to navigate. What can be improved: 1. Adding a settings option that would allow me to choose to only see participants who have their cameras turned on. Why do I need to see a bunch of random floating bubbles? I want to see those who are working out with me in real time to feel supported & experience the group class effect. The bubbles with videos can also be bigger. 2. Please add workouts that are 20min :)
The exercise library is awesome, and growing. The Mirror itself is a great piece of hardware, though they could've used better speakers. I can't seem to get it to output audio to my connected Bose for better sound. The included heart rate monitor sometimes won't connect and will disconnect at times. I'd also like FitBit integration, support for Pandora / Spotify (Apple Music stinks), and eventually customized workouts. That said, it's new tech and will improve. We're very happy with it so far.
I like the mirror overall but find that every time I turn the mirror on it takes longer than normal to sync and more often than not, there's an update. I don't use it daily but certainly a fair amount during during week and I want to be able to just start it up and go. But more importantly, I am still very frustrated that Spotify was removed as an option for music. When I first bought the mirror, I could choose Spotify and then it just disappeared. I don't use Apple music & the default is awful.
Don't buy until they fix the app!! When the app works it looks great . But... only works half the time. Recently, I haven't been able to get past the join class buffering. Also, I have been on with tech support multiple times and they don't seem to know what's wrong. 1/24/23 Update: Restarted the service hoping the bugs have been worked out. Now I get an error msg "Oops! We're sorry, we ran into a problem playing this workout.." and havent been able workout.
My review may be too soon to really rate the Mirror. I had it installed two days ago and can't get it to connect to, yes, my android phone. To find the network, then having to go back to the app to connect makes it really difficult and I have to start all over. I gave up after trying for 2 hours. Ok, day 3.. here we go again. I thought maybe if i try to set up on my laptop instead of my phone I would have better luck. Wish me luck! UPDATE: MIRROR rep called and fixed it immediately! Works great!

I love the idea of having the mirror and working out at my convenience. It also beats trying to build up the motivation to go out. So, I workout more. I am docking a star cause lately it has buffering on me a lot session's. It’s frustrating when it drops out in the middle and you have to wait for it to reconnect. Also, connecting the Hear Rate Monitor sometimes works and sometimes it's a struggle.
Please add features to... 1) bookmark WITH NOTES - I favorite a lot, and often forget what I liked about each. I'd love to log "great for arms" or "exciting choreo" without having to guess. 2) Please ADD TAGS or some more unique labels per instructor's class because some have a heavier focus on arms, some abs, etc. I can't tell just through previews. Descriptions don't help either. Consistently decent app for daily workouts. It does suddenly disconnect (Samsung) watch mid-workout a few times.
Can't reliably connect to the mirror. I've spent several days troubleshooting. Restarting routers, resetting the mirror to factory settings. I can get it to work sometimes, but it's not reliable. I probably have around a 10% success rate. So when I want to do a 15 minute work out I spend 10-15 minutes trying to get it work and quit more than half the time because it doesn't. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy the mirror and don't recommend the app as well. Maybe peloton works better?
Love the functionality of the app. Easy to use, navigate and select what I want. But this last update has changed the formatting and now words are jumbled up on my screen (Android). Since I used the app in the past, I know what it's supposed to say. I tried to update my profile (I lost weight and want an accurate cal burn) and it won't allow me to edit. All the other fields are editable. Just weird. Overall, the app is a 4 out of 5
Only just started so may change my review later but am already SUPER disappointed to find out it won't pair with my Fitbit... Does that mean I can't participate in any of the challenge ges because my heartrate can't be monitored??? App says plans to expand integration in the future, but when??? For the pricetag, this thing should play nicely with a much wider variety of fitness tech :-(
Super easy to use. Vast variety of instructors, class types, and class levels. Even for starting out small, it's reassuring to know that I'm moving my body that much more than if I chose not to use the Mirror that day. So easy to get caught up and do multiple little classes in one session. Perfect for these COVID times. You only need about 6 feet of space to be able to spread out!
This is the only thing that keeps me working out. They integrate good music (a wide selection), and I like almost all the Lululemon instructors. There's a very wide selection of classes, even meditation. The downside is that they canceled the live classes but still charge the same monthly subscription which doesn't make sense.
The amount of time i stand around waiting for my mirror to connect to my phone, when they are each connected to a consistent wifi is worth its weight in literal pounds i could have been losing. AND I just realized Sonos isnt supported anymore. Wth?? Add something, don't take it away. I have to reset the connection every time. Super frustrating. Even when I've had it all set up, when I come back from treadmill it wont work.
Awful. I wish I had read these reviews I have had nothing but problems with this. I have spent HOURS trying to connect it but it won't connect or has a need to constantly update. I'm a nurse I bought this to save me time. This is doing the opposite and I'm returning. Couldn't even do one class. Then they told me I needed to get better wifi. I have the best wifi att can offer and have had no problems connected anything else. Buying a TV and using fiton. Disappointing.
I have a brand new phone and am CONSTANTLY running into issue with this app where I'm disconnected from the mirror. It happens multiple times a month. So much for modern convenience! 👎 03.23.23 - spent 2 hours with the very nice team at Lululemon. Trying to trouble check my connection issue. They finally fixed it and you know what? They're back. So frustrating 08.26.23 - still having the same issue. I swear, if I could take that one star away, I would.
Lots of connectivity issues. I have to force stop the app in order to take back control from my wife's iPhone - sometimes twice. Also, I got to the end of the workout and got a 403 error message and couldn't submit comments, which incidentally does not allow you to exit out of the end of workout screen. I had to get my wife to reconnect in order to clear the screen. It sure would be nice if companies put even half the resources into Android support as iPhone support. Also, please add Fitbit!
I only got to use it a few times before the app started crashing on Android. It says only, " oops, something went wrong. " Not particularly helpful. No app update is available, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help. I'm stuck with a large $1,400 piece of equipment I can't use.
For the past two days my app has been glitching nonstop. It keeps saying it's unavailable. I'm paying for a service I used to love that now I can't even use. This Peloton deal has been a disaster. It's clear that Lululemon is not even doing basic maintenance and updates on the Mirror. It's so frustrating the way you've destroyed a great product. PS -- we miss our trainers, especially Lonnie.
Had the mirror delivered 3 weeks ago and have never had the opportunity to use it. Could never get it to connect. (Android) Cannot get tech support to return my emails or answer the phone, it goes straight to voicemal. When customer support is this horrific it is not worth the risk of keeping. Will be sending this back if I can ever get them to respond to my request for return and refund. Product needs a direct connect, too many issues having to go through an app
What in the world!? This is the only workout app where I've had to take the extra steps to go through Home to get to screen mirroring as opposed to just tapping the Chromecast button. Then after about 3 minutes the sound stopped working and I tried different workouts, but still no sound. From what I saw the workouts are 5 stars, but the tech is not.
