the last cyber attack I can not see my records once again and it crashes once again my records I can,t see my records then the circle just sits there and goes around and around and then it crashes please fix up the problems with the app so our records are self from cyber attacks. These attacks are happening way too many times

After the cyber attack I am no longer able to access the app. I'm currently overseas and concerned about my data that I had stored. There is no contact information and the steps suggested in the email don't work. Once I gain access to my account I'll be removing all my data and not using the app again.

This app is badly designed and is buggy af. The confirmation button sits at the bottom of the screen under the navigation buttons so makes it impossible to use. And today when I tried to see if I could use it (I thought they might have made improvements), the home screen is blank, so not able to do anything. This is embarrassingly incompetent - the IT company in charge of this app should be ashamed

User beware: Hackers just got access to more than 108,000 clinical records on MMH. There better be a really good explanation of what went wrong from MMH. It doesn't get more personal, private and with the potential to cause serious harm than people's health information being compromised.

As a user of this service, I am rather disturbed by the data breach this week by ransom seeking hackers, which saw the theft of over 100GB of patient data, including private health records, appointments, and medications. Thousand of patients. Over multiple health sectors. Hundreds of thousands of files. Apparently, the problem was contained, although that is like shutting the gates after the horse has escaped. I imagine a serious effort is being made to prevent this from happening again!

I just updated the app and it totally froze. Don't know what to do. Options are either OPEN or UNINSTALL, tried both but nothing works. Hopefully someone can help.

Hopeless! Blank home page. Cleared all data and cache. Force stopped. Reloaded. Logged in and home screen icons appeared but unresponsive. What's happened to this app, it used to work fine!!

Do not use if you value privacy. ManageMyHealth cannot be trusted to keep your medical information secure as demonstrated by the recent large scale data breach. And what have we heard from them in regards this breach... Crickets. Do better ManageMyHealth, it's inexcusable.

They were notified of data breach on 30/12/25. As of 04/01/26 haven't heard nothing from them or anything about whats happening. It's not like I'm going to login on the app to find out. Their PR management is failing big time.

stopped working, can't even log into the actual webpage either. garbage app by people who can't secure data. Hope they get fined.

Have not been able to get into the app since notification that there is an update. I used it a lot and am now very disappointed as I can't use it at all

My data hasn't been effected but now I can't acess anything let alone open the app it just keeps refreshing...Aue!

Very useful, Just reinstalled after the security scare. Loaded quickly, works great, happy with new security measures - love it! So useful - thanks.

App doesn't show any info since the cyber attack. sooo frustrating!

I hope the issues stemming from the app getting hacked get sorted SOON!

dreadful app and portal. the app does not open with the correct login and password. you cannot log in with anything except Chrome on a PC.

terrible app, why cant i see scanned documents? why can only the practice see some data, and i need to ask for a copy if i want to see it. Seems to be setup for the practice, as opposed to the patient.

Since the new look it's been rubbish. You open the app and the little circle goes round and round for a couple of minutes or more. Then you finally access the main page, choose an option, circle. Wait wait wait. What ever you have done, Undo it! It's impossible to use. And it's our access to video Consults etc. As a high user this is frustrating when it used to be fine. Just put it back to how it was

This app was pretty bad at the best of times, and now it's been hacked with reportedly over 120,000 records breached. Heads better roll, the guys who got this contract should be forced to pay it all back. Hello?? 4 days on and no clarity on who, looking forward to finding out who are the lucky ones are sometime soon, champions!

Data breach included: Clinical notes, including psych documents, lab results, vaccination records, medical photographs, personal identification details, names, dobs, addresses, emails, phone numbers. Heads should roll for this. There should be jail time. I'm beyond furious.
