This app is ridiculous & not good. I tried logging in, and it sometimes let me log in to check my schedule and more, but at times, it'll log me back out. Whenever I try logging back into the app, it'll keep kicking me out and having me log in multiple sessions before the app will let me through. This shouldn't be an issue. Walmart makes billions of dollars every year but can't fix their damn app for their employees. Why have a system to clock in & out that doesn't work properly?! FIX IT!

Works great for everything I need it to do but for some reason I can no longer access the expanded view of my work schedule. I can only view the current week; which is less helpful. I used to be able to drag/pull down and view the whole month but it stopped working about 2 to 3 weeks(ish?) ago. The electronic locks ("Digital Key") are buggy as well; sometimes you have to back out and go back in. There should be a way to scan/view item info AND unlock a case simultaneously.

The app collects a large amount of data in its cache which makes it run very slow very quickly. I have to clear it weekly at minimum. The newest update also does not allow one to view their entire schedule at once, only one week at a time. The drag button to pull the schedule down to reveal all three weeks is still there but no longer allow one to expand it.

While I'm able to scan and clock in and out, some features have dropped in quality, if there ever was any to begin with: Fix the calendar drop down, I'm unable to pull it down to see whole weeks in advance, it keeps sliding me to My Requests tab Your app is bloated, please remove the unnecessary notification that the app is doing something in the background. It kills both the work phone's and my personal phone's batteries. I will not be able to unlock cases with a dead phone I can't add more

It works and does what it's supposed to for work, but it definitely has problems that need addressed. As of recently, when you open the app, it gives you a notification that it's doing things in the background. It sure is -- draining your battery at an alarming rate! I used to work 8 hours & head home with 80% battery. Now I'm lucky to have 30% left! Very concerning how fast it drains, especially since I'm forced to use my personal phone since my store will not provide me a company one.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The scanner doesn't work more than a handful of times before you have to reboot the app; it periodically blows the lighting balance out so that the screen is entirely white or blacked out. There's no way that I've found to toggle the scanner noise off, which is a nightmare on the overnight shift. It's misery.

Really buggy and slow. When opening or going back into the app it always freezes, time punches often don't work, show errors, or unknowns, punching in times does not work half the time. Digital keys don't work. The search engine also does not show me what I want quite often. Also have a new bug where it has a WebEx pop-up and then it says calls are not available. Not sure what this is about. Pixel 10 pro, latest android.

Getting worse and worse for being able to clock in or out. you go through the entire process of your user name and password, blah blah then it goes right back to the beginning like you have to do it again. never lets you get logged in and clocked in. It defeats the purpose of using the app period. It used to work well and now it no longer does. it's hit or miss whether it's going to work or not.

It's decent, but the camera is definitely an issue. I keep scanning items, and then all of a sudden, the camera goes black, and I have to close the app, log back into my walmart app, and then open the camera back up. and if you're having a really unlucky day, the camera will still be black, and you'll have to do the process all over again. not to mention, much like other reviews have said, it drains your battery like crazy. please fix this.

So basically I can't use it to help myself when I'm shopping to find things quicker and save myself by seeing how many is in stock. So Im not walking even further through the store after working and being tired. I wish I hadn't updated to this version. It was better before. I love our company and the app was so helpful before for me after work, so I could find things faster and get home quicker. Just like taking away our teaming schedules,it's hard to keep up with the ever changing schedule!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT 😡 It keeps asking me to give permission for the microphone EVERY time I use this app even though I have DENIED access to the microphone in settings. WHY? This is very annoying. I'm NOT giving you access to my microphone because I'm NOT using this app to make phone calls so PLEASE STOP ASKING! Please STOP the message from popping up EVERY time I use this app! Why don't you people fix this instead of just passing the buck by telling me to send in an email?

It would be nice if the topstock option would allow you to scan in the middle of working it because customers like to ask you to price check everything when we are on the topstock carts. Also, what happened to the ability to request time per minutes? It's forcing every 15 minutes... if you have to do that 5 minute intervals would be better. Cameras malfunction after being open too long in vizpik and topstock. It should have a history button we could see what's scanned last 3 items at least

This app was working well on my android phone... until last week at least. Now I can't get past the sign in page and I get an error message that says "Browser required to support this feature." Deleted the app, downloaded again and still the same problem. It's pretty much useless to me now. Oh....I see that you've added Spanish to the app. That's awesome. It would be even more awesome if the app worked as advertised.

Very, very bad app. Time clock is the worst part of it. No matter where I am in the store, no matter what time I try to clock in, it always says I'm nowhere near. Resetting data, clearing cache, turning phone off then on again doesn't work either. Some minor issues: signing out constantly, time off totals never accurate, time off requests don't go through. It's a very poor excuse for an app. The only reason it doesn't get just one star is because it isn't flagged as malware when its downloaded.

This app was already terrible when it first came out & every "update" is worse. I'm not the only one having issues with it. Currently the biggest is it keeping us logged in. It constantly kicks us out. When trying to log in there's a stupid verification code that takes forever to come. By the time it does it doesn't work & the whole process has to start over. It shouldn't even have to be logged into. It's kept on our phone. No one else wants to get into it. It's a terrible app.

App is constantly not working, so I have to try rebooting my phone, then uninstalling & reinstalling the app. The app is sooo frequently doing this, especially when I'm trying to clock in or out, which takes up time, so it's quicker to just clock in and out from the computer in our training room, which we're not supposed to do unless it's really needed, which in cases like this, it is. PLEASE try & fix this issue. I've also tried updating the app, too, but that didn't help either. Thank you. 🙂

It's been over a month and I still can not login. Still saying a "Sign-in Failed" error. I have emailed the support team over a week ago about this issue and still not fixes. I used it mostly clock in/out and to check my schedule. My store has already begun removing the computers and the time clocks don't work half the time. Our phones have not arrived yet either. This is ridiculous.

About 90% of the feature from My Walmart Schedule are missing. As a Supervisor over my department, it's nice to see my team's schedule, the store schedule, open shifts, etc. I'm not finding any of this on the new app. The rate of pay is missing from my profile as well. Seems like this apl will be great for just basic schedule checking, but not good at all for any other purpose.

Horrible app they mandate employees use. It's incredibly inaccurate when giving information. It'll show you something that's one color and then when you open the page it's showing a completely different color, and the colors have different UPCs, so you can't even see what you want. It shows items in the app that are actually NOT sold by walmart. If you lose internet access even for a second you have to crash the app, re-login, and half the time that doesn't work either. Aggravating as hell.

Half the time doesn't let you clock in/out, sometimes you can't do it ANYWHERE inside or outside the store. PLEASE! Put a 'report an absence' option because half the time doesn't work on onewalmart! It also would be nice/helpful if there was an option to look at how many hours you've done that week bc none of the apps have it! (Ik 'even' does,but we need something more accurate. Tia.
