Biometric login is already enabled but the app never prompts for my fingerprint. It always asks for my password. After I login with password, it just asks me if I want to enable screen lock login, which I always do, but I'm never allowed to login via fingerprint. Such a Basic thing not working is a red flag for me. I was planning to move some savings to Maya Bank, but now I've changed my mind. Doesn't feel safe to have basic security not working.

THE APP HAS LOG IN ISSUES. While trying to log in, it always says "we're unable to log you in, try again later" though I have already tried several times. I even tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, still shows the same error message. And this has already been causing inconvenience to me because I have a lil amount saved there and also needed to pay bills. Still got no reply from their customer support.

The app doesn't allow me to do anything once the verification process has started. there are only 2 options: proceed or exit. The main issue is that I am actually trying to submit my documents, but the app keeps crashing as soon as I try to upload the required documents. My phone is running the latest version of Android to date. I tried reinstalling the app, cleaning the cache, etc... There is no way to contact support anymore when the verification is not finished.

I’ve been using this app for many years, since it was still PayMaya, and it was good. However, recently I’ve been experiencing multiple unauthorized transactions in my wallet. I tried using the help function, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I then tried changing my email, password, and even my registered number, but the problem keeps happening. Can you add security for transactions such as constantly sending OTP regardless of the amount of transaction or on/off for online payments.

I have attempted multiple times to upgrade my account using the correct documents. Each rejection is frustrating, as no specific reason is provided, and I am required to repeat the entire process. Additionally, I am unable to access support without having an upgraded account which is extremely unhelpful. Therefore I'm physically unable to upgrade my account.

Changing my review since I tried to reach out to their Customer Service. Call went through then the representative (Anna) dropped the call. Also, I tried to apply for a Personal Loan, though elligible, I still can't go through. Then tried to call back, the number is unavailable. Though, I love Maya due to perks, promos, and all. But for some parts, isn't the best.

Like the time deposit, high savings rates & boosts. Generous loans & credit. Easy to use. It was good despite a lot of glitches, login issues, security issues, but it's been a year now glitches much worse. Then there's their unresponsive customer service-support. Snail mail is faster. Their solution to everything is block your acct, that feels like a scam, coz they don't respond to unblock your acct, in effect you can't pay ontime, incur late fees, & no access to your savings.

Bad customer support for credit card feature. Hard to navigate help center. relies too much on ai. If you don't want to have a dead end whenever having a transaction issue, better not use it because they will not help you if ai can't. High overlimit fee - 750, even though my over limit is only 50. Avoid using this at all cost. Paymaya give you a low credit limit for this goal of theirs. Unable to login for no reason and no option to fix. No support either.

Customer support sucks. They are unreachable. Tickets were submitted. No updates on the first. Update on the 2nd one, they sent me an email saying to call the hotline, which I did before I submitted the tickets! The hotline is unreachable. Tried the other one was put on hold multiple times, they did not answer. Maybe reporting to BSP might actually solve problems faster. Next they'll probably ask me what the issue is then point me to customer supports chat. The cycle continues.

Asialink biller is no longer working. I have been using it for four years. It keeps saying to provide a contact number, but there's no contact number field on the form. The biggest issue, aside from this, is that you can't raise a ticket anymore; the chatbot is totally useless. All in all, Maya customer support just went downhill.

It says "give us 2-9 working days to review your concern" and it's my second time sending a help email to them. The ticket is useless as it says "We can't find this ticket number. Please check if the number is correct". At least the landline number is responsive, but I can't even understand what they're saying because they talk fast. Now, I just want to delete my Maya account (please tell me how) and transfer to a different one because this customer service is bad.

We've encountered error in logging in a few times, this is becoming a hassle in our part as we already updated the apps and our system, but still unable to open the account as of now. PLS FIX THIS ASAP!! ALREADY DID THE FOLLOWING; TROUBLE SHOOTING AND ALL, BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK!!

customer service has been extremely frustrating. their "smart" chat bot did nothing to address my problem and recommended i make a ticket which i did. it took them 4 days just to get a reply, and instead of addressing the issue, they simply asked for more details that is already in the first email. to make it worse, they didnt even provide a clear format or example for the info they want, which creates unnecessary back and forth and wastes users time. a 4 day gap just to reply

changed my review because i had an unauthorized transaction. i was charged from "BrightWater Limited" worth 499.98 although i wasn't subscribed to whatever that is and I did not CLICKED any links. Reached out to Customer Service, reported what happened, and they say that the report will go through investigation and nothing happened. I didnt get any refunds. I am still using the app but only for mobile loads but not for Saving money.

I have been unable to log in to my Maya account for the past two days. Every time I try to access the app, it shows the message: "We're unable to log you in. Our app ran into an error. Please try again in a while." I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache, and switching between WiFi and mobile data, but the issue still persists. This is concerning because I need access to my account, and there is no clear explanation

unable to open app due to security reason with no warning given. Already tried clear cache, reinstalled app several times still same error. how to pay maya credit if the app won't even open? then I'll be penalized? it's been a few days of me reinstalling the app to no avail. I've already created a ticket last December 20, I've already done all the troubleshooting needed. It's January 12 still unresolved!!!! Already followed up SEVERAL TIMES they all say the same thing! But no results!

I was surprised when I was automatically logged out by the app after restarting and turning off the phone while charging. There was no clear update after I provided my requirements for the Free Upgrade. Kinda worried if what would the Maya employees or team do to about my uploaded Philhealth ID photos and home address without my consent that wasn't accepted.

I can't verify my info in my "current address" in the Philippines but the other country is available, can you fix it, because if I enter the specific location, the app can't find it. Hope you'll notice my feedback right now because it's so urgent.
