Kiosks don't scan our rewards code, had to wait in line and waste half an hour of time we should have been spending on rides just to buy our tickets from a human. Even then, the bar code wouldn't work. This app needs a lot of help. No point in spending so much time to get "rewards".... Very disappointing when there are any other options for indoor play in the area.

This app has continuous problems. I paid for a premium membership, but I have had trouble uploading several receipts. They are declined even though it was for a purchase at the mall. Now, it will not process them at all. It just says "upload error" and gives no options. I texted the number provided in the app for both of these issues. They say to contact someone else via email, but the email response is not prompt. The time that it takes to follow it all through is not worth it.

Ok so listen, the list feature is pretty dope, and if there was a way to select all your faved shops/restaurants and have it map out a route for you to hit all of them, that would be even more dope. Another thing... the method for selecting a DOB is hella tedious. If yall could make it so we can manually select each field and enter the information instead of having to flip through years of months, that would be the dopest.

Don't go to the mall often. Installed this last time and there was a map on it, but not interactive. Now there isn't even a map. Signs at the directories say the app can substitute for the directory. This is not true. No directions. No map. Just a way to get my information for marketing. Would be zero if it were an option.

Deleted 3 minutes after installing because I wanted a mall map and this was forcing me to sign up for a rewards program I did not want before I could use it. Based on other reviews I'm seeing here, there IS NO MAP apparently, even if you sign up for the rewards! 😯 Ridiculous and an obvious personal info grab. There were plenty of directory kiosks in the mall, so we just used those.

Terrible app. You might think the map will be helpful, but there's no legend to describe what any of the stores are. the directory has all the stores, sure, but it does not even say where they're located. You're better off searching the Internet for a map that is actually helpful. There is literally no point to this other than pretending you're a cool store because they have an app.

No MAP!!! And the directory doesn't actually say where the store is in the mall let alone how to get to it. It only gives you the mailing address, hours, phone number, and brief description. Forces you to sign up for a marketing / rewards account and offers absolutely nothing of functional use or value. Don't waste your time.

It's pretty useless. No map, which is what I'm sure most people are looking for. The locked coupons would be somewhat decent but I can't earn enough points to get them because the stores aren't scanning the QR code. I've bought half a dozen things and not one scan. Their solution is to take all your receipts and bring them to customer service and they'll add your points... Or I can just uninstall this glorified directory. Yeah let's do that.

When I first downloaded the app, it had the map and directory easily available. Now you have to make an account to access them and I refuse to do that. It shouldn't take yet another account to see the map. I'll just wander around the mall and miss stores that I might have found in the directory if it was open like it used to be.

Am interactive map would be good! Like in the mall, they have them all over. This app, nothing. It's like having a book that tells you nothing. Full of info that you don't need. Can't even direct me to certain stores. Made me sign up to some membership just to use it, which i am only here once every 3 or 4 years, so that's no good. Deleting this one.

Cannot access any features of the app (including the map) without signing up for their loyalty program that will no doubt spam your email with "special offers." The fact that this is a total regression (previous app versions let you access the map, favorite stores, etc without any login) makes it even more insulting. Total greed move from the MOA leadership team. Don't waste your time with this app and just use the maps available on Google or Apple Maps.

I installed this app to try to find a bathroom for my children. The app is all about spying on you and spamming you, ostensibly for shopping rewards. There appeared no way to get to a map without turning on notifications and creating an account. I gave up at that point, so I can't tell you if there is a usable map. I shouldn't need an account to use a map.

USE GOOGLE MAPS instead. This app has a terrible UI, and doesn't actually help you locate anything. I thought it would be like the info kiosks in the mall, but it's just a platform to upsell you and get you on mailing lists. The upside is that I discovered Google maps is actually great at finding directions inside the mall.

Worst Mall App Ever ZERO STARS. NOT ADA COMPLIANT. SUE THEM. Map not labeled NSEW, no gps location, can't click store names for info, useless. Chat help not functioning, poor retailer descriptions. External links look like they're clickable, but aren't. Can't even copy/paste. I don't know when they last updated this, but whoever ordered it should be fired. It's like something designed circa 2005

Not very useful. It wants your location, but doesn't show it on the map. There should be more ways of sorting when searching. Just overall, not user friendly and lacking. Better off using the directories in the mall except for the very few and minimal discounts available on the app.

Makes the MoA even better. The app is pretty straight forward, but is a must for shopping at this huge Mall. It make finding stores, offers and rewards much easier, and it makes it a no brainer to join the Insiders program. There are things that can make it better, so I look fwd to future upgrades.

It's good for finding stores, but doesn't list restrooms for some reason. Also constantly prompts to open links with this app, which doesn't make sense, and for some reason (despite selecting 'Open with Chrome - Always') never remembers my selection. I tried to find a way to disable it in settings, but apparently that didn't work. Uninstalling until next time I need the store listing, I guess.

This is just a flat-out terrible app. the rewards program is terrible. every single receipt declines. the map feature is useless. But hey, at least they got my information for marketing... so I'll get junk mail on top of getting zero use from this app while I was at the mall. apps like these are why they need to have a zero star option for reviews

App freezes up on me halfway through the directory. I wanted to make a list of stores to visit which the app would be capable of of it didnt freeze. The location doesnt work for me. It tells me to connect to the MOA wifi, and have bluetooth on, both of which I did. The app and mall suck.

The first problem was when it went from a general info app to forcing you to sign up for a rewards program. Now the map is gone, rendering it almost useless (you can still search for stores, and at least find out the level and on which side they are located, but no map).
