Maple: Family Organizer

This app is exactly what our family needed to be able to work together to keep the household running smoothly! I love that you can have family lists and personal lists all in the same place. My only issue - there isn't an option to only view currently due and overdue tasks. We have a lot of reoccurring tasks (vacuuming, dishes, etc) so it feels incredibly overwhelming to see everything listed at all once.

So disappointed! Went through all the effort of making a bunch of lists and color coding and tweaking, only to realize my repeated attempts to invite my husband to the app aren't working. It's been HOURS! Not to mention, it randomly closes the app in the middle of writing list. It's so pretty and looks like it's just what I'm looking for, but it's so glitchy and buggy. Plus ads are sequestered to a corner and out of your face. Too good to be true. What a bummer.

It's a really great organizer, but recently, one of the people in our group (the one who created the group) deleted their account, and it deleted the entire group, and removed access to any of the recipes that were stored there. They didn't delete the group intentionally - they just deleted their account. To my knowledge, all of the recipes are lost now

Switched from Cozi family calendar to Maple as the Maple was compatible with my child's Cosmo watch. Love it, but really miss the widgets for Android.

Decent app & great features. I love how recipe ingredients can be added individually or in bulk, and how they can be exported to a grocery list. For my updated android phone, I'm finding the UI/responsiveness clunky right now. Ex: Each time I add an ingredient it thinks I'm tying to leave the page without saving. It's also having trouble finding gallery photo folders. Finally, a desktop version would be nice so I can quickly import my recipes, lists, and other items from my previous app.

it's pretty nice so far, but please fix the to-do list delete function. If I mistakenly build a repeated to-do and want to change it or delete it just duplicates another one. If I press delete all to-dos it doesn't just delete that to-do I want gone, it deletes all of the to-dos on my list that I want to keep.

Alas, I loved this app for my partner and I to organize our lives, however, it seems to be getting worse to use with every development. Location service prompts every other click, its not showing events on the calendar anymore, confusing interface, buggy things in general, slow processing. Its also turning into the typical app that starts to make basic things into premium only (the search function, seriously?) so that you'll subscribe. Was a long time user who didn't mind ads, but im moving on.

pretty impressive, but is there a way to delete emails that I sent to the mailbox created by maple for me? also would be good if the ai can also read events in pdf attached to the emails I forwarded

how do I get my husbands google calender to automatically sync with the maple calender? he went through the steps to connect his calender. On his end it shows up but I can't see anything from his calender on my end, even though we have joined the same family and invited each other to the calender. kind of defeats the purpose of the app.....

so far this app is great but can we get a few widgets??? i would love a calender widget like google has.

Looks like it would have been really great, however I had to uninstall about 30 minutes after installing. There is no way to add a child to the family calendar without their own phone number. I want to add my children so I can see their events on the calendar, however they do not have cell phones .... they are children. This is poorly thought out as it makes it difficult to add childrens events to a family calender.

I like it, but I wish I could duplicate my checklists that have sections. I've made my sections into months on a checklist and want to use that as a template so I don't have to reenter the monthly sections in a new checklist. Or maybe a monthly checklist could be added as a tool option. Would also like to be able to use it on a desktop or web application so I can utilize it better.

This app has been a game changer for my husband and I. We used to organize our schedule, tasks and shopping lists on a paper calendar while everything in between floated around and kept our minds occupied. I love the way the app helps you to organize your groceries, tasks and events and so much more like vacations. Much more clarity and coordination within our family. Both my husband and I also utilized their support and in each case so far have received quick and helpful feedback.

Pretty helpful app. There doesn't seem to be an option to copy a finance sheet, though, which is inconvenient. The keyboard overlaps where the cursor is, so adding things to the middle of a list is a bit of a pain. When I press spacebar, it corrects the view, then scrolls out of view once a letter is typed.

This app was fantastic a year ago. Now it's trash. I just wanted to shared calander, shopping list, and notes. But the developers have made this app frustrating and inconvenient to use, especially the calander which no longer shows events in the month view. I'll be deleting this as soon as I find a replacement. Good job turning what was a great app into utter junk.

Im giving this a 3 because if you're looking for something where you can have everyone in the family participate, you wont be able to since it requires everyone to have a phone number. The application is really what I was looking for sadly, if I can't add other people without phone numbers it becomes irrelevant to me. I'll check back in the futur, other then that seems like an ok app if you're looking to fly solo or with your partner.

This was really becoming a go-to for our family, we had things working well for us and then a samsung software update now keeps me from being able to create anything new from my phone. Chores, meal planning, calendar, all attempt the keyboard just closes every time I try to add. Hoping for a fix soon.

This was everything I was looking for in an organization app. Other popular apps require paid upgrades to integrate calendar or have meal planning and grocery lists. I noticed on the less than positive reviews the dev team responded by saying they were working on the issues. Very impressive that they are constantly updating the experience. This has been super helpful for my family. Grateful to have found it.

I love all of the functionality that this app offers - categorized chat, checklists and events. Its exactly what we were looking for to keep our family organized. The customer service is also phenomenal. I reached out with some issues I was initially having and the Maple team was very quick to work on a resolution and release new versions of the app so that it was all working as it should. Highly recommend!
