Been using the free email service for ten years or more now. It's nice that you can make multiple email accounts for free or pay if you need more than just a basic email account. The app has been alright and I can't complain for free but for the last 6 months or so it won't open up emails correctly and will say there is no content in the email. It never gets fixed with new updates either so heads up on this issue.

it just doesn't work. I added two factor authentication twice already. Linked my authenticator, everything seemed fine, got a recovery code and then an error at the very end twice and it didn't work. I'm also unable to access settings from a desktop browser and unable to open certain parts on both, mobile and PC. I just can't set it up. I'm also unable to recover an old email address I used over a decade ago. Support won't do anything, even with ID

Out of 4 different email apps that I use, this is the only one where I may have to try and open an email up to 20 times for it to actually open and display data. Also, after deleting emails from my inbox, when logging in through a browser, they have somehow returned. This app has only gone downhill in the last 3 years. Maybe go back to the drawing board because every change just makes it worse.

Mail app lately crashes. Worst of all it loses drafts. I've typed multiple complicated emails, had it crash, or simply swiped to a different app, then swipe back and everything is gone. Also the way you select files and pics does not work like the defualt selection and it makes it hard to find files. Mail service is good. The app is really bad. It did not used to be like this.

This app has SUCKED for quite a while. I'm not sure how long ago it started, but every time I go to read an email, it either bounces back with a "can't load email" message, or it shows a blank email with a "email contains no text" message. I have to make several attempts to read every single email. I can only assume they've incorporated AI into their code, because that's what seems to ruin my experience with most apps these days.

Recently getting messages that say "contain no text" and more annoying is deleting emails that immediately return to inbox. I've cleared cache, reinstalled, restarted phone, etc. It takes several tries to get the messages to delete. Then the same thing happens when I try to empty trash and spam. I've had this app for years and loved it. Now it's too much work.

Awful amount of ads, completely broke the app. This is unacceptable, not to mention that I am a paid user for expanded storage and still get hit with ads every single click. If they don't fix this they are going to lose significant amount of users. I am preparing to transfer to other email service if this doesn't get any better in a week or two.

Long popup ads that bombard your screen after loading every single email. Or if you take more than 5-10 seconds reading, a 5-second popup ad now occurs every 5-10 seconds of being on this app. This has become the most invasive app for popup ads when trying to use the app. I've been using this email app for years, but I'm fixing to start using my Gmail more if this doesn't get corrected.

Edited to one star, advertisments have become disgustingly aggressive! The app is quite LITERALLY unusable, you lot should be ashamed! by all means generate a profit but this is crazy! finish an ad, three seconds later? Another ad. The ads have become painfully unbearable. Always swore by this service and didn't mind occasional ads but now they sometimes pop up three times in the space of 60 seconds. Really needs sorted out, it's a very, very frustrating experience.

I get the need for ads, but full screen, pop-up videos with loud audio is a scummy way to do it. Stops whatever you're doing, blocking the entire screen and blaring an advertisement in a quiet waiting room, movie theatre, or wherever else you might be checking your mail. Requires a quick close of the app to stop it. This is in addition to understandable banner ads on the page, but apparently they want more money, at the users expense. If you need a professionally made email, look someplace else.

The ads are out of control. It is an absurd amount of ads that pops up suddenly on your face, and many others disguised as fake emails. Not to mention the search for email option is useles.. I can NEVER FIND THE EMAIL. For example, I once needed to find my concert tickets. So I searched for the band's name and nothing... it said there was no email with the band's name. After a while I searched for the website name and I found the email, which contained the name of the band right there.

Good app for checking for new emails. Falls down when you want to find an email older than a couple of days. It can never find any matching emails for the term I enter, so I end up having to visit the mobile site and search on that (which works well). Update 10 years later: fails to send emails most of the time now and doesn't seem to keep the failed email in either the outbox, drafts or sent folders so they're totally lost and have to be written again. Really annoying.

Impossible user experience. This app used to be clear and straightforward. Now. It's a nightmare. Too many layers of aggravating "security" . Just trying to log in is an adventure. Too finicky. Way too many hoops to jump through , and it looks horrible now. What happened to this app? They've discontinued cloud storage (or made it impossible to find). Horrible.

Inbox won't update. I've used this app for years with no problems, but several times during the past year, my inbox won't update so days go by without me receiving emails....some of which are time sensitive. I've contacted support without any real solution. They just tell me to uninstall & reinstall the app. Umm, can't do that without losing the emails that were recently sent to me that I haven't yet read due to my inbox not updating.

Used it for years, after latest update started getting ads, often videos with sound on on default. This is an absolute no-no for me. I don't mind regular ads, but loud pop-up videos are absolutely unnecessary. People use email apps at work. I don't think one has to pay to get rid of something that annoying. Will have to uninstall it and look for other options.

This email platform should get a 4.5 but you can't do half-stars. It is stable, easy to use, and easy to search and clean out your inbox. The only gripe I have is when I killed notifications, I get an incessant message at the top and no way to permanently sink it. It keeps coming back over and over and over. If they could take care of that, I would have zero complaints. Pretty amazing. 👏 🥳

This is the crappiest email program I have ever used. Then after getting logged out multiple times and having to log back in again I finally figured out you have to change to desktop view in the browser to delete the account. It gives me an error. So I installed the app to try to delete the account. It too gives me an error. I can't even delete my account!!! I can't even delete my account with their chat help. There is no live person and the automated chat keeps telling me the error way.

Ads are unbearable.. I've used this app for years, and all of a sudden, (after getting ads maybe once during a session), now I get a video ad on average every 2nd or 3rd click.. I really don't want to have to get a new email and switch accounts over, but I feel like I have no choice, because it is becoming such a waste of time trying to go through my emails. I'm so stressed by the amount of ads, I don't even know how I will be able to get to my important emails before I delete this horrible app.

STILL NOT WORKING!!! For months, the premium sign up feature hasn't been working in the android app. When we press the sign-up button, the screen flashes momentarily and nothing happens. We have reinstalled, cleared the app data & cache, and logged in and out. A week ago, your customer support reached out and said that the app developers finally solved the problem. I reinstalled the app, logged back in, and guess what? IT'S STILL NOT WORKING, AN ENTIRE WEEK AFTER THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED!!!!!!

I think they increased advertisement frequency to the point that it broke the app. I need to login with my browser to see new email. The app has not shown anything new in several days now. I tried forcing the app to close and opened it again a couple times. nothing. There also seems to be zero support for users. Received an email saying I would need to pay monthly, or they would close my account. Tried to reach out to find out if it was legit, and could not find any contact information.
