McDonald's Offers and Delivery

Worst experience ever, I couldn't other anything cause the delivery option doesn't work, the app works perfectly with pick up, but when you switch to delivery it's like a completely different app. 👎🏼

When ordering through the app, do so at your own risk because should anything go wrong, there is no customer service to help you. I ordered 100,000cop worth of products and only half of my order arrived. In the help chat there was no response to my messages neither yesterday nor today. So basically McDonalds robbed me 🤷🏼‍♀️

multiple incorrect or incomplete orders. Overcharges and no way to contact customer support to address the issue. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible, i was looking how to get the free burguer you get by downloading the app for the first time and it was okay, got the coupon and was about to go to exchange it, but then i check it again and it wasnt there, didn't even got the change to redeem it in my local McDonald's, i like McDonald's but for things like these it's that i stopped going to eat there a long time ago.

Cant get a successful payment through the app, therefore cant get the most of it, as the only payment method available (Chile) shows error "payment limit exceeded"

app is fine, seevice is not. just use another delivery app. they use a chatbot that doesnt even work.

barely funcions on my phone, endless loading screens, and even after using my friends phone we couldn't set the order bc it kept saying an item is unavailable but doesn't specify which or why

this app is trash, location update need to work on it , total trash ,do not use this app , and just go to Burger King Instead or IN N OUT

It's complicated because is not clear ob the information and options it really has. I received a promotional code and was never able to use. Offered me food delivered at my place but actually had to go pick it up myself because the branch does not have delivery service. Very disappointing. Good thing is, the way you can costumize your orders. Everything your food comes with, you can increase it, decrease it or eliminate it.

This app is a scam. Fraudulent. Horrible experiences (yes, multiple)... DO NOT DOWNLOAD. USE UBER Eats. My order came with the coffee poorly sealed. It got all the food wet. I got money back for the coffee. There are eggs with coffee and no discount for that. There are hamburgers with coffee on them, no return of my money. The worst part is, customer support ends the chat without resolving anything and you get kicked out of the help center automatically.

Since last update the phone recognizes this app as a web browser, this is not correct and even worrysome. Uninstalling until fixed... they fixed, app is decent

Does not show United States as place "Choose Place to order" do im truck snd can't get into the app! My phone is set to U.S.

Does not work without a Chilean phone number. Even when you have a number, it won't accept a foreign credit card.

pretty good app and very convenient to save time at the restaurant and not dealing with lines or annoying people.

I was ordering normally using the delivery option a few weeks ago, and now I simply can't use it anymore! the app says I am "too far" from the restaurant delivery, but that wasn't happening some weeks ago as I mentioned earlier. It makes me frustrated, I really want to get a Big Mac, but I am not allowed to buy anything anymore. Also, there is a glitch that shows what I ordered some weeks ago and it never disappears from the main screen.

You order and pick up, but what you pick up is not necessarily what you order. Last time I placed an order for triple cheeseburger, but I got a double. By the time you arrive to your home, you don't want to go back and there is no way of reaching the restaurant by phone. In Puerto Rico you get a switchboard for the main office at the phone number advertise and there offices are closed after 5:00PM and weekends. Better check you order before leaving the restaurant.

I couldn't even get it set up, so I quit and Uninstalled it!! Wouldn't take any password I made up!! It had upper and lower case letters, numbers and 2 symbols!!! Junk app but wished it would have worked as there is a language barrier here!! Would not recommend the app.... seems like it's outdated and not easy to set up.... kfc is better for you anyway!!

McDonald's is getting TERRIBLE and has lost a sense of what they stand for as a company. They used to take a little more pride in their customer service, management, however, when they decided to implement/installed their complicated (EVEN FOR THOSE TECH SAVVY PEOPLE LIKE ME) and rather impossible kiosk machines that you see in the majority of the newer built/owned McDonald's franchises. That is the one major problem at McDonald's the kiosk machines. They suck! Please get rid of them!

Horrible. I've made a purchase and when I got to the shop I was forced to cancel it because one of items wasn't served at that time anymore. Tried to make another order with different products and got a problem with the payment. Tried to make the same order with another payment method and got the the message that payment was temporary blocked. Waited a few hours, tried again and got the same payment blocked message. Deleted the app.
