Poor customer service, and reneges on its obligation to deliver your complete order. Don't even bother ordering from this app, if you chance upon a missing food item, their CSR will just offer you a reimbursement of the missing food item via a digital gift check without even considering the time and delivery expense it took the customer to place an order. I am currently filing a complaint with DTI for this because they are not taking these complaints seriously.
So Hard using this App.. even thou international or local, not working fine ! even just confirming exact location is hard,even thou you type your exact location,address is incorrect..even thou u press incorrect,stores will Appear but even pressing stores near or far from you is not totally opening,what kind of Service is this? even thou sometimes its working, Ordering is Hard too Need to check meal even solos,or as per pcs of burgers,unlike other well-known fast foods its all inside their Menu

Unresponsive, Laggy and outdated. You guys should update the App for us users to use it properly and efficient. The crucial part is the order rating page where I am stucked on a loading screen; now the problem was the live tracking in the app that doesn't load. UPGRADE YOUR APP GUYS!
this app is using an old version of maps. my address shows a business name that is located a hundred kilometres away. A simple update of your map integration won't costs a thing for a big business like this.
Absolute piece of sh.. junk app wouldn't complete sign-up with an email address (as it offered to). Won't be using delivery if this is anything to go by. Thank you no.
iam American living vary near malasiqui pangasinan. iam so tire of. vary bad service I go their 2 plus time aweek and mostly get cold food no ice for drinks : I get to go and I can not get the discount meal price because I have to stop and get a drink some where else : and you get stuck in line just for them tovsay no stock. cold coffee 1 creamer and you asked for 4 sugar and 4 creamer. I they changed the sauage to a bad flavor and I ask for ham/ Canadian bacon no stock.i order 4 hash and cold
Why can't the app provide the contact info for the branch and the rider? It's overall just very glitchy as well, there's server problems happening a lot of times.
I don't what glitches does the app has, but when I'm trying to log in, when choosing which store, it always come back to that option. it's frustrating coz I refreshed it multiple times now.
I think the app should sync with the stores. What I mean is - if it's breakfast time, show the menu for available for breakfast. Not just notify us via pop-up messages that the product is unavailable
This app crashes all the time! The location always have an error and had to relogin over and over and over and over again. It's a shame that they will not invest on the app given how big this company is!
Update: Your app says it's an old version even though I already updated it. Uninstalling this. BULOK SISTEMA NG CUSTOMER SERVICE Don't order from this restaurant. Once you ordered, the dispatch is not organized. Service crew slacks off everytime there's few customers. UNINSTALLING THIS!
I ordered via mcdelivery app on December 23 2025 and up until now I have not received any update regarding my refund. everytime I ask the customer support they just keep me going around in circles.
The app crashed after the latest update. it's telling me to update the app which U did but every time i open the app it just keeps telling me to update it again. I opted to reinstalling the app but it just keeps telling me to update the app again even though i have the latest update. SMH
When opening the app, it is asking me to update it to the newest version. After updating, it still ask me to update when opening the app. I think it's broken.
Just installed the app again but the experience I got was very unpleasant. I'm already in a bad mood and this app doesn't help at all. Paying for my order is such a hassle. Trash.
Terrible app with many functionality-breaking bugs. An exercise in pure frustration. Right off the bat it said my email was in use, but I couldn't log in or reset pwd as "Invalid Email." OK, use a new email. But the validation link only works if I copy the URL to Chrome (not Brave). It doesn't let me choose the McDo right next to me, zero explanation. It says the closest is "30 min" away but it's showing one just a street over. And I can schedule Pickup is in 2 hrs, or "Now" but nothing between!
I ordered thru this app and they got a 3rd party delivery - Grab. They put the wrong pin to the store so the rider requested them to cancel it. As a customer, I got nothing but inconvenience. They never called me nor informed me about the cancelation. They don't care about the customer waiting for almost an hour for nothing. The contact number on the help section is not even working. I wasted time for this.

Fix your order tracker it shows webpage not available and it states due to error its so frustrating
