In general a good app. You can browse items well, search function works nicely and buying has also gone smoothly. The thing that doesn't work however is pretty important: Many products are missing the ingredients list. There simply is none. Or the ingredients list is vastly different from the products package (I know difference happens when stuff gets reformulated, but this was more like a different product...) For me that is a pretty big minus for an otherwise well working app.

The only downside of Lyko is that those favourites sell out real quick and I'm not the fastest of people, don't really do social media etc (I may add that I am a programmer so I like some analog stuff on my own time, not against technology in any way haha). I love that you can get notified when a product is avaliable but it would be even more awesome if you could simply preorder it so buy it and then it'll ship whenever it comes back in stock. No idea if it possible but just a thought! ❤️

App is usable, but everytime I want to pay app kicks me out and closes. It happens everytime after entering all payment info and when I push button "stutför köpet" it just crashes. And I just can't figure out how to read reviews, I see rating points, but can't find where I can read what other users think about product.

I had to see an unskippable ad upon opening the app; if this becomes a 'normal' occurance I'm uninstalling it.

Really stupid that we have to use an app to make use of points we've EARNED from spending on the PC.

Why is it so hard to look at the reviews? That's the whole reason I like lyko in the first place. :/

Grei app ellers, men hele grunnen til at jeg lastet den ned var for å bruke bonuspoengene man MÅTTE bruke appen for å få, men de bonuspoeng-varene ble tilfeldigvis alle borte fra bestillingen min, og jeg fikk kun de jeg betalte for, og ikke de jeg valgte med poengene mine, noe som er veldig kjipt når man MÅ handle for å i det hele tatt få løst ut poengene.

Appen fungerar så dåligt att den inte borde vara släppt i nuvarande skick. Jag håller mig till hemsidan.
