MANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Please trust the negative reviews. This is an awful app. It's full of text errors which is the first warning sign. Finally managed to connect my device. The app still doesn't think I have a device connected. I've tried multiple times. It's truly awful. Just return the watch.

If the smartwatch you're thinking about buying comes with this app do not get it. This app ruins an otherwise nice watch I have and don't use it because of it. The weather doesn't ever sync. It doesn't notify of phone calls. It randomly disconnects. And you can add other apps you want to get notifications from, but not discord! Of all apps to leave out they leave one of the biggest ones! The software matters more than anything especially on a smartwatch. This app completely ruins the experience.

After using it a few weeks, the watch won't connect to the app. It's now just wasted space on my phone.

This App is very useful and better App for Mobile To Wearables. Initially I was not able to connect my ID7 Smartwatch, but actually I did not understand its features and options, later when I understood how to connect my Smartwatch and how to use this App's features and options I was wondered how useful App is this. Finally it's a very useful and very easy to use App for Wearables.

my watch & phone are connected by Bluetooth but the app just can't detect it at all, even tho I can play song and call by using the watch. still, the app can't detect my watch. so, it ends up that I can't change the feature like wallpaper and stuff. I tried many times by reinstalling the app, re-pairing the Bluetooth connection and it did nothing. I also tried to add the device but it can't search my device. Need luck to be connected. This happened for many times & I'm sick of it. Just fix this

The app does have the ability to change temperature from C° to F° nor KM to miles on the watch. It does show miles in the app, but it doesnt on the watch. The app arbitrarily logged me out, and I couldn't sign in without uninstalling then reinstalling it. I couldn't use my login credentials, but I was able to get in through Google. The app could be made much more user-friendly. When I tried using the workout function in the it showed I walked .22 miles, when I really went 2.5 miles. Not good.

Absolute trash. The UI sucks, several readings won't be accurate, trying to connect the phone to Bluetooth is a pain (the directions are also incomplete), even trying to register an account is glitchy because it won't recognize some emails. I had to use my third email address because it said the first two weren't valid.

The app is working the way it's supposed to. It's well designed I even like it better then da fit there is only one problem it can't sync my phone book with the watch. It does say it's synchronizing you can see the watch actually doing something and than it does say that it has done it successfully but it actually hasn't, the watch is not synchronized, and there is no phone (address) book in the watch

This would be a great app if you could change certain settings for the United States. When setting to Fahrenheit, it changes back as soon as you close the screen. Should be able to toggle background running options so it stays synced. My watch disconnects when I close the screen. Users should have the option to format their date appearance and other small features. If we can make and receive calls, we should have the option to reply to text messages also. Change these and it'd be great

All the other reviews are true, sadly this watch doesn't sync even though it looks like it's connecting and synching. I see the watch trying to connect but it can't manage to load any of my contacts, weather or music. The other features didn't work as well, like the foot tracker. The battery life isn't long either. Do not buy this watch you won't know who is calling you, and worst part for me is it wasn't returnable where I bought it! Try Amazon guys, my boyfriend and I found some on there.

Please add option for the type of time in the edit face section "analogue or digital ", Also make the watch faces we made saved if i want to change dirctly as a theme ... The watch not sync. All the contents i have ! And not sync the weather ..! Also make it able to browse the music not only play & pause it .. & add features for notifications & ring tones to select from our music not only from the buit in tones in the watch thanks in advance

At first this app was very good but after the update it is only useful for changing the time in the watch. watch faces in the app was not syncing and some of the customized watch face (photo) also not syncing properly. The watch face I had before was not syncing. It was loading 100% then showing sync failed. so we need a update soon to solve this.

I always charge my watch so I don't need to always sync it to update especially if I'm not using my phone. Since the time format has seconds shown I decided to use it to time an important event so I won't miss it because it needs to be the exact time and unfortunately I MISSED IT. So I decided to sync and update the time using this application AND while I'm typing this now the "connecting" is still not connecting to my watch for more than an hour. I tried everything to connect it, still nothing.

I've had my CXT watch for a week now and although the watch works well, the app has some serious issues. 1. Disconnects from web for over half the day, so no live connection for fitness tracking or weather updates. 2. "No Information" started running over the top third of the screen covering whatever is on the face. 3. The feedback app window doesn't type properly allowing no spaces or punctuation, then declaring "illegal text"! Could be much better, very annoying performance.

Major drawback of app is GPS is not working perfectly. I walk for 3.5km and it shows only 0.3km. Sometimes for 5km walk it's shows 2.4km.. Also map is not showing correctly. So basically no use of this app for tracking health. Also app feedback section is not working properly. Can't type anything with space and special characters. Means you guys still have to work a lot.

The watch is good. But it have no other faces. Only just 3. And i thought there would be at least 10 other faces in the application. But it has nothing. Just a stupid interface. And the battery life is so poor. It drains so fast. Max of one and a half day and that too without even connecting with the phone. So please in the next update give some cool and standard faces for the watch.

Sort of works - seems to do most things, but watch doesn’t always send data to app (e.g., can't answer phone calls, can't acknowledge messages, etc. Not sure if the phone or the app is bad - gt50). Weather uses Celsius temperature even though the location is US). Touching app incon in notifications doesn't open app - only app that doesn't.

Well I think it's a good app but we cannot able to dial the wallpaper from the dial mall and also of our own choice. So my advice to you is you should fix this issue and we should be able to dial wallpaper of our own choice. If this only thing is fixed then this will become a good app and it will get more stars and good reviews. I advise you to please fix this this problem and also there are some more problems in this app please get a new version and fix all this .

The M2wear software is not so user friendly in terms of contact selection for saving to watch. 1. The contacts fetched are not in Alphabetical order. So it's very difficult to search and select the desired contacts. 2. There should be atleast a "select all" button to save us from the pain of manually selecting 1683 contacts of my phone. 3. There is no search option to chose contacts selectively. 4. It's disappointing to see that the pebble engage watch is not working seamlessly with phone
