Zero... Great pizza, but the new app sucks. Credit card errors. Rejecting orders. There is no place to add a credit card unless in the order. Added new card (same as original) order went through fine. Went to delete the old card (it said exp 12/24) it deleted both. I usually order from them probably twice a month or more, so that's not possible. The previous time that I ordered, I was on my way home, so I just clicked pay at the store because even with adding a new card, it wouldn't go through.
Newest update is worse than the last. Trying to order, got right up through payment info and there is no button to complete order. Tried the app and in browser. Even turned on highlight links in the accessibility options just in case it was there with no image. Nothing. Worse yet I called the store to just order over the phone, was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on. I'm going to Papa Johns.
good pizza, but app doesn't work at all. I tried to create an account and no matter what password I put in, it said that it wasn't a valid password (yes, it had lowercase/uppercase letters, numbers, symbols, all that jazz, it just doesn't work). you cant track your order, the way the deals are presented makes it hard to tell if you've gotten the discount or not. you would be better off just yelling out your window what pizza you want rather than dealing with this nonsense.
everytime I tried ordering this month it always says, "Error #True" and it hasn't been any different when I try to order online instead. There wasn't any kind of notice about a problem the online ordering system so how come there's one now and no one's bother to fix it? it's honestly annoying and stressful especially when you're just trying to eat.
The menu doesn't even load, so the app is useless. Don't waste your time trying to order. Find a store and call. It's the only way you have any chance to get what you want. Employees of my store tell me the app is confusing people and their orders get messed up. It is costing them with angry customers and wasted food for replacement orders. This app will destroy the entire business if they don't fix it.
It seems like all of them use the same app service provider. I've ordered delivery once before online no problem After that it won't allow me to input my address. Not here not online. It'll only accept what they show you as an address even if it's WRONG. I guess that's one way to keep you from taking advantage of online discounts and specials. Friggin sucks
I love Marcos Pizza... but this app is complete garbage. It's just not clear and easy to use at all. When it resets your order, doesn't let you backtrack to return to certain menus or confuses you with It's interface... it just makes you want to go to ANY other food app. It's a shame. *Update: NOW the app isn't even compatible with my phone and isn't any different on my other devices that can use it. So not only did they just alienate a bunch of potential customers, they did it for no reason.
The old app, prior to this version, was great. When this version was made available, I could tell it would be a problem. I like the food, the delivery people are great and I always tip them in cash. I received a replacement phone last week, same model and software, now the app is not compatible with my phone. Guess I am done with Marco's. Good luck!
I've never had success with this app. I install it, open it, and it automatically, immediately minimizes. I then uninstall it and either order from my computer or just walk into the store to order. Unfortunately, I forget each time why I don't have the app installed on my phone and must go through the same frustrating process. It's a shame. If they'd work out the bugs, I'd patronize their business more.
It crashes. App doesn't work. They are losing business due to this problem, they need to fire the responsible of this app and find a professional, or close the business. It used to work OK, but it declined with the months until it is now useless. Also when you try to order using their portal, password doesn't work, then you try to restore your account resetting your pass and you never get the email to reset it. Nothing works. No matter how many coupons and promotions you send, it is useless.
I love Marco's pizza however, I primarily order through the app. Unfortunately, the app has been changed, and it's freaking terrible. There's been a couple of times recently where I was ordering pizza and I just chose to go with another restaurant because I didn't want to deal with the clunky new app. I don't have enough space to actually list all the reasons why I hate it. Anytime a business makes it harder for me to use their product, I assume they don't want me there's a customer.
App is unusable now. You can't do anything without starting an order. Survey QR code redirects you back to order page. Tried to manually find the survey page, once you click on either option with or without the code, it redirects me to the order page. Every time I have to log back in too. Very frustrating. Is there no more survey?? I'd like to just look at the menu or my rewards or do the survey without starting an order and having to sign in repeatedly.
The food and delivery are great, it's the app that's frustrating. Never remembers me (even when I check 'Remember me for 30 days'), keeps changing if I need to choose my discounts or coupons at start or end of order, and today it wouldn't start up when I clicked on my location. I had to order via web instead of the app. It used to work effectively, but not anymore. Update: Couldn't even use the app this week. I'm a weekly customer... but may have to change to another pizza place!
Love the pizza, not the app or customer service. I received a promo by mail and tried to order using the app. It got hung up on the map and would not let me select "start order" on my favorite store. I tried calling and was put on hold for a while. I had to show up in person to order and wait. Now I have no way to gain "points" for my purchase of additional items I bought. Other apps will allow to add a purchase for points from code on previous receipt. Not this one. I'm sad.
The new app is way worse than the old one. I can't save CC info, I can't reorder old orders, I can't use any coupons or rewards. It is like I'm a new customer every order. Before, it was easy to do all of the above and I'd have our favorite pizzas ordered in less than 60 seconds. Now, I have to reinput my information everything and the discounts I earned as a regular customer can't be taken advantage of. More testing on the new app is desperately needed.
My rewards aren't updating. The point total keeps going up but it's not adding to the reward points. I have over 100 points since my last $10 coupon, but the reward points have been stuck at 58 ever since this POS app came out. And it's absolutely ridiculous that there's no "contact us" any more. You're about to lose a long time customer, Marco's. Get it together!
Total junk! If it doesn't recognize your address, no matter how you many different ways you enter it, it is downright useless. Don't waste your time with this app. You'll likely end up calling the store anyway. UPDATE: I didn't think it was possible for this app to get worse but it did. It appears they did a big update but the app is more useless than it was before. I couldn't add my address, I couldn't add my form of payment, I couldn't do some of the most basic tasks. Please fix!
Convenient yes. But it would be cheaper to phone in your order so you can get whatever in store deals are available. None of the current deals are available on the app, only coupon codes. I ordered a large pizza for $25 through the app and got to the store and a poster on the entrance of the store says I could have gotten a Large pizza and 10 wings for $18 So until all current offers can be available through the app I'll be phoning in my orders.
About 2 weeks ago, I downloaded the Marco's pizza app because a new location had opened up about 3 miles from my home. This morning, I go on the app to place an order for pickup, and the app keeps sending me to a location page. I type in the zip code, and nothing happens. I keep trying, but I can't advance past the location page. Yes I had all permissions turned on in the app, including my location, but I could not place the order, so I placed an order with a competitor instead.
This app is lousy. You can't track your order anymore and when you place an order, you can't see your cart unless you scroll behind the total order window and even then you can only see a line at a time. I had an app coupon, but the app said it was applicable and that I needed to complete it at the same time. The update made it worse than before. I love the pizza though.
