Mahjong Solitaire

The game was fine, I liked playing most of the challenges however I just found out that after more than 3 yrs, all badges and puzzles earned are now disappearing. I had to get a new device and in doing so, nothing from 3 yrs of playing has moved over after the switch. I have no plans on starting from level 1 with no badges or prizes earned because in 3 or 4 yrs, those too will just disappear. No longer playing and installing the app. Just want to warn and save others the trouble of playing.

I am extremely disappointed that I am receiving ads in the middle of a game. I have no problem with an ad playing after a game. But to pop up while you're playing is ridiculous. I wait the 13 seconds for the ad to play, go back to my game for about 5 seconds, and the same ad is back. Also, the Pinterest ads are annoying. You can't leave the ad, because you're immediately connected to the Pinterest site. Please help with these problems.

I'm deleting this app because every (& I mean EVERY) time you complete a round you are rewarded with an ad. And not little short ones, either. You almost want to avoid finishing a round cuz you know you'll have to deal with another ad. If you press Play or Deal---first you get an ad. And most of the time you have to leave the game, then begin again to get the ad to close. It's really not a game---it's just a short interval to keep you occupied in between their ads.

If there are 3+ matching tiles on the board, and I highlight one, the other matching tiles highlight, too. sometimes a random tile will also highlight. If I play to fast, it takes a move away from me. Auto hints are enabled by default, and even turning them off along with other settings that look like the reason, doesn't do anything. This game doesn't have any challenge, doesn't relate to solitaire in any way, and there's nothing to increase the challenge.

I have enjoyed playing this game... until today. Suddenly, a McDonald's ad pops up multiple times DURING PLAY! I don't mind the ads before and after games - that's to be expected in a free app. But when the ads interfere with play, it ceases to be fun. Please fix this asap! And here we are again. Intrusive ads that interrupt the game AND don't allow you to close them. There's an X up in the corner, but it does nothing. Game over.

This app is bad with the ads. I understand you need to play ads to make the game free for playing, but I'll end up having to watch one ad at the end of one game, then no way to get back to the game w/o leaving the app and going back into it. Also, I'll see the same intrusive ad prior to starting a new game right after watching it at the end of previous game. Please fix this, then I'll change my rating to 5 stars.

I am severely downgrading this app, from 5 stars to 2 stars, because of the new Forced Advertisements in the middle of a game. It was shocking the first time, during the daily, but I shook it off. But then there was no way to exit the ad - the exit "X" did not work. I had to shut down the game and restart to continue. It happened twice during the one game. Then I tried to play some of the event games, and it happened during a timed game. TWICE! This is sabatoging the game.

Played this for ages. Absolutely loved it for the daily challenges but what let's it down is the lack of account syncing. I had to get a new phone and I've now lost over a year of progress on this game. I really don't want to start from square one so it'll now be uninstalled 🙄. Why in 2024 there are games out there that DON'T have some sort of cloud or account sync I will never understand.

The game is fine, but it has frequent, aggressive ads that have absolutely no option to close. There's a button to take you to the ad's Google Play page and that's it. I understand the need to fund your game, but hijacking my phone and forcing it into the ad owner's page every time is a bridge too far. I'm uninstalling the game.

WHERE ARE THE LARGER CARDS WAS TO EXPECT?

I feel like this event on the app didn't pop up on level 13 and I don't understand why it's acting like that I wanted to uninstall and reinstall again but I have to start all over again after I reinstall it. so right now I'm stuck.

I am playing daily. rarely miss a day. this week it shows I missed 2 days in a row. now I am at the risk of loosing my daily streak of 411 days straight can this be fixed to restore the freezes back to 3

Great game. When there was a problem with a level not loading, once they were notified they fixed it promptly.

There's a problem with level 13 on the current event...it won't come up when you click on it. Problem now solved...thank you for your very quick fix.😊

Keep getting a message from another company that this game will not be available soon and I need to install their game. It's a pop-up ad that would go away and keeps me from playing this game. So I guess I will lose my winning streak.

I've been playing Mahjong for a very long time, but I have to say this is my favorite of all the ones I've ever played! If you like Mahjong, you'll absolutely love this one! Thanks for the Great boards and fun challenges!!!

I loved all the mobility works games until Iately when all these ads started appearing. I find it too frustrating to play the games anymore so am removing al of them. I will miss them.

God Awful, with how many screens, tips, ads, windows, daily streak screens. You can't relax with this at all.
