Just upgraded to 3 stars. There's a lot to improve like the customer service was kinda slow. It takes a long time to respond to my feedback.

It took a very long time to start up for the first time, I waited more than 1 minute and uninstalled

can u fix the issue whereby all the fonts suddenly enlarged? its freaking annoying to scroll the live when everything is freaking huge!!

this app almost perfect but don't be fooled by the streamer.some lock room put 3000-8000 diamonds, once u join the Room they will kick u out, what a waste of diamond, feels like being scammed

be careful with these apps. the moment i delete my account that is already high level then i revoke it within the period. mango still deleted my account and cannot be restored. already email it but the answer is still the same because already deleted, then what is the purpose of that revoked option? If can restore it will change this review to 5 stars review

I can't open the task center why? Great , I can't also open the lobby . I must delete the app

why i can't use mango . suddenly hang and can't toucg anything. like profile view ive etc

My account was cancelled without my consent (I opened the app and suddenly it restarted and changed my account ID), I lost my diamond, lost my stats, after the valentine event 2/6/2026. no explanation whatsoever. I have another account that is actively used but after this I don't think I will purchase any diamonds again. Mango this is your fault and you blame it to host and user? what kind of app developers are you? scam one? or prankster one? Do Not Install this app guys I warn you!!!

Payment went through, didn't get the diamond. Wrote a complaint with the details - time, transaction Id, dates and all requirements, they replied back with the asking for the details. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't got the refund not the diamond.

It took a while. But after a week of back and forth emails. They finally got my phone setup for account creation. For some odd reason I was blocked without ever having an account. However it's all good now. I look forward to using the app.

This apps getting more ridiculous..not worth to play now..i have few accounts, higher than level 100,i recharge 30usd and gift host,host not even getting 3 usd..better just give money to host...hey jason,revert back this back to the original algorithm or risk all ur big spender going other apps..all big spender go for dreamlive and mango still getting more weird

This is great app for you to look for a beautiful girls and a soulmate, the host are nice friendly and beautiful, there also have so many games to play with, great job developer, if only we can get some coin for completing the daily mission/task, that will be fantastic and you guys will get 5star from lots of people if that happens, for now 4star from me, because low value of reward that's been giving to not a host.

They cant handle refund. They've been restricting my account due to this. I contacted the CS via FB who replied after several hours with very poor english. I explained i made refund because I want to use other payment methods. Now after 2 days, my account still restricted although I saw they deduct the diamond that I purchased. Been trying to contact them again with same result. Seriously educate your CS oi developers.

The application is cool. The broadcasters are friendly and welcoming. The only big issue I have with this particular application is when i try to broadcast I recieve a message that say, "Dear user, our live broadcast permission are only open to the host" there is no clarity to how to become a host. As someone who wants to use this platform to share my talent as a artist this is a major problem for me. That aside, I strongly suggest downloading this application just not if you are a artist

This app get crash for 3 days straight. Cannot comment, comment delayed, any many bugs that problem, fix it before you lose many user. Before they jump to other platform

Please bring back the "free chat" option for us to chat the host. I really love making friends in this app but the recent updates makes me having some disavantages just to talk and chat with the host. Do consider this,dear developer

It's useless App. Even after purchasing their diamond, u can't talk with the users untill u reach certain levels. After reaching level 15, u send messages, no one replies. This is a rip off app.

Cannot recharge. Im using vivo. When I go to recharge page it says 'Google Play Store invalid'. It says to update google play store to its latest version. But my google play store is already at its latest version. So how to recharge?
