There is no "Add to cart" 😤. Instead there is "chat now" and "send inquiry" buttons, both could essentially mea. the same thing 😌. Most suppliers ask too many MOQ, which makes it impossible to buy anything, unless you know the product 100%. There should be "1 MOQ" so that one can test the product before ordering 100s or 1000s, if not millions. There is no genuine product, or seller. Top to tail dubious, how can anyone feel safe for shopping.

It suddenly appeared on my screen whilst installing another App. I have no problem with goods Made in China. Thank God we have so many things available at cheaper prices that are Made in China 👍🙏
I'm uninstalling app. Majority of products shipping costs to 🇬🇧 is outrageous & works out to be roughly the same as the products to be purchased.
I'm new to the app but far enjoying the variety of items to select from...the illustration of the available product lines are impressive
At this point users should be able to switch to night mode on the platform. This would help with those who are sensitive to white background interfaces.
I like it when browsing and purchasing. However, when it comes to the refund process, it is completely annoying that we have to log in through desk PC and request a refund. I hope if you can change the refund process to be as easy as purchasing from the app, and there is no need for a desk PC in the middle of the process. suppliers in this app are suck. customer service are very bad. not reponsive to messages and even email. please read report about your suppliers and filter them. those with very bad reputation should be banned. it wasting our time trying to deal with those supplier who are not serious in doing business. very² bad platform for international business deal
Absolutely awful! Be careful, watch your money. Rude, bad customer service!!!! They lie a lot and will never help you, do not give you an invoice, and send you fake goods. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
people be aware that this app is a fraud app with fraud companies. I bought a product and after I paid the company told me that I will have to go to the port to get it and they will not do door to door delivery and asked for more money which I agreed but they asked me to send the money out side the app which I refused because I want to record every thing and then they said they can not deliver. so I applied for refund and the app deducted $60 from my refund as they will not refund all your money
for the first time I use , and I don't know how to cancel order .and I ask chat seller how to cancel .the chat seller said cannot cancel order .very bad apps
Every seller has the same phone number and fake 2 reviews. there is no customer support! they simply try and get you to send a load of information that is visible to them in the chat in the app. I don't know who else to suggest. but don't touch this app. every seller is the same scam seller using different company names.
I am new to ordering internationally, and it can be intimidating. This app brings China to you! It's quite amazing. Just do a search for items you were interested in and up will come items and suppliers. From there it's simply a matter of contacting the supplier from within the app itself. I have contact a number of suppliers and have met only great courtesy and helpfulness. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but this is an app I use daily now.

want to buy a larger product from this app got told by the seller, they said the farthest they ship it to is New York I'm in Missouri what good is that I can't get there to get it.
it's so useless cause I no longer need the app, they said I cannot cancel and I am tired to receive their emails also.

This app is really great. So far in my experience the customer service has been second to none. Courtesy and kindness you don't find much of here in the states these days. 4 stars only because some of the pricing lures you in and then get you with the shipping cost. And the metric system is not something I'm custom too. Other than that if you do your research and know what to look for this is a great savings app for some quality items.
I wish they will make shipping information clear, and make it easy to buy stuff without waiting for suppliers to approve your order like AliExpress and Shein.. I've been so confused about the shipping problem that am afraid to place order, I don't know if it requires custom clearance which by the way I hope not, because not everyone has the ability to clear customs.. I personally can not clear customs so I love apps that do that for you.
