Mahjong Wonders™

I gave it two stars because the game itself is entertaining. It lost three stars due to its highly annoying unskippable ads. If I enjoy a game enough, I'll pay for an ad free version. There's as much ad time as playtime in this game right now. For now, I'll go to another game and come back in a few months to see if they've resolved this.

I use to like this game and played it all the time but seems like each update makes it worse. the ads pop up more frequently even if you volunteer to watch a full ad to get ad free games, the shuffle powerup isn't used now if you fail so you have to watch an ad if you want to keep a streak going, and for that slider game the ads are sometimes longer than the gameplay itself. this game use to be much more fun than it is now.

Comes across competitive as if playing against a leaderboard. Loved working my way up to first place and staying there. Then noticed names and scores were not changing when I was away but would pick back up when I came back so it must not be real competition? Dumb me :(( Game boards have become strangely repetitive AND nearly self solving as if the game is tired of me??? No point in playing when it feeds me winning tiles. I haven't tried starting over but why bother?

Fake leaderboards The other users on the displayed leaderboard are clearly faked. (they only ever change when I play a round, and they change in extremely predictable ways) I don't even care that much for the feature, but if you're gonna do it at least actually do it haha. The game itself is fine, wish there was an option to turn off the silly power ups. the ads are annoying, requiring multiple sections of waiting to get through, but at least they only happen between rounds.

I really enjoyed the game. The graphics were impressive, and I loved how it kept introducing new tiles as you progressed. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the excessive ads. I understand the need for them, but they appeared after every round and were quite long, which became a bit frustrating. I actually found myself closing and reopening the game after each round. It would be great if ads showed up less frequently—maybe after every three rounds. Just a suggestion!

the game is fun but you can NEVER click out of the adds. they are on your screen forever. ended up having to just close out of the game. so frustrating. I'm fine with adds, but if I dont want it, I dont want it! let me x out of it. it doesn't matter how long you tell me about the product, if I'm uninterested, stop pestering me!

Overall the experience is very relaxing. There aren't a bunch of ads being forced on you, the game isn't timed, and they don't force you to pay for upgrades just to beat a level. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there's no way to toggle off the narrator's annoying voice without shutting off the soothing sounds that come with the game. I like soothing sounds and soft instrumental music while I play a relaxing game, not a guy saying the same 2 to 3 phrases every time.

LOVE the game but there's too many ads that you can't skip AND they're like a minute long!! Ads are annoying but I get they need them to keep it free, BUT minute long ads you CAN'T SKIP is ridiculous. You do get to play the whole level without interruption but after EVERY level there's an ad. When I first downloaded they could be skipped but after playing for 30mins or so, you're forced to watch them or close the game...but when u come back, the very next ad you're NOT skipping!

It would seem like some players might work for the company of this app. Some people are hundreds of points ahead just after the different one day games begins. Hope I'm wrong. To score as high as they do, they must be getting 8 points every round after 3 winning streaks. It is a fun game, however I am competitive, and want to know for sure I'm playing on a level playing field. Please, explain how it is possible to get 8 points consistently. Some players are on PCs which is faster.

I just love to play with this game ..I am just turned 50 and my brain need a bit of exercise but in a fun way. Also helps me release my anxiety and stress !! I am very much enjoying to play , thank you! ps: I find the advertisement a little bit too much particularly when it was asked if it is interesting fir me or not ..even if I say no , the same advertisement just came back over and over again . So if you have an advert free version maybe I will choose one!

I was really enjoying this game, good gameplay and enough interest to keep going. Unfortunately, every update adds more and more adverts. I am spending more time watching adverts and animations than actually playing the same now. This is winding me up! They have also changed it from being able to use shuffle at the end of a level, and instead you have to watch an advert for a bomb, even though I have now got hundreds of shuffles that I have earned.

It was okay until they changed the way it works. Whenever you'd run out of matches, the game would automatically use your power up to continue playing. Now, it wants you to watch an ad to use a bomb. You are also unable to change your name - it only lets me use premade randomized names, and all of the avatars are AI generated. Pls stop using AI in games. There is a new animation post win screen that shows your score,and it takes too long. Please consider cutting it down or rolling back how it wa

pop up ads are far too frequent. at the end of every fresh deal. And worst of all. they do not allow you to exit the ad at any point, even if you've 'watched' the full add. you are still forced out of the app in order to close the ad. if you want to keep playing, you then have to restart the mahjong app, you'll get to play one round and you're forced back into this ad process. VERY frustrating, as the game itself is well designed and seems intended to be relaxing.

I've been playing this game for over two months and I love it. Just when I think I'll get bored, they'll introduce a slightly new layout or challenge. very few, very short ads, never interrupting game play. music and sounds are truly soothing, and the game is beautiful as well as fun.

'Got Ads'! This game isn't worth all the ads, and the seriously repetitiveness of those ads! More frequesnt with every level! And, if this game couldn't be any worse, soesnt pay cash, yet even when you should be #1, they prevent you from going past #2! More than petty, doesn't even make sense.

I love the concept of the game but sooo annoying you can play 1 game then redirects to temu constantly!!! ads galore so can't get into the swing of the actual game and the comments throughout are too much!! I like the click of tiles and water not his voice cutting in all the time!! Will delete game if it doesn't change soon!!!

What should be an enjoyable game is taken up with so many adds. You have literally sucked the life out of the game I understand you need some adds but I find I spend more time waiting for the advertisement to pass than actually playing the game. It's frustratingly time consuming waiting on the adds. I hope people read this a find a game with less adds.

I don't know why this is the first one recommended when I search mahjong no ads. you get an ad after every single match. most infuriating thing especially since they're all essentially popup ads that open the playstore when you miss the large misleading x. do better. Just find a better way to do ads. I've seen plenty of ads that don't make it full screen.

I played this game for two days and reached level 108. The app is dishonest in it's messaging for ads. "Watch this short ad video and no ads for the next three levels". You have the option to cic yes or no. If you click yes, you watch a ad and then they proceed to set the tiles up, so that you have to watch SEVERAL video ads to clear a board.(you run out matches) ONLY when this message is displayed do you have to watch several videos to clear a board. If you click NO, you watch a video anyway.

An outstanding app with great and varied graphics and good fast gameplay. There are plenty of variations and challenges, and it is genuinely fun and relaxing to play. my only gripe is that I wish I could set my own username like others on the leaderboard appear to be able to do, rather than have to choose one from a list of names.
