App constantly crashes if you leave. For example, if you get a phone call, 9/10 times the app will have closed when you try to go back, meaning you have to re-enter ALL of your search filters again. Like another review mentioned, there's no way the app should be this bad w/all the fees you charge. Spend the money to make it right. Consult w/copart, theirs is decent & always improving

omg, this app feels like its been made in 2015 . Come on , with all the money we pay in fees you guys can't fix this with a better version???🤬

Please address the issues introduced in your latest update. The app is consistently crashing on Samsung devices. Additionally, the Run List section in Live Auction still does not display correctly on Samsung Fold models—the full width has been improperly rendered for years. I expect a higher level of quality and attention to detail from cox. Please have your development team utilize modern tools, including AI, to resolve these ongoing issues. Thank you.

Extreamly terrable compared to old app. Dealer have about 60 seconds to check a car at the line, all they want a quick scan and you can see all important info, value of vehicle, title info, how many owners etc... With the new app you have to click on so many things to find the info, by that time the car have gone by. People don't care how pretty app is, functionality is the key.

Horrible app. Always crashes, using an s23 ultra. If you leave the app to get information about a car you're trying to find an mmr value on, it crashes when you go back in 9 times out of 10. The car search is horrendous, I'll enter all the filters I'm trying to use, hit search, then have to reenter all of the information again because it somehow manages to delete the criteria I've just entered every time. And mmr is almost never accurate, waste of space on your phone.

Latest update is TERRIBLE on Samsung devices. The search function is almost unusable because the thumbnail photos for the vehicles are extremely small unnecessarily and are almost completely covered by the MMR value - which now won't even fit inside the ridiculously small thumbnails. PLEASE fix this issue!

At least once a week I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it on my phone in order for it to work because it consistently gives me an error even if I try to force stop and reopen the app. The error message is: Please close your browser and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service. Error Ref#: 35

New update much better then previous because it shows pictures and stuff, but still haven't added an ON/OFF bidding button. I had just opened new app and it started bidding on car I did not want when pressing volume button on my phone, need to fix or it's a trap to buy a car you don't want. If it wasn't for this I'd give it a 5 star. I'm not using it on auction day anymore, I'll just go in person. Checkout Adesa's app much better.

Hate it. Keeps getting stuck while I'm at auction trying to scan and bid. Just sits there spinning, I get a blank screen, or and error message. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've missed on several units because of this. Don't want to bid blindly. Ongoing issues since this new app was released. Bought a new phone last week. Same issues. Also where did the average retail prices go? Is it still there? Can't find it. I'd rather have access to the old app.

1 star for a billion dollar company with a trash application with 100s of millions of dollars moving through it and this is there attempt at putting out a product that is clearly inadequate. If I was a shareholder in this company I would be embarrassed. 1. Many errors through the application. 2. Moving between different options cannot go back and forth without going back to the home and "restarting" 3. Infrequent updates to the interface and bugs. ANYONE READING THIS??

Yea you guys have to really get on the ball with this NEW app... It runs a lot slower than the old app.... Takes too long to load up when you scan. I thought it was my phone acting up but after checking the reviews here I ser that I'm not the only person having this issue.... Good app overall, just needs to operate more like the previous version.

Easy to view stock on mobile compared to browser when I was able to log in for the first time. However, it will not let me login anymore. My login details work in a browser but not in the app. I even changed my password but to no avail.

Frustrated dealer here. The app lacks autofill or biometric login, forcing me to copy/paste credentials every time. Add frequent timeouts and two-factor authentication, and it’s a real hassle—especially when we’re on the go. This should be a tool that makes our jobs easier, not harder. Please improve usability and modern Android support.

I currently can't use the app at all. The old app was clunky but at least it worked. This new one seems to be more focused on splashy looks with no attention paid to how people actually use it. But for the last few days I get an error message and can't log in at all. That's unacceptable and something that should be fixed within hours or minutes, not days.

To search for a car or body style like how was in the old app not available , it's complicated just add on top search area that's is fast and not too complicated, body style people looks for trucks , rv, boats, bikes,random one's I don't have to look for a brand first then look for which one I'm looking for , you guys had it in the old app and it was 123 and done , I don't want see the city pictures or info that's it doesn't help ,and be able to Cruze between lanes much faster fix it asp,thanks

Horrible since the new update. Everytime I open the app it tells me to download new version that is already on my phone. Should have left the website and the app alone. They both worked great and were easy to Navigate.

This app sucks. When you hit back it takes you to the home screen. When you hit the back arrow in the top left corner it only sometimes goes back a page and half the time sends you back to the home screen and makes you put your filters in all over again. Garbage

Pretty much the same kind of problems as all the other reviews are stating , but now I'm trying to review this mornings auction inventory as the damn app won't even open....it keeps telling me to close browser and try again. These developers do not understand that they are costing us the users of this app money. If I can't buy cars why do I need this app?

Glitch city! Seems like every update causes new issues. Just when you have the BS figured out, whamo!, they hit you with something new. Here again, night before the auction and trying to finalize my workbook. App is going straight to the home screen and keeps reloading it. Then tells me there is a problem, then crashes. Ridiculous. What the heck are the crazy high buy fees going towards?!?! At least Copart puts theirs to good use. There app is amazing. Download it and copy it Manheim R&D team!!

There is NOTHING except MMR that works smoothly in this app. Pages aren't formatted properly, pop ups cannot be totally displayed, and I have to access Manheim within there browser on my phone to accomplish anything. Do the developers even try these apps before launching?
