I get frustrated using the app as I am sure many older people do. The idea of doing these steps to get the sales offered, then making sure the correct price is what you pay. I prefer shopping without all the hassle. When offering a better price I would like to get it without doing all this extra work. Keep it simple please!

The app is terrible. Every time I want to download a digital coupon, I have to sign in. The app won't take my original sign in information, and it won't let me change it. Also, when looking at the sales ad, a lot of the time, the page starts to shake. When I try to enlarge an item, the app immediately goes back to the smaller print. This is the worst app I can remember using. I was shocked how bad Martins/Giant app was.

11/2025 - With the latest update, I cant add anything to my cart because I've reached the maximum quantity. It didn't add any items, so not sure how you can max out zero. 2022- Several bugs and no way to reach the developer as the email is no longer valid and rejects if you attempt to email. The inventory has been off in 2 locations. Not by one or two, but dozens. Once the order is placed, you can't go further and a pop up message of order details unavailable generates.

This app used to be awesome, but the most recent update has left it completely useless. I get an error trying to add anything to my cart, I get an error when searching for items, I can't even find the weekly sales flyer anymore. Bottom line: if I can't check prices on your app before I go out shopping, I won't be shopping at your store.

My digital coupons from weekly sales ads are always not available for clipping. Every time you click on an item in the ad, then go back, it doesn't load. I have to close and restart constantly. The older versions of this app performed better. This latest update has made me hate shopping at martins. Just load all coupons in the coupon list. Every time I checkout in store now, they have to do 5 overrides because your app sucks.

In the past two weeks, I have had Martins refuse to send a password reset email...for six hours. Today it straight up lost an order I sent (but it oddly kept the items in the basket and the credit card number I used). When I sent the order the second time, tracking link sent in emails doesn't work. Nearly a third of my order was out of stock. Ahold has bought up all the competition in this area so this is the only full on grocery store in my county. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

This app was integral to my shopping. I used it several times a week for coupons, specials and MOST IMPORTANTLY a shopping list. Now I can't login, it doesn't recognize my name, email and I lost my favorites list, I don't even know if my bonus points count anymore, it's enough to end my 30 years shopping at Giant/Martin's. I'd give it 0 stars but it has to get 1 inorder to post this review.

Updated 09-15-20. Blank screen issue seems to have been resolved, but now I no longer have a "sort by" option on my shopping list (?), and not all of my items are showing up (only 314 of my 416 items). Still slow. Updated 08-05-20. Says that I have 416 items on my shopping list, but it doesn't display anything, just says, "displaying 150 of 416" and a blank screen. I have to change the sort order to Product Location in order for items to appear. Also very slow.

If I could give this zero or negative stars I would. The old version worked great, but now it's been given an absolutely awful update. Not even 5 seconds after opening the app I'm greeted with "Session Expired" errors, and just the option to search or go to my cart. No coupons, no digital flyer, and no points card, which were why I used the app in the first place. They should've made a separate app for online store purchasing and left this app alone.

This app hasn't been working and it's really frustrating. I can't bring up my card to scan, I can't place an order on the app, won't bring up coupons. Pretty much can'tdo anything and it is useless. Everytime I do these things it keeps telling me to create an account, meanwhile I am logged in with an account. I've logged out, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working.

A very buggy, dysfunctional app. App often won't load. For days, I get "We seem to be having technical issues. Please try again later." Like, "later" when? When I don't wanna shop? What good is it if it won't load when I need it to? Have force stopped app, restarted phone. Hopefully reinstalling fixes it, but based on the other reviews, my expectations are low.

Updated 4/4/23 They did some update, and now this app is buggier than an ant farm. Crashes constantly, won't load all my past purchases, and when I add something it stays at the checkmark instead of letting me adjust quantity. Very disappointing. Original review: Nice app. Easy to use and it has some nice features like being able to scan your card from the phone. It'd be great if I could load my coupons into the app/onto the card so I don't have to remember the physical coupons.

Well, it was great once. Now I keep getting "cms" errors. It's stuck on 'pick up' and won't let me select In-Store. I've Uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated, but it's still doing the same thing. Such a shame. I really liked clipping coupons from the app or seeing the weekly deals. This might even deter me from using Martins and might have me shopping at other stores so I can actually use their app to see their specials, etc.

I really want to like the app. I got it specifically for the coupons and it *was* nice to see the weekly ads when I could... Now though, the setting is stuck on "delivery" no matter how many times I switch it to "in-store" and it wont let me see the weekly ads unless I do so (somehow). Now it wont even download any coupons for me to clip, which was the entire point of the thing! Im so frustrated! This is not the time to be messing with people's coupons! Not in this economy!

Since the latest update, the app has been having major bugs. I shop in store and the app has me set to delivery. I try to change it, but I get a message saying that something went wrong. I've tried several times in the last 3 days and same outcome. The coupons are also causing issues. You can see all the coupons. However, you click clip coupon and get a message saying try again in a few minutes. Hasn't changed in 3 days. Please fix these issues.

To the app is OK. It has a weekly ads and the ability to add coupons to your card. However, the shopping list feature leaves much to be desired. You can only add items that are from the weekly ad to your list, everything else must be generic text. I really wish you could search and add items from the store's inventory like the Wegmans app can.

The app has been faulty for the months I've had it, but the features were always pretty useful until the whole thing crashed. Now with the update (released a little over a week ago) the app won't even load to begin with. It's nice to get virtual coupons and rewards every week, and track points until they add up to cool perks like gas discounts. If the app happens to work for you, or better yet the company releases something that doesn't crash upon launching, then it's pretty great 😎

Before the last 2 weeks I would have said 5 stars. But.. I have no idea what you "fixed" but in the last week I haven't been able to get the app to open. I updated it and it won't allow me to sign in it keeps taking me back to the open app in playstore. last week all of the coupons I had clipped disappeared and the app wouldn't allow me to clip them again. Keeps telling me there's something wrong with the app. I had 80 cents off gas. I hope that still works.

I have had to Uninstall and reinstall at least 3 times just in the last week! Every few days it stops working, very frustrating when you have a pick up order you need to update, especially since you now can't change your order within 24 hours. I used this app for over a year and this has only been an issue in the last few weeks. It will also stop recognizing my login.

I'm glad I read the reviews, I though it was just me... The peapod screen blocks log in, the number to call to "fix" any issue is a recording that never takes you to a person, after several uninstall attempts I now know not to bother with this app at all. Its been months since the update with no fix made to the errors, obviously nothing is being done
