Good to know that I'm not the only one that cannot access the apps navigation buttons because they're behind the phones navigation bar. Sucks that nothing has been done to update or have it fit to screen. I have tried every possible imaginable way through phone setting to try to get it to fit but it does not. Pretty useless... still have to access full use through the laptop.

I can not get past the company name on the login screen. I can enter the name, but selecting next does nothing. It's been like this for about 3 months. Other reviewers stated having the same problem, and yet they seem to be completely ignored. I have deleted, cleared all app data, and reinstalled this app several times as well as restarting my phone. Nothing works. Unfortunately, because of my job using this app daily is essential for me. Now I have to carry two phones all day, ridiculous!

The app needs sorting! Everyone is having the same issue and can't access their companies information from customers! It has been an ongoing issue for weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled numerous times and can't even get past the login screen. Please sort immediately! Before you reply back saying I need the new version I already have that also I have emailed the support with no reply.

Major Issue. Not sure how do i click on notification without a click on home screen button. Uninstalled app and ensure i have updated version. Technically can't use it at all. Can't add picture to show. the options for the app is hiding behind the phone screen option so can't access the tabs at all.

This app constantly freezes and can't do anything. Rebooting phone, uninstall and reinstalled the app several times and nothing works. I rely on this app to track concerns when I'm off or not in the restaurant.

great for on the go information, but the past two weeks, I can't use any of the buttons at the bottom as they've been put behind my phones bottom button bar. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no success

app is unresponsive (Google Pixel 7) uninstall 3x and after entering company name, app doesn't respond to any taps/requests. this app WAS a daily use but now I'll only open it once per week just to see if it's been fixed

The app was okay before. But now after the latest update I am unable to interact with the bottom portion of the app's UI since it is underneath my phone's UI. Please fix.

Since the Jan update the app doesn't open, please go back to the old version or update again so it actually works!

sometimes not opening applications, sometimes taking too long it works smoothly but after last 2 updates this apps too bad

screen frozen once opened, tried reinstalling multiply time, can only enter company name but wont allow to continue

This app has leaves a lot to be desired. after my last review this app worked once. Its back to I can't log in or interact with it in any way. I couldn't even tap the help button. I wish I could leave 0 stars. The desktop version is great but I'm not at work to check everyday all day so it would be nice to see what is going on when I'm not there.

App just keeps spinning not loading properly ever since I had to reinstall

Everytime I try to use the app ite just a blank white screen. I have uninstall and re-install that allows me to use it 1 time and then goes back to the same problem anytime I try to re-open the app. even after force quit, it doesnt work. I have to uninstall and re-install again.

For the last week the app just loads to a white screen. very frustrating.

When the app used to work it was easy to navigate, with relatively user friendly tiles (would be nice to be able to actually use it currently). Downloaded latest version available and everytime I try to log on the app freezes on the screen and can't select anything. Tried contacting Customer Support and that is worse than the App, takes you round in circles with zero resolution. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to the same issue

Responding to Alerts just is horrible. The typing just lags a lot. It almost makes me feel like my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra [the most powerful android phone] is very slow. This is not just on this phone but it was the same in my previous android phone. Not sure if the typing lag bug is only on android but it definitely needs a fix.

This app is absolutely useless. Cannot get passed company name.

Notification continue to not work, even after "a fix" has been done. Makes it extremely challenging to manage when key features continue to have issues and not work correctly. This has been an on going issues for the 2.5 years I've been required to use this program. So many companies utilize this program, why does this continue to be an opportunity? I do appreciate the data we get from this to help analysis and get better. Please actually fix the notification problem. Not just a wet bandaid.
