Match Ball 3D - Matching Items

Fun game. One of my favorites. Until I got an 'Unable to connect to WiFi' error. Uhh, nooo. Everything else on my phone and in my house is connected. Even checked with T-Mobile. My phone is not the issue. I get ads while I'm playing but cannot connect with my team. Anyway, after almost 3 months with only automated responses to 'have fun playing the game', I'm leaving. 0 Stars for customer service.

Too many ads now. I love the way you can rotate the ball and I did enjoy it. I realize free games need ads but the ads during game play are too excessive. I was fine when I first started playing but the ads pop up 3-4 times during gameplay. Plus when I got my new phone the ball is very touchy and moves easily making you touch on the wrong item.

The number of ads you have to deal with in this game is RIDICULOUS!! I can't stand them!! This is one of the games i downloaded thru Rewarded Play, so i try to get on and suffer thru my 2 minutes every day. For example, i played one round today and had to suffer thru FOUR commercials!!! I don't mean i chose to watch a commercial to get some bonuses.... i mean, they LITERALLY interrupt EVERY SINGLE GAME, even when you're winning, with a random commercial!! To me, that is greedy and cheating!!!

Disappointing, because this would've otherwise been a very fun game, but was completely ruined by the constant ads and cash grabs. You are stopped MULTIPLE times in the middle of playing the game by ads - you have to pay $10 to get them to stop. When you run of out lives, a timer counts down until they're replenished. Which would be fine, except the timer stops counting when you leave the app. So you have to leave the app opened, doing nothing for 20 minutes to get your lives back... ridiculous

While I enjoyed the game, there were WAAAAAAY too many ads. I could've even handled the ads but you played an ad while the game was loading which stopped my YouTube stream. When I would wait for the resume button on the game to come up (after the ad), I'd go back and RESTART my YouTube, then hit resume in the game which restarted the game.. it was a vicious circle in not willing to deal with. I should be allowed to listen to my YouTube while playing your game.

WAY TOO MANY ADS!!! In one five minute game, there are 3-5 ads that interrupt your game, plus one before and one after, as well as 1-3 ads that play at the bottom of the screen WHILE you play. This is marketing as being relaxing and it is anything BUT relaxing because of all the ads! Not only do the ads make it impossible to concentrate on the game or relax, but they also frequently freeze the app. Uninstalling.

Okay so this game is fun and challenging right up until you get the first (OF MANY) "Quick Breaks" right in the middle of play. No, no, no! If you want to feed me ads to get lives and in-between levels I am all for it, but when you take a game that requires concentration and jab ads at me during play... nope. Uninstall... buh bye.

3+ commercials that cut into the actual game while I'm playing, every time I advance a little, is not my idea of a game. It's my idea of a trip to the department store. There's as much ad in the course of 1 session to "match" the time of the session. This is how all of your match games, under all your different company names, are becoming. That's pretty sad because those who wouldn't buy the game might stick around for a few ads vs being bombarded with ads whilst trying to enjoy your cool game.

I just started playing this and after the first round was over your ushered to a page where you have to spend your money to continue or cash in your earned coins. But after the first round,I don't think I even earned any coins.So watch an ad,(actually 2 ads),and they will reward you with one fourth of the coins you need in order to continue playing.The game itself is harder than it looks & I wish they'd give you some instructions on how everything works.I am not a gamer,& they just throw you in.

Great game, but for some reason, the graphics get stuck and you can't tell when the line is full. Since the above review, now the ability to increase your stars and other bonuses isn't working. I've deleted then reinstalled it a few times but the graphics remain stuck and bonuses can no longer be accessed. I sent a message to the company but received nothing back. I dont understand why these features were discontinued given the company aren't losing any money by having said bonus features.

I was legit hooked on this game for like 3 weeks and learned how to deal with the onslaught of ads (even in the middle of a game which is super tacky). It gets gradually more challenging and is a ton of fun! But the glitches got worse (tapping on the "watch ad" button 20x before it worked) until eventually it became unplayable. I couldn't get any more lives and it just froze on me. It's as if it decided it didn't want me playing it for free anymore! Sigh...guess I'll have to be productive now!

I'm utterly addicted to this game! My only issue is that twice I have recently purchased bundles that included coins (one was 1,000; the other was 899) - I received the boosters, but the coins never showed up and I never got any response on the Support messaging. In fact, when I submit the problems, my message disappeares shortly after that, so the Support messaging is pretty much useless.

I have played multiple games by this company, and I usually like them. I don't know what the deal is with this one, but it's a pain. It plays several ads in the middle of the level. Ads for rewards or between levels, I can accept. Playing ads during a level breaks your concentration and sabotages your efforts. It is unbearable; so I uninstalled. No fun.

Don't do it! ADS, ADS AND MORE ADDS. The further you get in the game the more ads that come up. Ive been playing for about a week and its at the point where there are adds playing every few seconds about downloading other scam apps. I like the game itself but I don't like having to watch lengthy ads every few seconds. You can't even complete one super quick game without it being interrupted numerous times! Because of that, I'm uninstalling. Unless ALL you want to do is watch ads-dont bother.

Extremely too many 30 second ads!! I can understand 5 to 10 second ads after every level, but 30! I doubt I purchase ad free because the reviews didn't make it seem any better. Match games are my favorite! There are some you can play without ads until you get to certain levels (like 300)! And getting that far I was hooked, I purchased ad free and even purchase weekly sales! UPDATE!! It's worse than I thought! Get to level 7 and you get 'quick breaks-ads' in the middle of the freaking game!

It's addicting at first but you get tired of the ads quick. Ads need to be before/after the level, not in the middle of the level. That alone gets annoying fast. Also, the daily challenges can only be played once and you can only play ones you missed for the current month. Would be great if those challenges could be replayed after you win them and if it went back a year or at least a few months so you could go back and play/replay more. Overall, it's a good time-waster though.

This game has real potential as it's challenging and fun when it works. Half the time, however, it is glitchy and it gets weird looking and then randomly stops while I'm playing, so it won't allow me to match yet the timer is still going and I ultimately lose because of it. It also has breaks in between the game about every 20- 30 seconds which breaks my concentration. It randomly has commercials in the background that you can hear while playing as well. Glitches need fixing!

I love playing this game but unfortunately there are so many glitches and I hate when they update! That always brings more issues! Then it's like every other move there's an ad!! It's really frustrating when the game freezes every other move then it finally works and there's an ad!! I truely believe I spend more time watching ads then time spent playing the actual game!! Which really sucks because it's a really fun game when you actually get to play it!! I'm seriously considering uninstalling!

This game would be fun if it weren't for the ads that pop up in the middle of your timed game. It lags and the ads are insane. It started out with ads for rewards did not work. After I reported that those started working but then ads were also popping up every few seconds. I pick up 3 or 4 items then an ad would start playing. I cleared a level, double check by spinning the bubble. There was nothing left. Hit a wand to triple check. It was empty but the timer just kept going. I have screen shot.

Love the game itself, but the ads is what"s killing it and the ratings. Noone wants to play a game or shall i say watch ads the hole time you have it on!!! If the ads would go away and stop popping up every 2 seconds and let you actually play the game it would be one of the best games i have on my phone. GET RID OF THE PESTY ADS AND LET US PLAY THE GAME!!!
