I like to buy from carrefour online. Just one thing i dislike is they 'enable exchange of items' even if you have unticked the box 'enable exchange of items'. I like noon better in this regard because they will missed call and inform you if any items is not available and clearly show in the app of any possible replacement, and you have the choice to choose which replacement you want or just get a refund. Carrefour is Not professional in this regards. They just change items ordered.
Everytime you make an order they only deliver a few items and say that the others are unavailable. Which is strange because you know very well that they do have them in abundance (carrefour doesn't have mayonnaise????). You can't just pick and choose what you want to deliver. Either remove supposedly unavailable items from the menu or stop being lazy and deliver them.
Customer support in Pakistan is literally useless. Don't use credit card with them as your order will eventually end up having missing items that you were charged for and no one would tell you about reversal of payment so don't rely on their app. Delivery itself is fine & prices are competitive (doesn't matter when most items get out of stock). Also try to order early in the day otherwise you might get the items delivered next day. Imo grocerapp and airlift grocery have way better service.
Ordered a tv 5 days ago. They cancelled the order without sending a notification. Only found out about cancellation when I called customer service. The TV is still showing as in stock online. What's even worse is that they haven't refunded my money. And it appears that they might have initiated the refund after I called them instead of when they cancelled it. I won't be surprised that I would have to beg them for my refund.
Codes don't work. Got a code via email for my account and it kept insisting it was invalid. Customer service is shoddy. They wasted 30 minutes of my time forcing me to trouble shoot for the code instead of doing their job and reporting it to the technical team. Uninstalled. Go for Noon Daily. You get quick Cashback and better prices.
previous application was good - everything worked properly. what happens now- is a disaster: application opens, i can chose what to buy, BUT I can't get to my cart or "more" button. have to reload application several times. I don't see full "buy again" list as it was before. I don't see where the driver with my staff is, and I could see it in earlier application version. but I can see a lot of advertising of your 'super new' application. reinstallation didn't help. UPD 4.7.25 NOW ITS NOT OPENING
They are always late, sometimes a whole day after delivery window. The app does not inform us if an item is not in stock, so you have to wait days for a refund after you've already paid for it. It is not intuitive to cancel or adjust an order nor is there a clear way to call the delivery guy if there is an immediate error in the delivery and/or inquiry into delivery times. There should be basic options in the app that don't require a phone call to CS, like wrong item delivered.
It was the worst service I have ever experienced. 1: receive the order within 5 days 2: They sent a different model and a cheaper item. I requested to return 3: it has been 5 days since the scheduled pickup and no one has contacted me. 4: I have to wait until they pick up the items and return them to the store, then they will begin the refund, which will take 21 days from Carrefour team . 5: There is no manager there, as I have requested the manager call six times without any response.
Keep getting, "Error while syncing item to cart" errors. Search is not good. For example, search for "eggs" you get 0 results. Search for "egg" and you are shown eggs properly. Selection of available items has also declined. Delivery though is great. Items arrive in nice boxes and are kept properly packed; cold items are properly stored and kept together and pantry items are separated. Delivery guys are consistently on time too.

Yes it is very easy to use and they have fast delivery and variation of products BUT they also let you shop, pay and then suddenly when you notice that your shipment did not arrive and check the app you discover that it was cancelled for whatever reason AND your money will be returned after DAYS ... so be careful and ready when you use the app service
They tend to deliver products which are on the brink of expiry - just recevied an order with lettuce expiring tomorrow, one week old "Freshly baked" cookies etc. I would suggest only to either buy at the store, or order Careem. Besides, delivery service messed up my order badly, so I did not get a couple of items, while I also recevied things I did not order. Really disappointing. Customer service acted swiftly though
App not opening if no internet available, therefore unable to use bar code for club membership. Other supermarkets can use membership with phone number. app doesn't allow to rate products so people can get feedback from products purchased. Before there was an option to scan products to know the price. Now there no option. App just got more complicated.
Since one month, My shopping cart is showing the message "Sorry! We're having some trouble finding this page. Please try again in a while" I called the Customer care 2-3 times. Even no reply for email till now. The problem is not yet solved.
Sorry 😞 I can't send email and do your job for you. I've outlined my observations per my direct experience clearly below. It's now your job to fix it. Once it's fixed and I'm satisfied, I'll change my rating 🙏 I'm giving one-1 star because the app doesn't allow finalising the process of returning defective items bought online. This is a shame for a conglomerate like MAF / CARREFOUR that their app is not fully functional.
There is some issue with the app, it is not opening. Earlier it used to open and earlier it worked fine but now, it's not opening. Tried reinstalling it too but couldn't succeed. So had to go to the website and login from there.
used to be among the best shopping apps. but now none of the discount codes and vouchers are working. They're running promos and is not being able to avail it. Also it's been around 2 weeks I have raised to the customer care team and still no changes or resolution.
update 20 December and still not working! Your app still isn't working on my phone since last year! now it's giving out of service area... I can't redeem points without the app so is anyone even reading these comments?? I need to show the app so that the cashier can scan my number and I can redeem points. I've been giving my cell number all the time. please fix it!
I ordered bioactive VitB complex because I was fatigued and needed it badly. The app indicated it was available. 3 hours later (not 60mins as they advertise) upon delivery it was missing but other items were delivered. CS said out of stock. Why then was it in the app?! it wasn't even indicated as the last one. it was a medical need too. It was too late in the day to order from Noon which delivers same day if not yet cutoff. Very disappointed
For some reason my orders are sent to a store far from me while there's one closer. If I could pick stores the better. Also often I can add things to cart then after paying I realise they're removed because they're not in stock. If sth isn't in stock I shouldn't be able to add to cart so I can know and find an alternative! It's so annoying.
