poor app. can never log in, says details dont match. Have to click forgotten password and create new one every time I try to log in. please sort this

Slow. Poorly designed. UI is unclear (e.g. which match card is available referring to? why does availability not show on future match cards we've confirmed availablity for?) App regularly doesn't work (server issues) just when you need to access match details for travel. App regularly logs user out (every few weeks?) then, when you log back in, tells you the account is not associated with any teams. And that's just the start of it. The FA should be embarrassed!

doesn't allow team talks blocks every word even hi 🙄 and doesn't send notifications when something changes ie venue etc

Barely usable. The good news is that you can use it to submit your match reports, but if you want to use the live match day stats feature, tough. it's not usable. You have to make sure that your phone is awake constantly while using it or it was freeze where the phone went to sleep. It's also very, very slow to load any page. The only reason that I gave two stars instead of one is because you can still use it to submit match reports. But budget about 10 minutes to do so.

Have had a positive experience with the app, easy to use. The only issue I've found is that when making subs, after 4/5 subs the app gets confused and doesn't make the change so we end up with more players on the bench than there should be.. but other than that it's a useful app for player management and score/data keeping. If the sub issue was fixed then I'd give 5 stars.

This is the most terrible app ever. You cannot update your scores via the mobile app. If there is no referee assigned you cannot complete the marks which will then not let you submit your card. Also frustrating, you get several notifications a day but when you click on the notification it just brings up the app but doesn't show you what the notification is (surely it should notify you that you need to do something, but WHAT!) It is terrible, and NOT user friendly. Loathe to give it 1 star!!!!!

Fantastic app, but registering is a pain. However once your in your in and as a manager it makes things so much easier for me. Plus as a parent I can see fixtures for all my kids and the various clubs they play for, notifications of fixture changes ect. But please sort out the registration and logging on as its hard work. Do that and it's a 5 star review.

The app is ok, nothing special. Does all the bare minimum you would expect. There is an option to add the parents email address against a player for them to be linked, but this is hit and miss. Works for some and not others. Also players who have not registered with the league appear against my team, then they have left already. Only players registered that season with the league should really appear and be available to be selected.... Really disappointed with the app if I'm honest....

Was looking forward to using the App for the first time last weekend, but our cup game wasn't added to the schedule despite being on the full-time website for a few weeks. No option to charge subs for training, only those who play in games. Unable to charge players the same amount of subs for games as they have been paying in the past, because the App dictates what you can charge, making it harder to collect money than when not using the app. This much hyped app has many flaws !!!

Normally fine and generally easy to use. However since recent update, it has forgotten everything. It has forgotten my team. It has forgotten all player positions. I try and alter meet time and confirm it but when go to move to squad, it says oops, not saved. I try and select player availability but it doesn't save. I've closed app down and restarted but same issue. very poor saying just had update?!?

This was supposed to make it easier for coaches to submit gameday information, which would stop the fa fining volunteer coaches for not doing it. However, it's such a poor app. Takes ages to load, freezes and now it doesn't even submit the information, which led to me getting a warning from the league! The developers need to use what they make and sort these many faults out

Terrible app. Signed up, filled out, still can't sign in even with verification numbers. Terrible. Get it sorted before the kid's season starts again. Did finally manage to sign on but on occasions have had problems paying match fees. A bit hit and miss. Difficult to see where we can send messages to Matchday go to Account setting, need help ,Matchday Ticket.

I try to persevere with this app, but it lets me down so often. I can't even get past the login screen anymore but, on the occasions I can, my league moans that I haven't completed match reports and it's just so slow and cumbersome to use. I'm using the most up to date version and have done since installing and it just doesn't work. Good in theory, not in practice. There's no excuse, with the money in the game, to not at least pump a few quid in to getting this right for us at grassroots level.

Like all FA tech, this is clunky and unintuitive. It's so slow you often don't know if you pressed the button you wanted. Press back on your phone, the app closes. Continually puts you through reminders, clicking "don't show again" doesn't work. Doesn't link properly to league's full time website so 2/3 of the fixtures are missing. Doesn't link properly to whole game system so cannot find me as a team (or club) manager and once resolved I still can't set anything up. Could have been so good too.

Used to be really good and easy to use. Now very slow and you have to input availability one by one. Sometimes availability confirmation doesn't show up so you have to go in again. No longer option to check match availability for multiple dates in one go anymore eg go over all the availability you ve just inputted one by one , for the whole year. It was a good app now not so much..why try to reinvent the wheel ? Should have left it as it was as it worked beautifully...now not so great.

App is painfully slow. I only use it at home on broadband. Perhaps it worked for the developers on their 100MB fibre connection, but there is no chance of using it during a match and even at home it is still really slow. It tries to do everything, and fails. I can only assume that the software driving it is badly written and totally inefficient.

Truly dreadful app. As with all FA 'tech', it is simply abysmal. Missing info, login problems, crashes, awful to navigate, and so on and so on. It's just dire. Although, to be fair, it's no worse than using the FA's website because that's awful as well. If I could give this app no stars, I would.

I like it & reccomend it BUT there're simple improvements which must be made! 1. Allow managers to see when players make a comment on their availability for a match when looking at the squad rather than having to click on every single name just in case. A simple icon to say that a comment exists for a player would suffice. 2. Allow manager to edit a players availability for friendlies the same as they can for a match. 3.Allow managers to create friendlies or socials past the end of JUNE!

Lots of bugs. Parents can't accept the email, and coaches are unable to make any changes to the team as the app is always crashing or going down. Also, the instructions need to be clearer on how to make any changes and would be easier to do it on the app instead of being diverted to the website. The idea behind the app is great, but having the app work how it should would be better.

Was ok ... but now when I login to see my daughters team, fixtures and results, it has all gone, says no team linked to my account in the app, but when I login online through the website, all the information is there, says the team is linked but nothing through the app. Awfull. Don't know what changed within the last 3 days .. but sort it out !
